The hotel description says parking with privilege in/out, however they do not even have enough parking. When I got there and asked where to park they said they were full and then I realized they only have 6 parking at the hotel. They sent me to a public parking to park my car!! There was no air condition/ air recirculating in my room!! I would not come back to this hotel.

Schlafen fast unmöglich.... - Teppichboden im Zimmer = unhygenisch - Duchschlauchhalterung veraltet.... hat den Duschkopf nicht mehr in gewünschter Position gehalten. -Frühstück mit 21 € zu teuer. - Parken ebenfalls mit 25€ zu teuer. Öffentliches Parkhaus kostet"nur"20 Euro für 24 Stunden...

It was an okey location and with a lot of options for food around. But the rooms are not very soundproof, so I was bothered by my neighbors phone every night. And there wasn’t much to do about it. So I didn’t sleep very well. And they had the worst pillows in the room. The parking was not good either, the entrance was very narrow and the driveway slope was tricky. Room was nice, and bed to. Not recommended but an all in all. Okey-ish experience.

Die Gesamtbewertung des Hotels ist gut, das einzige Manko ist der Parkplatz. Man bezahlt 25 Euro pro Nacht, und die Einfahrt ist eine reine Katastrophe. Die Parkplätze sind so eng, dass man kaum richtig parken kann. Der Preis ist ziemlich überhöht. Es wird einem erst bei der Ankunft mitgeteilt, dass es 25 Euro pro Nacht kostet. Schade.

Die Lobby war eine Baustelle! Wohl bis März 2024, ansonsten sehr ruhig und die Lage ist Top! Parken im Parkhaus über Media Markt für 20 Euro pro 24 Std. Ca. 100 Meter entfernt.

Insgesamt war ich zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Was ich mir wünschen würde, wäre ein fester Parkplatz für Gäste. Denn die Parkplatzsuche ist für Menschen, die nicht aus Berlin kommen, komplett überfordernd. Für mich war das zumindest so.

Zentral gelegen, Check in Dame sehr Freundlich , mein zimmer konnte ich bereits um 14.00 Uhr haben statt 15.00 uhr wie beschrieben. Bett sehr bequem. Sehr traurig bin ich über die Parkplatz möglichkeit vom Hotel. Hatte diesen Hotel ausgesucht weil parkplätze angeboten worden sind. Ein Rezeption mitarbeiter meinte das ich pech habe und kein anrecht auf ein parkplatz habe. Gastfreundlich ist was anders.

Trevligt hotell till resonabelt pris. Rent och snyggt men daglig städning måste beställas. Frukosten var ok. Området ser inte så trevligt ut, men går du ett kvarter är det helt ok. För att kunna resa runt i Berlin bör du vara bekväm med att byta mellan buss, tåg och S-bahn.

Hotel/Zimmer waren sehr Sauber und auch alles in Ordnung. Zimmer zum Hinterhof würde ich empfehlen. Zentral gelegen, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gerne wieder eine Besuch.

Das Hotel Kantstr. liegt verkehrs- und einkaufstechnisch sehr gut, deswegen habe ich dort gebucht. Ich finde, für den EZ-Preis von 100 Euro könnte auf jeden Fall eine Flasche Wasser gratis im Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt werden, stattdessen hätte ein Wasser 2,80 Euro gekostet. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre auch super. Im Bad roch es leider stark nach Schimmel. Das Zimmer lag zur vielbefahrenen Kantstraße raus und war abends/nachts entsprechend laut. All dies wäre akzeptabel, aber nicht zu diesem Preis.

Room was spacious. Great location near to everything. But noise is the problem. Not from outside but within. Room not soundproof. I could hear footsteps thumps above me, I could hear its heavy chair dragging from the room above. It affected my sleep every night. It would have been better if the room was carpeted and have lighter chair in the room. That chair is too heavy to lift and will always create that dragging noise.

They charge for luggage storage, €1.5 per piece, and even the air conditioning in the room costs extra. The lady at the reception had a very bad attitude; she refused to print out the receipt from the day before and just said it was sent by email. They even mishandled guests’ suitcases when storing them. Apart from the good location, there’s nothing much to recommend, and it’s overpriced

Fejl ved tjek ind og ud. Skat opkrævet 2 gange. Ekstrem dårlig kundeservice. Hotel under ombygning, ikke informeret om. Bar/ lobby ikke eksisterende. Ingen varme på værelser Ingen rengøring Har sjældent oplevet så dårlig service… Troede vi havde booket et 4 stjernet hotel, men lever på ingen måde op til forventningerne. Bij aankomst kregen we een kamer toegewezen die al in gebruik was. Dit is gevaarlijk voor de persoon in kwestie aangezien zo diefstal kan ontstaan. Ik heb dit gemeld aan de manager van het hotel. Hij excuseerde zich en toen kregen we een nieuwe kamer. Voor de rest was alles vlot verlopen.

The hotel is clean, well-located, and affordable. However, there are many problems I encountered. First, even though I checked in online, I had to wait over an hour (from 2-3 p.m) to get a room, and, furthermore, the surly and unhelpful young lady at the Reception, stated (in German, which I speak fluently), "You\'ll have to pay to leave your bags here, even though you\'re a guest, because I have to get a key for the storage, etc.)" Outrageous! I\'ve been in thousands of hotels, and hundreds in Germany, and this was the first time a hotel tried to charge me, a guest, for short-term luggage storage! Fortunately, when I returned about an hour later, a man was at the Reception who was somewhat helpful. The room itself also had significant problems. The safe didn\'t work, and was reported to the cleaning staff, but no one came to fix it. The room was also not sufficiently soundproofed and very nearly the next morning I heard loud noised from an adjacent room. And there were no bath towels--I had to request them from the cleaner. Etc. All in all, this is NOT a four-star hotel, more like (generous...) a 2.5-3 star hotel at best....

Sehr gutes Hotel in Berlin. Direkte Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Zimmer sind groß und bieten viel Platz für zwei Personen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung, allerdings sind die Warmspeisen eher kalt als warm. Dennoch hatte ich einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Reception area is a little dull and is also the bar area which isn't atmospheric. There isn't any air-conditioning in the rooms, but they did provide me with a fan when I asked. I had a room at the back of the hotel so wasn't disturbed by traffic, but building neighbours and other work was audible. However, the room was comfortable - forgot to ask for bath and only had a shower. Only cleaned on request so tea/coffee supplies don't get updated. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold, as well as a continental take-away option. They didn't appear approving when I made a cup of tea to take away and filled my water bottle. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity and shops too. Easy access from the U-bahn and S-bahn and on the line that goes to the airport which is a really interesting and cheap alternative (if longer) to a taxi.
