Mooi zwembad, zonder stoelen of ligbedden. Basic room maar zeer proper. Personeel zeer behulpzaam, kregen na enkele uren andere kamer omdat de voorgaande zeer slecht internet had. Wil je later uitchecken, dat kost je 20dollar/uur !! Gratis shuttle van en naar de airport. Geen mogelijkheid om iets te eten.

Never again. Happy with a motel, but this one was outdated and old. Mold on the walls. Mosquitos in the place. No fly screens or insect spray. Smells bad everywhere. Door didn't lock properly. Not safe for families. No air con and very very run down.

Our room (140) had a lot of mold or mildew on the ceiling of the shower and it smelled horrible throughout. We should have asked for a different room, but we were exhausted. There's nowhere to eat close by. The staff was very nice and their airport shuttle service was prompt and able to transport all 10 of us and our luggage. That was the best part of our stay.

First my check in was at 2.i.travelled from napier ,went to.check in.at 2.30pm.was told.at reception that the room was not ready.the room was given at 3.30.was not happy .bathroom has no door.especially we were 4 of us.need some privacy.

The room was very dated and in dire need of a makeover, shower did not drain away, no toilet roll holder, ceiling looked terrible. Admittedly it was a cheaper place and had the shuttle which goes to the airport on the hour and staff were lovely but really only an overnight stay on way to airport is what it's for

We stayed for one night prior to an early morning departure. Glad it wasn't more. Free shuttle to airport was appreciated but only running every hour so wasn't convenient. Beds ok but pillows were TERRIBLE. Seriously, fairy floss would be better. Duvet/Doona had no cover so questionable cleanliness. Shower grout needs a good clean to remove mould. Biggest issue was noise and lights all night. Not great for no sleep and a 4am wakeup. Ok if you are desperate. Otherwise no.

Error made with reservation where two rooms booked in by mistake. Contacted hotel immediately but they would not provide a refund for the second room. Unable to even speak to the manager who apparently doesn't have a phone number or an email address and never goes into the hotel??? very disappointed with the attitude of the manager. This kind of service is not how you retain repeat customers!! The check-in staff and driver to airport were great though.

Possibly the rudest host ive ever encountered. Dropped off staff under the covered lobby due to it being rainy and windy . Reception closed so phoned host who was on an airport run. On his return he parked us in . When asked if he could quickly let me out to return to my hospital duty he said not now he wanted to check his vanload in , my staff member objected and he said now youll have to wait till last , and was as rude as anyone could be . Digusting service . Would never reccomend anyone to stay there. Have written to the owner .

Only had 1 staff member on site, who was responsible for check in as well as shuttling people to and from the airport. This made us wait for 20 minutes outside in the cold while we waited for them to return to check us in. The rooms need some TLC. simple things like, Toilet paper holders were missing, no privacy curtains on the front door, and a window was broken and kept open. Also, in the winter, you only have space heaters, and it would have been nice if they had been turned on before we arrived. Other than that, it was fine. Sheets were clean, though the mattress was uncomfortable, and the apartment provided a good amount of space.

Les notes me faisait peur mais en fin de compte ce modèle est complètement correct il est proche de l'aéroport le personnel est agréable il y a une navette gratuite qui peut vous amener et vous déposer, j'ai pu laisser mes bagages dans une pièce fermée à clé, il y a une piscine, le seul problème c'est qu'il n'y a pas de restaurant à côté il faut marcher minimum 2 km mais par rapport au prix c'est tout à fait convenable

When I booked the location it said Manukau. I did not open emails until about 1/2 hour before book in. Drove past the location on day of book in and felt it is not a safe area for ourselfs car & possessions as the motel is located in a not very good street in Mangere. We immediately had to book another motel on short notice and got a place in Botany

Great Property for what we needed, which was a bed to sleep in before an early flight and a place for our car to be safe for the week, will differently use again. Next time would be great to see a booklet of the facilities close buy. Ie what meal places were near etc. Other wise it was perfect for what we needed. Thank you

It was very quiet even though a main road was nearby. Some noisy clients early in the morning though. Not Oakwood’S fault. Altogether really good for an overnight stay before an early flight. Maybe some pamphlets or a phone list of local food places for a quick meal.
