Really helpful staff at check in. The hotel has its own car park - you can take the elevator straight to your room when you park. Also - unlike many city hotels, the parking charge is very reasonable. Nice rooms, good breakfast.

Leider wurde meine Begleiterin beim Frûhstück angesprochen, das sie sich nichts mitnehmen darf! Da es sehr früh war, hat sie zum Frühstück nur ein Croissant und einen Kaffee genommen und sich für den Flug ein Brötchen geschmiert. Wenn man Buffet anbietet und diesen stolzen Frühstückspreis nimmt, muss das einfach mit drin sein. Dieses Zurechtweisen hat einen bitteren Nachgeschmack hinterlassen, eas uns nicht unbedingt animiert, hier wieder zu buchen . Für mich ist es schlecht, dass es derzeit keine benutzbare Lobby gibt. Ich wollte meine Geschåtsgespråche von dort aus führen und bin nicht informiert worden, dass die Lobby im Umbau ist.

Für 260€ die Nacht in Tempelhof. Das geht nur, weil es ringsum kein anderes Hotel gibt. Einige kleinere Pensionen, die allesamt über dieses Portal nicht buchbar waren, gab es natürlich schon. Das Zimmer war OK, aber mit zwei recht schmalen Einzelbetten. Das es sowas noch gibt?!? Sauberkeit des Zimmers war in Ordnung, des Bades hingegen nicht. Wäre ich nicht in Eile gewesen, hätte ich sicher das Zimmer reklamiert und gewechselt

I really enjoyed my stay at the Mercure Hotel, it was quiet and clean . Staff was nice and helpful. I think it would be really nice to have a few benches outside to sit on and a laundry room that guest could use (and pay for) would be excellent. We stayed a total of 11 days and I thought the hotel had a laundry room (could have been my mistake) so we had to take our laundry out. The breakfast was excellent. We again really liked our stay and when we return next year hope to stay at your hotel again.

Wunderbares großes Zimmer mit einem ungewöhnlichen Schnitt für ein Hotelzimmer. Sehr angenehm. Einziger Kritikpunkt: beim Duschen wird unweigerlich der Boden des Badezimmers naß, weil die Duschabtrennung zu klein geraten ist. Ansonsten alles gut!

I had booked to stay there 2 night for work. The hotel's air conditioning was broken and was spewing hot air, so much that it was hotter in the room than outside (in the summer). I mentioned it to the front desk and they could not care less. overnight, I was woken up in sweat due to the heat and had to call to get a fan. It was the worse night I ever had. The next day, I checked out and went else where. The front desk was apathetic and could not care. It was a terrible hotel and I would not recommend it.

Hotel was perfectly fine though a little dated and the mattress was quite worn and not the most comfortable. Large room though and a big TV with plenty of options. The room was clean but there was a very odd smell in the lobby. I liked the location and it was easy to get around the city via the nearby U-bahn station

Check in was fine room is spacious and modern but far from the elevator. The free wifi is a joke it doesn't work and they make you pay 8 euro a day for wifi that does work. Very annoyed won't stay again due to this Malpractice

For anyone attending an event at the Estrel Centre, the Mercure Berlin Templehof is a great location as it's a 10 minute cab ride away. There is also a huge Supermarket just minutes away for snacks. The management and staff are extremely helpful, the rooms are comfortable and good value.

I have stayed at this Mercure previously and it was quite nice, comfortable and conveniently located. I usually do recommend this hotel. On this occasion, the experience was memorable but for different reasons. Arriving in the afternoon, there was a line of customers waiting to be checked in, my wait was 25 minutes, it took far less time in passport control than check-in. On the second day, owing to what I later learned was a flood in another room, the water supply was cut off - no one knocked on the door to explain this and as the telephone did not work in the room, I could not inquire about this. My day began with limited ability to finish my morning routine, luckily there was a bottle of water but... overall not good! The lamps all include dim, tinted bulbs and even with each lamp turned on, the lighting is poor, even in the bathroom. The black-out curtains would have worked perfectly but, they did not fit the window completely so, there was outside light coming into the room either in the middle where the curtains did not meet or from both sides of the wall. The TV remote was malfunctioning so there was no way to adjust the volume. Unfortunately the 220V outlet did not allow for a standard shaver plug to work, it required an adaptor which most experienced travellers do take with them so at least I could use this. Little things like this do add up and does affect the overall experience whether business or leisure, I will think twice about booking at this location again.

This is a solid business class option in the area. It is not a great location for tourists, although there is an S-Bahn station just a block away that makes it easy to get wherever you want to go. For my purposes (visiting family), this hotel was very conveniently located and I would stay here again. What really sets this hotel apart in my opinion is the quality of the staff. I had to deal with an emergency during the stay, and the staff was super helpful and kind; I really can't praise them enough.

Easy to get to the hotel on the U8 underground line and then only a few min walk. With a fantastic bakery right by the station! On this line you can easily get to all the sights and main attractions of Berlin. The hotel was very comfortable English was spoken and service was excellent. The staff were able to help with any queries. The room had comfortable beds and everything you would need nice toiletries and a kettle. Breakfast is a buffet with a really good choice of good food. Good hotel good value. Recommend.

Das Hotel liegt an der Hermannstraße im berühmt-berüchtigten Neukölln. Aber: Es ist ruhiger als vermutet,die Umgebung ist multikulturell geprägt und wir hatten in einer Woche dort keinerlei unangenehme Begegnungen. Zu Fuß ist man Ruckzuck am Tempelhofer Airfield,ideal zum Laufen,Radfahren,Inlinern oder einfach nur die Weite genießen. U-Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Hotel entspricht den üblichen Standards. Leichte Nutzungsspuren im Zimmer und am Inventar. Wir hatten eine leichte Geräuschkulisse bei geöffnetem Fenster durch die Klimaanlage des Hotels. Außerdem etwas trockene Luft immer wieder im Zimmer,aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Das gesamte Personal war immer sehr freundlich, besonders in der Bar. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel guten Gewissens weiter!
