I loved my stay at Bob W and would definitely recommend. The accommodation was in a great location, situated only a couple of minutes from 2 underground stations and walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions! The check-in process is great as long as you complete the online form prior to your stay (though the team are very responsive in WhatsApp if you do have any issues). But note that there’s no reception there - it’s all virtual The optional extras are easy to add through the guest portal and add lovely touches to your stay (we went with the Polaroid camera which was a great addition!) The room was lovely and spacious and the access to the communal areas and luggage rooms both prior to check-in and after checking out was really useful!

The check-in process is not helpful. I didn't get an email with the access information, so if it wasn't for traveling with a friend, I wouldn't have been able to get into the room. Check-in was overly complicated. It took 20 minutes to get it straightened out. Also, the noise was intense from the hallway when other guests came in.

We stayed for 3 nights between Xmas and NYE 2025 in a Premium Studio. The apartment itself is a good space, with a huge window and pleasant outlook. The kitchen is well equipped (including dishwasher) and the shared laundry was excellent for our needs (mid trip). There are some small but important things that let the stay down - the rug was filthy and needs to be replaced. The pillows were also filthy, lifeless, ancient and needed replacing. The towels were thread-bare and are only changed weekly (so not for us). The liquid handsoap in the bathroom ran out, it had not been topped up and we couldn’t do it ourselves as it’s a captured bottle. With all that said, this was the lowest cost place we’ve stayed and it represented good value - but I wouldn’t stay again.

Great apartment in Mitte with amenities to cook, clean and do washing at ease. The apartment had a comfortable bed and good kitchen utility for the space. I hadn’t stayed in a digital hotel before but it was great
