Good neighborhood, close to S-Bahn and grocery store. Ok staff and ok rooms, a bit expensive but I guess thats Berlin... Think the hotel might consider a better and more effective,digital check-in. After all, it's 2024... The breakfast was not worth 10€. The quality and price is better at the Aral-station across the street. Free parking right outside on the street.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, benötigt eine Auffrischung / Renovierung. Sauberkeit und Mitarbeiterfreundlichkeit sehr gut. Toll ist die Möglichkeit, auf die Zimmerreinigung zu verzichten und stattdessen kostenloses Wasser zu erhalten. Das Frühstück haben wir trotz Buchung nach 2 Tagen ausgelassen: Der Raum zu klein und zu laut, die Qualität und Hygiene lässt zu wünschen übrig (keine wirkliche Kühlung, andere Gäste nießen in die offenen Lebensmittel rein, etc.)

Overall, the stay was positive. We were aware of the renovation beforehand (which is definitely needed) but this did not affect the stay. Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly. Our room was a bit warm due to the heatwave because there was no air conditioning. Nice beds. The room was clean but the toilet brush was left in the toilet. The grout between the tiles on the bathroom floor was breaking apart as we walked on it. Between our room and the neighbouring room there was an old door, that although it was locked still had a handle which you could press down. Maybe remove the handle. The hallway smelled of smoke in our end. Free parking on the road is possible.

Muy bonito hotel, habitación muy limpia y cómoda. Desayuno muy bueno con costo extra. No tiene estacionamiento.

Beautiful little hotel with a pleasant little garden in the front where you can sit and drink a beer. Excellent and good value breakfast. I would have given 5 stars if the Wi-Fi had not been down most of the weekend although staff were apologetic about this. Also, not having English Breakfast Tea or other strong blends is BLATANT discrimination against English people, for whom a strong morning cuppa is an absolute necessity. But the staff were lovely so I’d come again, bringing my own teabags, of course!

Lovely hotel, a bit old school but in a cute way. I found the staff not overly friendly but normal and kind. It was hard to spot the hotel at night but I found it easily with Google Maps.There is a cute garden outside and supermarkets and train stops nearby.

Das Hotel Kronprinz Berlin ist mit Abstand eines der schlimmsten Hotels, in denen ich je übernachtet habe. Laut Vergleichsportalen soll das Hotel vier Sterne haben, doch an der Rezeption wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es gar keine Sterne besitzt – und das merkt man leider in jedem Detail. Unsauberkeit: Die Zimmer waren in einem schockierenden Zustand. In meinem ersten Zimmer lagen Haare aus dem Intimbereich sowohl auf dem Badezimmerboden als auch auf dem Bett. Nach meiner Beschwerde wurde mir ein zweites Zimmer gegeben – doch der Zustand war identisch! Auch im dritten Zimmer war keine Verbesserung festzustellen. Es scheint, als würde in diesem Hotel überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Dreckige Handtücher haben das Ganze noch getoppt. Service: Der Service war katastrophal. Die Dame an der Rezeption wirkte absolut desinteressiert und nicht gewillt, die Probleme zu lösen. Ihre einzige Reaktion war: „Ja, was soll ich denn jetzt tun?“ – eine völlig unprofessionelle Haltung. Statt Unterstützung oder einer Lösung erhielt ich nur Gleichgültigkeit. Selbst der Vorschlag, mich in ein anderes Hotel umzuquartieren, wurde nicht proaktiv gemacht. Freundlichkeit und Kundenorientierung sucht man hier vergeblich. Ausstattung: Die Zimmer sind nicht nur unsauber, sondern auch alt und heruntergekommen. Kein Hauch von Komfort oder Hotelstandards. Dieses Hotel erfüllt keinerlei Kriterien, die man selbst von einem einfachen Hotel erwarten würde, geschweige d

Das Zimmer, in dem wir übernachtet haben, unterschied sich komplett von den Fotos, die wir bei der Reservierung gesehen hatten. Die Fotos zeigten ein sauberes und neu renoviertes Zimmer, aber das tatsächliche Zimmer war sehr schmutzig und abgenutzt. Es gab keinen großen Fernseher, wie angegeben, und die Zimmergröße war ebenfalls anders. Die Reinigung war unzureichend. Bisher habe ich nur Hotels mit Kartenschlüsseln benutzt, daher habe ich nach der Rückgabe des Zimmerschlüssels gefragt, aber das Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Es war definitiv kein 4-Sterne-Hotel und das schlechteste Hotel, in dem ich bisher übernachtet habe.

Für eine Nacht ist es OK, Sauberkeit war gut, bis auf den Teppich der nicht gesaugt wurde, das kleine Bad und Betten waren sauber, es ist eben ein süßes Hotel mit Gebrauchsspuren. Aber was einem Radisson Blue gleichkommt, ist das ausgezeichnete Frühstück, absolut zu empfehlen.

4 Sterne? Das Gute zuerst: es war sauber, das Bett bequem und das Frühstück gut und reichhaltig. ABER: Löcher in der Gardine, Übergardine nicht richtig befestigt, ein verfärbter (ehemals weißer) Uralt-Duschvorhang und aufgrund des Alters und Abnutzungsgrades 2farbige Wasserhähne, wacklige Nachtschränke, abplatzende Wandfarbe im Bad, wacklige Duschstange - auch für ein Sonderangebot erwarte ich DAS nicht in einem 4Sterne-Hotel.

The facilities were old but clean and well kept, so it was not a problem. The room was very spacious with high ceilings. Breakfast was very good.

Ich habe am 26.10.23 um 20.15 Uhr eingescheckt und alles war gut. Ich freute mich nach 7 Stunden Autofahrt auf etwas Schlaf der aber nach einer viertel Stunde von langanhaltem Lärm von Geschlechtsverkehr bis ich morgends um 6 Uhr auf das Auto ausweichte um wenigstens etwas Schlaf zu bekommen... Es ist allgemein viel zu hellhörig hier. Für mich war es leider ein mega Reinfall...Wäre ich hier nicht verabredet gewesen wäre ich in der Nacht noch wieder abgereist.

Great location, plenty of options to get to the city center. There is a Späti and an EDEKA nearby to get some snacks or drinks. Also, it is the end of the Kudamm - just stroll along to see great bars and cafés. There is no AC, so the rooms can get quite hot in the summer. The S-Bahn nearby is quite noisy. Staff is nice, and everything went smoothly. Well worth the price.

Calling this hotel sound proof couldn't be further from the truth, you could easily hear the faintest of whispers in the room next to you giving you little to no privacy.

Fridge not working in the room where there was one, Shower was shooting water out of the end. Dark room. The plus was the breakfast - A lot of items and delicious bacon!

When the weather is hot you are missing aircon. Small fridge in the room is nice.

Schönes Hotel an der Ringbahn gelegen. Super Frühstück, leider jedoch nur bis 11:00 statt wie in der Zimmerkarte vermerkt 11:30. Die Türen waren von innen nicht richtig abschließbar. Das Zimmer war schön und ruhig, auch wenn die Heizung teilweise nicht steuerbar war.

Nicht ganz wie erwartet – Luft nach oben Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht, allerdings bestand dieses aus einem Doppelbett und einer stark abgenutzten Ausziehcouch. Leider war der Schlafkomfort dadurch stark eingeschränkt – einzelne Federn waren deutlich spürbar. Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir im Frühstücksraum überraschend unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass wir angeblich nicht zum Frühstück angemeldet seien. Auch an der Kaffeemaschine fühlten wir uns wenig willkommen: Auf meinen Versuch, mir Kaffee zu holen, wurde ich ohne Erklärung laut zurückgewiesen. Uns ist bewusst, dass es im Hotelalltag zu stressigen Momenten kommen kann, dennoch hätten wir uns einen etwas respektvolleren und zugewandteren Umgangston gewünscht. Mit kleinen Verbesserungen in Kommunikation und Ausstattung ließe sich der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gestalten.

Edificio algo viejo, entrada con llave, habitacion grande, cama comoda, baño OK. Lo unico y muy importante que molestó fue la ausencia de aire acondicionado, la noche estaba muy calida y creo que es necesario. Por ende no iria mas en verano.

Unfortunately it was a let down because the property looks much better in the pictures compared with the reality. It is in need of a bit of modernisation. Everything looks old fashioned. The rooms are small - I thought I had booked a room with a queen bed but was put in a small room with what looked like a basic double bed. The shower curtains around the shower are not really fit for purpose. The walls and the ceiling is paper thin and you can literally hear every foot step of anyone walking above or adjacent to the rooms and it’s super loud because the floor amplifies the sound - absolutely awful for those who want to sleep during the day. The noise of the housekeepers during the day also disturbed my sleep because the walls are paper thin. The room needs to be sound proofed. Overall it was very disappointed and I would never return unless they address the above concerns.

Very poor soundproofing, bathroom with old equipment, low pressure in the shower (2nd floor). The fridge in the room was not working at all. The hotel employee at check-in said that I would have a free breakfast (sometimes there are such bonuses if you order through hotel.com). But upon departure, they said that I have to pay 50 euros for breakfast (for 4 breakfasts). I explained to the staff, said that it was their employee who made a mistake and I did not order a paid breakfast. But the hotel insisted on paying, agreed on half, 25.00 EUR. It was very unpleasant... I'll try not to stop there any longer.

This will be my 5th time staying in this hotel. amazing location, great staff. Walk 1 minute and you are in Kurfürstendamm boulevard that has all the shopping and restaurant and the Halensee train station. Friendly people everywhere. Thank you berlin and Germany!

Overall, the stay was nice. Very slow checking in, construction going on, but excellent breakfast. The room was nice, price was very good and there are lots of shopping and dining options within a short distance.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. We booked somewhat last minute but the price was very reasonable. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was nice and accommodating. The location is about 30-40 min from the downtown but the hotel is a 5 min walk from the S-bahn and bus stations. I really liked the breakfast, there were a lot of options and many healthy food as well. The only thing that was a bit concerning to me was the fact that we couldn't lock the doors, we could only close it but anyone with a spare key would be able to enter. We were told this is for fire safety and we didn't lose any belongings during our stay but that made me uncomfortable. I wouldn't expect luxury but for a short trip, I would recommend here.

Av övrig personal i receptionen var det en enda i kavaj. En person hade ”hoodie”. Ser inte representabel ut. Samma för en del personal vid frukost. Någon kommenterade mitt uttal av rumsnummer. Jag Sa tydligt på tyska (talar flytande). ”zwei“. Hon sa hela numret med emfas på „zwo“, nästan oförskämt. Rummet trevligt, men behöver rejäl uppfräschning. Hel säng, där madrassen rör sig när en i sängen flyttar sig. Gardiner från tak till golv, men släpper in ljus vid sidorna. Fyller ingen/dålig funktion. Badrummet märkligt inrett. Dusch, toalett o handfat kloss intill varandra. Ganska ofräscht. Element med märken, som gör att det ser smutsigt ut. Saknas sänglampor. Man måste kliva ur sängen för att släcka. Kan inte läsa i sängen. Inget extra toapapper påfyllt efter städning. Bra läge nära infartsväg, buss o S-Bahn. I dagsläget inte aktuellt att återvända, finns andra bättre alternativ. Vet dock att hotellet kommer att få ny ägare i sommar.

The breakfast and the gentleman at the front desk at check in were the only things good about this hotel. The beds were like sleeping on cement, miserable to sleep. The lady at the tour desk was no help with anything at all. Didnt seem to know what the Berlin Welcome Card even was. The old man at the front desk with his bow tie was an absolute jerk and acted like a child and threw a temper tantrum over nothing. He should be fired immediately. I wasnt the only guest that had a problem with that man. His behavior was inexcusable

Ein schönes Haus mit stilvoller Einrichtung. Die Mitarbeiter waren alles sehr nett und freundlich. Gute Anbindung an U- Bahn.

Perfekt läge nära till buss och S-bahn. Charmigt hotell ingen lyx men helt ok för några dagars Berlin upplevelse.

Et hyggeligt hotel tæt på S-bahn og lige for enden af Ku’dam. Let at komme til og fra. God morgenmad. Tæt på en lille badesø Halensee.

Günstige Lage an der Ringbahn und am Kuhdamm. Sehr ruhig. Freundliche Miarbeiter*innen. Und der Preis passte auch. Ich war wieder sehr zufrieden!
