Benone! Camera molto confortevole e pulita parcheggio in loco facile, staff gentile.

De va väldigt lyhört Poolen va inte tillgänglig borde dom säga till om Gymmet funkar men va inte stort :P Annars maten service sånt va väldigt bra snäll personal :)

La struttura è veramente orribile anche se ristrutturata interiormente....diciamo che non è un posto dove ritornerei... Tuttavia...in onestà il prezzo è stato super adeguato a ciò che è stato offerto.... se fossi andato in estate avrei sicuramente cambiato. L assurdo è stato che durante il secondo giorno nn era disponibile l acqua in camera x un processo di disinfezione delle tubature.....

Little bit difficult to find and parking is a bit of a lottery. Room was lovely and spacious. Good transport links nearby, also a local beach.

Qualité prix très raisonnable. L’extérieur ne reflète pas la qualité de la chambre. L’intérieur de l’hôtel est bien rénové et très propre. Nous étions de passage pour une nuit donc l’emplacement nous a convenu. Le stationnement est gratuit. Pour un long séjour j’envisageais d’être mieux situé, il n’y a pas beaucoup de commodité à distance de marche. Très bien pour un court séjour!

The pool was a walk away from the property, not too far but not what we were expecting. There are trams & buses about a 10 minute walk away. Not really much around the area, 2/3 bars but too quiet for us

It was a nice hotel with a pool and very close to the sea, good food and the rooms were clean. The staff were nice and helpful. We could take the tram to the city in just a few minutes and there were buses that we could also take if we wanted to go into the city. :)

Cannot fault cleanliness or staff,all very helpful. The let down is the evening menus, yes value for money but would rather pay extra and have a proper meal. I think area around restaurant is also a bar but does not seems like one. It does not encourage guests to sit and have a drink. Pool excellent which was my main reason to stay,quiet and not busy.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. We got upgraded to a superior room on arrival and throughout our stay the staff were very helpful at booking taxis and helping us with our Aircon when we couldn't get it to work. The hotel is a little way from the centre, but close to the seafront and the pool is large and easy to get a sunbed. This is a quiet hotel away from the business of the centre, which suited us as we were looking to relax and get away from our busy lives.

The interior of the property is beautiful and the cleaner came to clean the room every day. The communal areas were also very clean and breakfast options were generous.The pool was well maintained. All the staff we encountered were super friendly. But the staff at breakfast need to be more proactive at clearing the tables or you need to provide an area to move dirty crockery to so clients can clear their own - and this is why I marked cleanliness and staff down a star because tables weren't being wiped between clients. The chairs in the bar area need cushions and the sofas need tables on which to place drinks. If you want dinner in the hotel make sure to book otherwise you will have a long wait. A map showing the location of tram/bus stops would have been more useful than a sentence in the welcome pack saying they were nearby. Over all we would come back if we revisit Alicante.

There were what seemed to be ants or mite dust in the room. I had to work from there and while I was sitting at the desk these small bugs were crawling on my laptop, it was disappointing and disgusting, didn’t make me feel safe.

Excellent hotel, spotless with friendly and efficient staff. Very welcoming and accommodating, we changed rooms after first night as we hadn’t booked a sea view, this was done without fuss. Food great , good choice on the half board menu , speedy service. The bar didn’t open until 7.00pm , maybe different in high season . Would recommend

The hotel on the outside looks horrendous The initial room we booked felt like a cell. No view at all. Went to reception and upgraded to a room with a view of the sea and a balcony for an extra 15 euros per night. Something to be noted is there are only 3 floors available as the rest is privately owned, so you won’t get a good view. Inside of the hotel looks beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Room was not spotless and had a fair bit of damage. Broken chair, chipped glass top table, chipped mirror etc. No kettle in the room but reception provided one when asked. We did not eat at the hotel as it did not look good, instead we came out of the rear of the hotel and turned left. Just a couple of minutes away was La Familia Albufereta. Absolutely beautiful food, very welcoming. We had lunches and dinners here every day. Hope this helps 👍

Hotel was nice and clean, staff was very nice and helpful, it was a short bus ride to downtown. Would recommend staying here.

The hotel was great, located in a very scenic part of Alicante, with the sea on one side, and mountains on the other. Please note though that it is a bit of a walk from both the closest Tram station as well as bus station. Esp to and from the bus station, the walk is quite strenous sloping uphill and downhill. Our hotel room window looked right out to the wall outside, so not much of a view there :(

A very good value for money option. The rooms are spacious and appeared to be refurbished with double doors to insulate from any corridor noise, desk space to work and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. Comfortable bed and black out blinds. The hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside but the lounge area in particular is bright and comfortable and the staff are helpful and friendly. Tram stop for both Benidorm and Alicante is a short walk away, or if you’re feeling up to it, Alicante centre is about a 40min walk on a dedicated walkway (used to be a rail line). I’d stay here again!

Bedroom door doesn’t close properly, had to keep a chair by it. Very noisy outside, banging door, workmen, machinery, talking etc.

My daugther and I had a good stay. Nice modern and good size room. Really nice staff. Nice large pool and small gym. Walls to the corridor is not well sound insulated, so could hear noise from hallway at times. And extra bed was a bit hard.

Throughly enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, spacious and modern. Comfy beds and nice sea view. Would stay again

Det var et gammelt og slitt hotell, hvor vi først fikk tildelt et rom såm lå rett inn i en fjellvegg. Ba om nytt rom, det hadde ikke dekning av internett eller wifi, klade fikk nytt rom, like ille, etter at vi hadde rullert på 5 rom fikk vi endelig et som var med beste dekkningen, selv da falt det ofte ut på kvelden. Renholdet var prima. Frokoset var grei, men der var gml kaffemaskin som ikke var stilt rett. Kom ny maskin, men den fungerte også dårlig, siste dager ute av drift. Brødrister, skulle vært byttet ut for 10 år siden.

Hôtel agréable, propre et bien décoré. Belle vue et belle piscine. Par contre literie très moyenne, insonorisation des chambres très très mauvaise (on a l'impression que les wc du dessus sont dans la chambre et de dormir avec les voisins),TV inutilisable (image), restaurant très très moyen.

Lovely hotel, very clean with very friendly helpful staff. This is our third stay at this hotel, we returned because of our previous positive experience at this hotel. Each of our mornings we had to clean and set our own table as there was not enough staff. Also, the buffet breakfast was not replenished to keep up with the amount of guests. One night the hotel restaurant was very busy so we decided to request a pizza to take to the room, the quality of the pizza was very poor and we returned it to the reception staff who said they would speak to the manager, we never heard any feedback which was very disappointing as we never complain. When the restaurant was busy it was difficult to get a drink at the bar which again was due to not enough staff at busy periods. In future we will be looking for alternative hotels which is very disappointing as we have great memories from our previous stays at this hotel and love coming back to this great location....

Overall there was nothing really wrong with this hotel, but it could have been better in some regards. The (standard, 209) room was really big, especially the bathroom. It was fairly clean and from the inside the entire hotel was modern and in a good state. Most of the staff were friendly and the service was fast and good. The breakfast was ok, although sometimes they ran out of plates or some items. But.. the location is not ideal. I knew I was about a 10 minute walk from the nearest tram stop. What I did not realise is that you are locked in by the sea and a giant rock (as such my room did not really have a view at all, though the more pricey rooms seemed to be great in that regard as they are facing the sea). The seafront is nice for a walk in the morning, but it is quite dilapidated and you can only acces it from one place. Anyway, I could have researched the location better myself. What I could not have known was that the showerhead wasn't properly fixed, so the water was running towards the wall instead of straight down. Also the hotel is very noisy. I always wear earplugs, so not really a problem for me. The only kind of bad encounter with a staff member was upon checking out. The woman asked for my room number and before I could even answer she raised her voice and said "room number!" again. After I got the chance to give it to her there was no smile or gracias to be found. A shame, since everyone else I met was friendly and courteous.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Albahia hotel in Alicante. The service is great and the staff so nice and helpful. A well deserved 5 stars from me.

The food was not good. The service in the restaurants was poor (one lady was working very hard, but she alone couldn’t do everything). The food was cold and not pleasant. We were half board but couldn’t eat there the second night so chose to pay to eat out.

I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to the city center, the beach, or public transportation,The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, equipped with all the amenities I needed. The service was outstanding; everything was handled quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Es un hotel muy acogedor y limpio. El bufet pequeño pero con todo lo necesario para un buen desayuno. La ubicación es quizá lo peorcillo porque está retirado del centro y en la habitación que nosotros estuvimos había bastante ruido al estar al lado del ascensor, pero en general se puede repetir.

El hotel está muy cerca de la playa de la Albufereta. Y en unos minutos andando podrás coger el tren hasta el centro o la playa de San Juan. El hotel es muy bonito, limpio y con un gran servicio. Espero que puedan mantener buenos precios, ya que tengo intención de volver.

Hotel muy limpio y agradable, el servicio fantástico, personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Lo único para el que vaya sin coche hay que caminar un poco para llegar a este, está como en una bajada. Pero de resto todo muy bien, a mi me lo recomendaron y yo lo recomendaría otra vez

You get what you pay for. Hotel and 20 min walk into Alicante main shops 10 min walk to tram which is cheap and will take you into Alicante main shops or only an hour away from Benidorm I would say if don’t mind walking this hotel is ok

The hotel is a small part of a big residential building, it’s a different experience than other hotels but when we visited ( January ) it was just perfect, it was not too busy, it was mostly locals and we thoroughly enjoyed the sunny days. Great sea view from the malvenu and even better from the lobby, the restaurant is very small- be aware that you need to state what time you’ll be having dinner as they can’t accommodate more than their capacity for dinner. Breakfast a quite basic but it’s ok for the price. Breakfast and dinner unfortunately is mostly ultra processed foods. Not much Spanish as well. Our fussy kids didn’t touch it, they lived on French fries. We traveled around with taxi- cheap and easy, a trip to St Barbara Castle was €8, to the airport 28€.

We could hear the residents moving furniture at all hours above us, and other hotel room doors slamming all night. The fish at the restaurant wasn't cooked properly and very small portions.
