The room was really clean, specially Mrs Aya El Said was very nice and always make sure we don't miss anything. In the general, the customer service was great and Mr. Ayman Zein answered all our request. At the pool, it was very clean and the staff really paid attention to our needs, specifically Michael.

Overall fantastic stay at Sheraton Montaza - perfect location, had the Presidential Suite and another room. Great price, great experience and staff. Pool, beach, workout room. They gave us 1 hour late checkout because the room took an hour longer to get it ready (we also did book super late to be fair). My only feedback they should be more flexible with later checkout (we came at 9pm and checked out 1 pm) and paid much higher rate on the rooms because of a last minute booking. However they accommodated us in other ways and were flexible with certain things so definitely appreciate it. Will definitely stay again!!!

Very nice hotel where we were welcomed warmly by the staff. Comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. Wonderful breakfast. Nice location with private beach across the street. Double decker buses stopping near the hotel are convenient to explore other areas of Alexandria.

Sheraton Montazah Hotel is a great stay, with very clean rooms, a great balcony view of the Mediterranean Sea, including a nice pool, assistance from great friendly English speaking staff, also a nice bar with great selections plus live music ... I definitely would & will be returning

Vi blev uppgraderade till ett större rum med havsutsikt vilket var jättefint. Otrolig frukost, speciellt de egyptiska rätterna! Välstädat och rent överallt. Poolen renoverades tyvärr under vårt besök och hotellets egen strand var inte heller tillgänglig, men vi är ändå jättenöjda med vår vistelse på Sheraton!

The worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. 1. They advertised private beach that was Closed. 2. The room smelled and the furniture was in a very bad condition. 3. No wi-fi 4. No amenities, not even paper and pencil. 5. The closets smelled so bad and partially broken. 6. The mini fridge wasn’t working. 7. Only one bath towel, and a broken shampoo bottle. 8. The pillows were very uncomfortable. 9. No remote for the air condition. When I complained to the manager about all this, his response was “ we will try to fix it next time.

Resepsiyon ilgisiz ve güleryüzlü değil. Odaya girişte sürekli sorun yaşadım, kart sürekli hata verdi. Kahvaltıda normal düzeyde özellikle çalışanları ilgiliydi. this hotel is disgusting, old and definitely not 5 star. I would say more like 2 star. The 1st room was missing items and smelt badly, 2nd room had no sea view that they offered me and smelt unpleasant. I requested in my reservation balcony sea view but that other room the hotel offered overlooked dirty old buildings that was stated a city view. Then was waited for 3 hours too be given another room which we had to accept because had a problem with my credit on my phone was finished due too been on hold to hotel.com and couldn’t get this sorted due too credit finishing. so we had no choice to accept the 3rd offer. My check out couldn’t come fast enough. The drains smelt in the bathroom like sewers, the furniture was old. The corridor on the 8th floor smelt of stale stagnated water. Was bitten all over my face from something in the bed. The hotel beach wasn’t even open to go too this wasn’t mentioned either, too many guests complaining about things at the reception This was a total disaster from start to the finish. I checked out 6am because I needed to get out that place faster. I never enjoyed my stay or my break due to this problem..The room was old fashioned the bathroom shower was full of mould and grim in the bathroom, the bathroom was dirty and not to a high standard at all. The photos I will share . Dirty reception floors. The bedding covers was ripped in places. The sockets couldn’t be reached to use the iron .

The entrance of the hotel is very beautiful, however, once in the room it is very small, fixtures are dated, glass is chipped and metal is rusty and really not good, finishing is poor, needs updating and not a 5 star, rooms are more like 3 star. Air con is also very poor and very old, once turned on it had water dripping out onto the floor and was not very cool. They provide complimentary slippers however, only one pair for a two person room. Flooring in the room is chipped, old and very poor quality. I have lots of pictures which i will be sending to Sheraton in my complaint about the hotel. It was sold as a sea view room however was more of a side view and not a full sea view, also the balcony was so small there was barely enough room for one person to stand on it, no space for a chair to sit and enjoy the sea. Also gaps at the top of the balcony door so big that you can see light coming through it. Glass shelves in the bathroom had large chips, shower rails were rusty, gaps in the ceiling tiles in the bathroom, also TV kept disconnection from the internet every few minutes. Breakfast was ok and a good variety, however, there were no glasses and many dishes in the buffet were empty. we had to ask for a glass for fruit juice and the waiter put out 4 glasses which were immediately gone leaving it empty again. The tables next to ours was piled with empty plates and half eaten food from the previous occupants, this was like this for the full half an hour we sat there.

I appreciate the house keeping workers hard work and courtesy in treating the guests and keeping up with the cleanliness of the rooms and the hallways. The swimming pool staff worked around the clock to keep the swimming pool and the surrounding area clean and presentable. I did not like how the front desk staff and reservation employees did not care about the guests requests and And accommodation. The furniture is so outdated and below the standards of a five-star hotel. The private beach which should be the highlight part of the visit is filthy, disgusting and a trash dump literally. The breakfast was not added to the room charges. I had to pay 12 extra dollars for the breakfast per person per day, which was not worth even $5. All together, I am highly disappointed at the Sheraton hotel of El montezah in Alexandria. Needless to say I will never visit that place again.

I stayed here at the last minute on arrival in Alexandria and booked the room and a car online while waiting to board my flight. Not only did Mr. Yasser contact me to confirm the car I requested to pick me up at the airport but he met me at reception when I arrived at the hotel. The few days I was there were amazing and despite being located on the corniche, the room was quiet. The breakfast was also exceptional and the hotel even gave me a complementary fruit/dessert plate. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros: 1. downtown, nice view from ocean-view rooms 2. Attentive staff, aside from rude reception woman 3. Kettle and fridge in room, daily water Cons: 1. No hairdryer, no bathroom fan, no robes 2. Bathroom shampoos were just brand name bottles, filled with cheap soaps 3. Stayed for 10 nights, and they wouldnt even let me check in at 2:45pm, 15 minutes early. 4. Rude woman at reception 5. Breakfast $10 per person 6. They use nestle products; they should boycott for Gaza and use Egyptian water instead.
