Leider haben wir diesen Kurzurlaub gebucht und im Hotel feststellen müssen, dass der Pool geschlossen hat! Als Gegenangebot nannten Sie uns die Sauna Dampfbad. Bei 32Grad Außentemperatur!! Ebenfalls konnte man sich nicht mal in seinem Zimmer akklimatisieren. Keine Klimaanlage, selbst nachts extrem warm. Frühstück war gut, Lage vom Hotel gut. Wir würden nicht nochmal buchen.

Clean, well located hotel. Main pool and spa were closed for refurbishment during our brief stay but wasn't reason for visit it was proximity to event we were attending at zitadelle. Bed comfy, breakfast varied and tasty, overall good stay with good service, would stay again. Rooftop bar was nice touch.

Zuerst positiv, die alten Türschlösser wurden ausgetauscht, die neuen sind moderner! Allerdings ging meine Türklinke extrem schwer (Zi 373). Auch die Dachsauna wurde neu renoviert, super! Nun zum Negativen: mit einer Überraschung soll der belohnt werden, der auf Zimmerreinigung verzichtet. Dazu ein kleines Säckchen aushängen... Ich war gespannt... Erhalten habe ich NICHTS!!! Aber die Restaurantcrew war diesmal TOP!

Das Personal war wie immer sehr freundlich und sehr lustig. Und im Hotel war auch alles super vom leckeren Frühstück und Abendessen,die Massage war auch sehr schön und im Pool,Sauna und Fitnessbereich war auch wieder alles perfekt kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen und wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt hier im Hotel

Venlig personale. Der er gode bademuligheder og meget gode trænings faciliteter. Man skal dog være obs på at faciliteterne også benyttes af medlemmer ud fra hotellet så der kan være trænings hold i svømmehallen men det var fint balanceret og der er god plads. Alt i alt en god oplevelse.

Återkommande besökare. Hotellet erbjuder fantastiskt spa och gym men badrummen skulle behöva en mindre upprustning. WiFi är inte heller det bästa beroende på vilket rum man får.

We go there to use the fitness area wjuch is excellent, the spa which is very german, not fancy, but everything works, its clean and the staff is great. The rooms are clean, quiet, comfy, and the restaurants had upgraded the menus so we could the good breakfast, and the rest in the spa cafe. We love centrovital and will ve back again abd again.

Gutes und einladendes Hotel in Spandau, sehr gut per ÖPNV zu erreichen. Pool und Poolbereich sind auch gut. Ebenfalls gut waren die Betten und das Frühstück. Ansonsten würde ich die Zimmer als "durchschnittlich" bezeichnen. Die Duschamatur war etwas abgenutzt, ansonsten gibt es nichts Negatives. Positiv möchte ich noch das Hotelrestaurant benennen. Hier bekommt man gutes Essen für akzeptable Preise und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Leider war es sehr warm und stickig im Zimmer, eine Klimaanlage scheint es nicht zu geben. Und das im 4-Sterne-Hotel mit einem Preis von 200 Euro für die Nacht!!!

Leider gibt es im Zimmer keine Möglichkeit zur Kühlung, und bei geöffnetem Fenster ist der Geräuschpegel so hoch, dass dies die Aufenthaltsqualität deutlich mindert.

Das beste an dem Centrovital Hotel ist eindeutig das große vielseitige Schwimmbad. Den Fitnessraum habe ich nicht genutzt, sah aber auch sehr groß und ansprechend aus. Zusätzlich konnte man auch Fahrräder mieten. In allem ein sehr vielseitiges Hotel mit tollen Angeboten. Tipp: bei Zimmerbuchung sollte man versuchen, kein Zimmer über dem Haupteingang zu nehmen. Da ist es nachts sehr hellhörig und laut durch die hohen Gebäude. Aber im Großen und Ganzen kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Gutes Hotel mit toller Ausstattung. Schwimmbad und Sauna sorgen, trotz beruflicher Termine, für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Einzig die Ausstattung der Zimmer (2 einfache Stühle und einen rollbaren Tischersatz) fand ich für ein 4 Sterne Haus primitiv. Was mich gestört hat war der schlechte Internet Zugang. Ich konnte auf Grund der Geschwindigkeit keine Videokonferenzen durchführen! Auch das ist nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. Abends konnte man in der Bar gemütlich den Tag ausklingen lassen.

Vi betalade strax över 6000kr för 2 nätter, och rummen saknade AC. Jag anser att för det priset så ska det finnas någit som gör att man kan kyla ner rummet från 29grader! På tok för dyrt.

Leider gab es trotz vorherigem Wunsch kein ruhiges Zimmer ohne Verbindungstüre. Deshalb wurde ich dann vor Ort nach meiner Beschwerde in den 2. Stock umgebucht - in zwei Nächten gegen 2 Uhr im gegenüberliegenden Haus laute Party, der Zimmernachbar hat jede Nacht um 3 Uhr etwa eine Stunde lang laute Gehübungen in seinem Zimmer vollzogen. Ruhig stelle ich mir anders vor!!! Durch Personalmangel war die Bar an drei Abenden (incl. Ostermontag) zu. Wenn sie auf hatte, gab es nichts zu Essen. Trotz Hotelinfo-System wurde nicht auf den eingeschränkten Service hingewiesen. Es ist dann schwierig, wenn man sich auf die Hotel-Infos verlässt und um 21 Uhr in der Bar noch etwas Essen will und es dann eben einfach nichts gibt. An den Abenden ohne Bar schloss das Restaurant trotzdem um 22 Uhr - also keine Bewirtung im Hotel mehr möglich. Die Bar im Wellnessbereich war ebenfalls zeitweise geschlossen. Dies alles hat den Erholungswert für einen Osterurlaub stark beeinträchtigt. Da ist noch viel Luft nach oben ... besonders, was die Kommunikation angeht. Insbesondere als Stammgast bin ich dieses Mal mehr als enttäuscht von der Hotel-Leistung.

Sehr guter und freundlicher Check inn,Spa und Schwimmbad auch sehr gut.Etwas laut war die Musik bei Aqua Gymnastik. Gararage etwas versteckt.Gutes Essen,allerdings wirken abends die Service Mitarbeiter gestresst,bei wenig Betrieb. Ausbaufähig ist nur ein Kaffeeautomat beim Frühstück.Sehr gut für Besucher der Waldbühne

Das Hotel , Spa und Ausblick an sich ist spitze, jedoch die Anreise führt einen durch eine Art Bezirk mit einem hohen migrationsanteil welchen ich als sehr unangenehm empfand.

Clean, well located hotel. Main pool and spa were closed for refurbishment during our brief stay but wasn't reason for visit it was proximity to event we were attending at zitadelle. Bed comfy, breakfast varied and tasty, overall good stay with good service, would stay again. Rooftop bar was nice touch.

Das Hotel macht vieles richtig. Ein schönes Frühstück mit frisch gemachten Eiern und großer Auswahl auf einer Terrasse im ersten Stock mit Blick auf den Spandauer See. Schöne Dachterrasse mit Sauna und Bar. Gute Einrichtung trotz vieler unterschiedlicher Möglichkeiten dort wie Fitnessstudio, Haufe Schulungen und Schwimmbar. Leider bei unserem Besuch für Wartungen geschlossen, aber wir wurden vorher darüber informiert. Fußläufig zur Zitadelle und Spandauer Altstadt.

Liten gömd pärla, en bit ifrån centrum men lätt att komma till om man reser med bil. Trevligt poolområde, bra frukost och mycket god mat och drinkar i den kubanska restaurangen. Återkommer gärna. Enda minuset är att man inte tillhör någon kedja.

Das Personal war wie immer sehr freundlich und sehr lustig. Und im Hotel war auch alles super vom leckeren Frühstück und Abendessen,die Massage war auch sehr schön und im Pool,Sauna und Fitnessbereich war auch wieder alles perfekt kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen und wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt hier im Hotel

wir waren jetzt das 3 mal in diesem Hotel eingentlich waren woir immer zufrieden. In diesem Jahr fanden wir das Frühstück doch ziemlich ärmlich. Und dass bei diesem Preis. Ich denke, in dieses Hotel werden wir nicht mehr gehen.

Gutes und einladendes Hotel in Spandau, sehr gut per ÖPNV zu erreichen. Pool und Poolbereich sind auch gut. Ebenfalls gut waren die Betten und das Frühstück. Ansonsten würde ich die Zimmer als "durchschnittlich" bezeichnen. Die Duschamatur war etwas abgenutzt, ansonsten gibt es nichts Negatives. Positiv möchte ich noch das Hotelrestaurant benennen. Hier bekommt man gutes Essen für akzeptable Preise und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
