Good service, 24/7 check in was useful and practical. We were able to sit at a table and have our own food.

The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable, and the location is excellent — very close to the Calais ferry terminal and in a generally quiet, clean area. However, there were a few things that affected the overall experience. There was a noticeable unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, and the room was missing basic amenities such as shower gel, handwash, and coffee or tea supplies. These small details make a big difference, especially for travellers arriving late or staying briefly. Overall, the stay was okay, but with a few improvements to room essentials and bathroom freshness, it could be much better

Unfortunately due to leshuttle delays we were there for 4hours of sleep so for the price it was for it was ok could be a bit cleaner marks/stains on wall and flattest pillow ever, but again the price and the staff let us in still at 4am in the morning due to delay which was kind of them

Big party of kids on school trip which were just left to do whatever they wanted all night. Dirty pair of pants by the entrance which were still there next day. Says they have a bar but does not let you know it does not serve alcohol.
