Great location, amazing breakfast, and highly convenient. However, room cleaning service was not good as no change the towels, roll papers, and complementary water before request. I Request every night to hotel front team at 6 pm, and out of the hotel at night during their preparation the rooms around an hour. But staffs are very kind for me and my wife. It is real mystery.

Employees were awesome and very helpful. However the design of the hotel allows sound to travel from bottom floor up. Other guest sitting in the lobby could be heard talking in our room on the 4th floor. The only issue with our room was the mold in the fridge. I mentioned that on check out but the front desk employee had a full lobby and didn’t really take a note or anything. May or may not be taking care of.

The property is clean, and staff is all nice the front desk, bar tender, housekeepers, room service and servers in the breakfast area. Definitely recommend this place it is a bit further our from the center but walking distance from the metro or bus station

Okay hotel. The rooms were newly renovated but you can tell where they cut corners. The room was a little dirty. Hair everywhere including the bathtub. Dust on the walls and baseboards. Decent stay for the one night we were in Barcelona before our cruise started. Location was decent. It was close to the cruise ship port.

Staff were fabulous from check-in, breakfast, bar and dinner!! Room was clean, spacious with heavenly rain shower 😍 Food was excellent as wide selection for breakfast with breads, meats and cheese, fruit and fresh juice; need to try Spanish omelette! Will definitely be back next time in Barcelona.

From arrival to departure the staff was very attentive, professional and courteous. They made great suggestions for restaurants, shows and venues during our stay. When a member of our group of 6 fell ill they guided us to the nearest pharmacy and kept and made sure the staff was aware to attemd to the many room service request. Vi har haft en fantastiskt fin vistelse. Ett hotell med mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Fina rum med sköna sängar och ett badrum som var väldigt fräscht och väl utrustat. Frukosten var en av de bättre vi har upplevt. Mycket god service och maten fräsch och god med många goda lokala varor. Vi var mycket nöjda och återvänder gärna samt rekommenderar det varmt till andra.
