We stayed here for a quick 38 hour business trip. The first 20 hours I had no water in my room. I couldn’t even flush the toilet. After this we went down to the pool where the only thing what was working was the indoor pool. Upon checkout someone from a different room with my surname had somehow charged drinks to my room. Daniel there security guard on nights then went and collect two of the biggest blokes in the place to try and intimidate me into paying a bill that wasn’t mine. The computer screen clearly showed a different room number. After finally getting hold of the bar manager he confirmed that the drinks were not mine and the bill was changed although still being intimidated by three blokes all stood around me and my colleague. Such a shame the place has huge potential to be an amazing hotel but unfortunately not there yet.

Climatisation appréciée pendant la canicule. Dommage que la piscine extérieure n'était pas accessible, mais la piscine intérieure a bien rafraîchi. Petit-déjeuner extraordinaire, bon et beau.
