Amazing value for what you get. We stayed in the adjoining apartments and whilst the style is quite outdated, the location and size of rooms were fantastic. We had a little kitchenette and lots of space for the three of us. Beds were comfy and when asked for more pillows received good service. Lovely bakery round the corner for breakfast and an underground stop literally outside the door!

The location was perfect. You can walk to Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes, and there is a subway station right in front of the hotel. The rooms, lobby, and breakfast buffet were very clean that we didn’t even feel the need to wipe anything down, which is usually the first thing we do! The staff were very helpful and positive. We didn’t experience any problems during our stay; it was a very pleasant experience overall. Thank you!

The hotel was okay overall and a bit old-fashioned, which we didn’t mind. The biggest disappointment was the housekeeping: during our three-night stay, our room was never cleaned, even though we specifically asked for it, and the towels were not changed. There’s also no ironing board in the room, only one in the basement. The rooms have no air conditioning and get very warm, even in September, despite keeping the curtains closed. I can imagine this being quite uncomfortable in summer. Overall, it was okayish, but the lack of cleaning was disappointing and we wouldn’t stay again. I was also a bit surprised that the hotel has four stars.
