Art Hotel Charlottenburger Hof Berlin

In 2023 we had an excellent experience with this hotel, hence for a big family gathering we wanted this hotel again and booked 4 rooms. Unfortuately 2 of the rooms were very cold, the hotel managed to fix this though. But the cleaning was subpar and all in all lower standard than it used to. Its still good vakue for money and veey central amd the staff is friendly. But very cold to stay in the winter.

Good hotel

excellent location, infront of Charlottenburg train station. abundance of eating places around. Internet is a bit slow... elevators do not go on all floors, travelling light is something to look at.

The personal that was in the reception was very nice and kind, the Hotel is good.

My stay was okay except the hot shower didnt work twice, when asked they informed about some maintenance (prior information is always good) , internet is HORRIBLE. they did give ne a resolution to change the room but by that time i was all set with my 3- suitcases. During checking in i dont know why I was given a room which was the furthest and mind you they have a funny life that does not stops at all floors, so i still had to hand carry them … positive point is its right infront of the S- bahn (charlottenburg station) , also the hotel mentions laundry services - i was lucky to have a room with a machine , But i was looking for a proper laundry service which was not there. NO TOILETTERIES except tissue and handwash.
