Excellente situation au centre de Baden Baden ! Hôtel confortable avec charme des grands hôtels d’autrefois mais un peu vieillissant( moquette ds les chambres et salle de bain relativement petite! Très jolie vue sur parc ! Malheureusement pas de restaurant !

NO AIR CONDITIONING. That was a bit of a shock as the website showed that some of the rooms had AC - which was not true - miserably hot. Also, the elevator did not work at any point during our four day stay. Lovely hotel and people but I would not stay there again and we debated about leaving even though we prepaid for the room.

Super Lage, Parkplatz für 25,-€ pro Tag - Top!!! Sauberes, geräumiges und modernes Zimmer. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, Frühstück auch top! Es gab nichts zu bemängeln! Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen es weiter!

Loved this location! The room was modern and comfortable! I would say if you need parking, say yes at checkout or they will run out. However, there is parking about 350m away.

Mein Zimmer war komplett modernisiert mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die ebenerdige Dusche war schön groß und das Zimmer ebenfalls mit einem extra Tisch an dem ich den Abend noch ausklingen lassen konnte. Zudem wurde jeden Tag eine Gratisflasche Wasser Medium in mein Zimmer gestellt und das Personal war wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Parkgarage ist direkt unter den Zimmern erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Gepflegtes aber in die Jahre gekommenes Zimmer; Fahrstuhl wurde gewartet. Ich musste die zwei schweren Koffer alleine in den dritten Stock tragen (O-Ton Rezeption „entweder Sie warten oder Sie tragen die Koffer die Treppe hoch“. Frühstück überschaubar aber sehr freundliches Personal. Top Lage! Parkplatz kostet 25,-€ / Nacht!!!

O hotel é excelente! Muito bem localizado, equipe super atenciosa e educada. Quarto amplo e confortável. Café da manhã muito bom. Só não gostei de ter que pagar caro pelo estacionamento do hotel.

The hotel is very well located in an beautiful town. Due to Christmas market, the streets around the hotel were closed to the car traffic. So we couldn’t park at the hotel parking which turned to be cheaper than the casino parking for example. All the staff was very friendly and willing to help. Nice and big room, clean and quiet. Hope to come back some day …

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage im Hotel. Es ist gut mit dem Auto erreichbar und lieg zentral in Baden-Baden. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, der Service ist gut, lediglich das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig.

Excelente hotel, muy cerca del casco histórico de Friburgo. Muy completo el desayuno, habitación cómoda y limpia y destacable la atención del personal.

Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll und wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam, besonders der nette Herr, der uns beim Frühstück bedient hat. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer im 5. Stock. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das hat uns nicht gestört, denn es war sehr sauber, sehr großzügig und insgesamt doch auch gemütlich. Ich kann mich den Bewertungen nicht anschließen, die sich über den Zustand der Familienzimmer im oberen Stockwerk beschweren. Diese Zimmer sind günstiger als die anderen, da sie noch nicht renoviert wurden und von daher ist das völlig in Ordnung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und das große Appartement mit Balkon sehr genossen.

Excellent quite location in the center of the city near huge park and many major attractions (historical casino, theatre, museums, hot baths). Very clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Very helpful stuff and excellent breakfast.

Hotel am Sophienpark is well very well located; and surprisingly quiet; Breakfast is very good; we struck an extreme heatwave during our stay in August and it was a real disadvantage not to be air-conditioned; the fan in our room and windows wide open all night saved us from the extremes of the heat. Nice touches near reception were coffee and water availability.

Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel sehr schön renoviert und liegt mitten in Baden Baden, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. An Details fehlt es leider ... die Anfrage nach einem ruhigen Zimmer: Ergebnis direkt an der Eingangstüre wo die Tür dauernd laut ins Schloss fällt. Es ist ein Altbau und man hört jeden Schritt über einem. Also das mit der Ruhe ist naja ... Frühstück ist okay, der Raum klein und die Bankettstühle passen so gar nicht rein! Hoffentlich nur eine Übergangslösung. Das Frühstück hat noch Luft nach oben.

The family room on the last floor had low ceilings, depressing furniture, uncomfortable mattresses, covers and pillows.

Ganz neue Zimmer mit toller, moderner Ausstattung. Sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal, leckeres Frühstück. Zu Fuß kann man einfach die Stadt erkunden und direkt in der Umgebung gibt es tolle Cafés und Restaurants!

Great location. But ask for a room with park view otherwise yo may end up - like we did - with windows facing a firewall.

The property was beautiful. We stayed in the back building. Unfortunately the heat did not work in one of the rooms we stayed in. The Hotel tried their best to get it working at night and when they couldn’t, they issued us a full refund in the morning. They were very helpful.

Sehr nettes Personal mit super Service in allen Bereichen. Sehr gut zentral gelegen man kann Flussläufen in die City laufen.

Das Hotel ist völlig overrated. Das Motto Klassik trifft Moderne hat völlig falsche Erwartungen geweckt. Klassisches schönes Gebäude ja, wenn Moderne aus in die Jahre gekommenen weiß überlackierten Einrichtungsgegenständen bestehen soll, ist das ziemlich weit hergeholt. Es gibt keine Minibar oder wie bei gehobenen Hotels dieser Kategorie üblichen Möglichkeit einen Kaffee oder Tee im Zimmer zuzubereiten. Diesen gibt es kostenlos in der Lobby aus einer Padsmaschine aus Pappbechern. Ein Fernseher in der Größe eines etwas größeren PC-Bildschirms ist nicht zeitgemäß, wenn für uns auch nicht wichtig. Es fehlte an genügend Steckdosen für das Laden von Mobilgeräten. Die Dusche und das Bad sind eher klein. Das Frühstück war noch das Beste mit einer reichhaltigen Auswahl. Das Personal beim Check-In und im Frühstücksraum war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Dame beim Check-Out jedoch weniger. Wir durften das Auto trotz einer „Tagespauschale“ von 25 EUR nicht in der TG-stehen lassen, obwohl wir eine Ausfahrt bis 15:00 Uhr angekündigt hatten und diese kaum belegt war. Dies ginge nicht, es wäre auch keine Tagespauschale, sondern man zahle für die Nacht, war die etwas schnippige Antwort der Dame. Das kenne ich bei Häusern dieser Kategorie und selbst bei einfacheren Hotels so nicht. Meist kann man das Fahrzeug 24h stehen lassen. Hier leider nicht. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältniss mit fast 310 EUR für ein Superior DZ nicht. Schade!

Ótima experiência no hotel. Instalações muito boas e funcionários muito solícitos. Uma menção especial ao funcionário Mohamed, se eu não me engano este é o primeiro nome dele, que me auxiliou na localização do estacionamento, mostrando-se sempre muito simpático e prestativo. Uma pessoa muito educada e cordial.

Outstanding price opportunity on this beautiful hotel right now as so many of the rich Russians are not traveling. Location is in the main center of the small gorgeous town. Outstanding restaurants and shopping all walkable. Walk to the spas.
