Car park was being redeveloped, so no onsite parking, although they let us put our motorcycles beside the entrance. Local comedy event meant the restaurant wasn't available to us on the evening we stayed. All sounds bad, but the hotel is clean, friendly and nice rooms, easy walk into Bastogne center, and at least the bar was open to residents!

Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Parking was easy either outside the hotel on street (which is very quiet) or behind hotel in its own car park. Breakfast was ok - nothing special but fine for a couple of days. All the staff were really great. Helpfuland pleasant at all times.

Great 1 night stay in Bastogne at Hotel Melba. Great location, park the car and walk to everything in town. Main square, museums, shoppes, restaurants. Staff was very friendly, lively mexican restaurant and bar in hotel. Parking was tight but adequate, plenty of free parking on the street as well- would stay again!

Welcome was friendly, car park area was not available due to building but my motorcycle was parked on the access ramp instead. Average room as found in many corporate type of hotel. Dissapointed that the bin had not been emptied in the bathroom and the sink had no plug, unable to hold water. Bed was comfortable and room light and airy. Breakfast provided excellent choice and set me up for the day. Would i stay there again? Yes.

The hotel was ok, we booked a junior suite which was a large room with king size bed and a sofa, the table was scuffed and marked and the towels were really thin! Breakfast was ok, the cutlery had food on some of them, like it had just come out of the dishwasher without checking it. it just lacked that bit of extra attention.

Heel mooie hotel dicht bij MacAuliffe Square - het centrum. Kamer heeft een ligbad, douchecabine, apart wc, ventilator, kleine airco, twee woopnkamer stoelen, twee zit stolen, tafel en meer. I have stayed at this hotel several times because of its quiet and convenient location to the town centre which is only a few minutes walk away. A simple self-service breakfast is provided with a good selection of warm food, pastries, breads and cheeses etc. The bedrooms are a generous size with coffee making facilities and a convenient fridge.

When we arrived at 2pm there was an horrible drilling noise on one of the higher floors of the reception. We asked why it was so loud on a Saturday. Answer : This would last a least 3 more hours. Then the lady told us check in was only open as from 3pm. She still hadnot asked for our name. We told her and also that we had booked a junior suite… Then only she looked in her pc and confirmed that our room was ready. We told her that we were shocked by her very impolite and non welcoming attitude. My husband was truly unhappy and said we cancelled our stay. Then she said we had to pay her 25€ for her lost commission! We paid it and went!

The hotel is in a great location close to everything. Somewhat off the beaten track but the proximity to everything is excellant. Upon check in Staff Reception Lucas was amazing went above and beyond in helping answer questions on some of the sites to see, and transportation. I was misled by google searches in regards to transport as what they said was available was not. Lucas went out of his way to help me navigate some of my challenges. Very professional and helpful.

This hotel is in the perfect place for all of the touring around the WW2 sites and it's just 5 mins walk from the main Square of Bastogne. Just a brilliant stay here we will stop here again when traveling through into Germany or the Mosel etc.

Great hotel. We had a large room for three persons. Excellent breakfast with large selection. Hotel is located a few blocks from center of town and numerous restaurants. Bastogne is obviously a very historic World War II area and it is also a very scenic area
