Quentin Design Hotel Berlin

Leider sehr schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten, nicht wie online angegeben „kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten die Straßen drumherum“ Parkhaus kostet 2 Straßen weiter 24 Euro die Nacht. Erstes Zimmer war unterirdisch schlecht und dreckig. Zweites Zimmer war okay aber geputzt war dort auch nicht. Haben uns in der Mall selbst Putzsachen kaufen müssen und das Zimmer zu desinfizieren. Ich frage wie kann das 2024 nach Corona noch sein. Das Zimmer Unmengen an Flusen, Staub und harre haben.

Selve tilstanden af værelset og hotellet fremstår desværre også beskidt allerede fra starten, men har simpelthen givet op og det er tydeligt! Et ophold der desværre ikke er pengene værd! Parkering ude på gaden lige foran hotellet var dog dejligt og beliggenheden er fin.

Booked a “twin/double room” and requested a twin, no confirmation but usually ok. Arrived at hotel to be told they do not have twin rooms at this hotel only doubles, no idea why they list them if this is the case! Room was very noisy as the elevator door kept opening and closing constantly even without the call buttons being pressed, nobody seemed to know why. I suggested they call a lift engineer but during my stay nothing changed. The room was very small but useable. First morning we woke up to no hot water, went to reception and the lady apologised and rang maintenance. She informed me that this has happened before where the heat pump has tripped but would be a couple of hours before hot water was available… Wim Hof style morning it was to be! Had to ask for hand towels as not provided, no tea or coffee only fruit tea provided in the room. Blind doesn’t cover the whole window so as soon as the sunrises the room becomes lit up. Held our luggage for us before and after check in which was good, bed was comfy and lounge / bar area is good. Would suggest avoiding if other places to stay but will leave you all to make your own mind up.

Location: The place is easy to find, the neighborhood feels very safe even at night. There coffee shops and restaurants very close by and there's definitely a lot to see. There's also a grocery (Edeka) and two or three Apothekes (drug stores) nearby. Most times of the night it was quiet and easy to sleep however there were a few minutes of disturbance as drunk parties passed through the street. I don't think this is very common though - it was the FCK game weekend. Public Hotel Amenities: The lobby was clean and it led out to a small courtyard - we never used it (ie, went outside) but it looked well kept and a nice place to sit and relax if you woke up early / wanted to have a coffee. Room Amenities: We booked one room with a King-Sized bed on the second floor. The room was well made and the bed was absolutely comfortable. - The room came with an espresso machine and some pods for use. - Enough sockets for charging the laptop & other devices, - Wifi is decent, - Air-conditioning / heating is centralized despite having the controls available in the room - it was hot - The fridge does not get cold enough to chill drinks or fruits, - We had a problem with the shower heater but this was because the handles signifying cold and hot were switched and so we bathed in ice cold water for 2 nights until we chanced upon the fix. Staff: Extremely friendly and we could really see that they were keen to assist but there was not really much they could do with our requests (aircon, etc.)

Leider war das Zimmer samt Bad nur auf den ersten Blick okay. Im Detail betrachtet, sanierungsbedarf und die Reinigungskraft wischt nicht so gerne die Fliesen im Bad. Es waren dort Flecken vom vorigen Besuch.

Das Hotel ist eine Katastrophe. Total verdreckt, kleine Zimmer, altes, staubiges und verdrecktes Mobiliar .

The hotel and our room were very clean and well maintained. Staff was very kind and helpful. I will consider it again for my next stay in Berlin.

The room was not properly cleaned on arrival (hair/socks from previous visitors). The window was also not working properly. The service was mostly nice to us and quick to help with any issues. Breakfast was okay, could use more vegetables.

Das Zimmer (zwei Tage) wurde nicht gereinigt. Handtücher fehlten.

Die rezeption hat einfach aufgelegtbhatgen als wir ne frage hatten, das zimmer war unglaublich schmutzig auf unsere mail zum hotel hin hat niemand regaiert.!

O Hotel tem uma excelente localização, limpo e com um atendimento maravilhoso, nos sentimos em casa!

Decor is outdated and a bit rundown, for a design hotel. Mattress and pillows are very very comfortable! Water pressure and hot water in shower (rain shower head) is poor and very frustrating to use.

This was a disaster - for the price, it is a terrible ripoff and in my case unsafe. 1) I was booked there for eight nights and was given the smallest room imaginable- not even a window! I complained and was given an even smaller room but w a window. This one didn’t have a fridge or and drawers to put my clothes. When you used the shower the entire bathroom floor got wet. The TV did not work in either room. They were not connected to the satellite service 2) no management on premises- only one person at the front desk-when you want to register a complaint they have to email someone and you to wait to to see if they respond 3) the breakfast was as meager as possible. Stale bread crusty eggs and the thinnest few slices of meat. My yogurt was past its expiration date. Definitely not worth the 17 euros! 4) housekeeper only changed towels-didn’t empty trash or make bed 5) the worst- one night someone knocked on my door rushed in my room and sat on my bed saying something in an Arabic language. He then laid on the bed. He was definitely high on something. I tried to calm him down not knowing if he had a knife or gun and then he left. I told the woman at the front desk and she said she had heard the same complaint from the person in the room over mine. While she told me she was sorry this happened I never heard from anyone from the hotel even though my life was potentially at danger. There is no security and darkened hallways. The property is virtually empty. Stay away!

The property isnt really bad. However, my stay was ruined by my next door neighbors doing the deed all night long into the morning. And my TV didnt work so I couldn't drown out the noise. Beware: the walls are very thin.

The Quentin Design Hotel is in a superb location, just few minutes from the ubahn. Hotel is in a quiet street and has large rooms and tastefully decorated. Room let down with small wardrobe and no draws for clothes. Staff were all very friendly, spoke excellent English. I’d like to mention Florrie who was kind enough to allow us to check out a bit later than the normal time.

This "four-star" Hotel Quentin Design in Berlin states on its Expedia website that they provide Internet/Wifi, towels, blackout drapes, etc. (see below). However, when I arrived, there was no Internet/Wifi, bathroom soap, multiple towels, blackout curtains, etc. Please see below for the misleading and partially inaccurate description of the “Room Amenities” listed by this hotel on their Expedia webpage, which motivated me to book a double room at this hotel via Expedia. I brought this to the attention of several people at the hotel Reception, both at check-in (and requested to be moved to another Quentin hotel, which was not acknowledged…) and at check-out, where the young woman at the Reception offered no apology, explanation, or even a partial refund.

I made the reservation more than a month before and when I arrived my room was completely different from that chosen on site ( where it included a beautiful bathtub in a beautiful bathroom) also the room was very nice. But the one I found was very, very cheap, especially because it was an underground room , where I couldn’t open the windows and curtains because people could see everything walking over me . the TV was there, but I couldn’t use it because it was broken (someone punched us) the shower still with the curtain ( horrible) every time the bathroom was flooded if I did not pay attention. the only positive was the bed , extremely comfortable

Gutes Zimmer, allerdings im Untergeschoss. Eigentlich sehr angenehm und ruhig, aber morgens ab 6 Uhr plötzlich Riesenlärm im Flur, da dort auch offenbar die Serviceräume des Servicepersonals sind…

I stayed two nights at this hotel and couldn't sleep at all due to the excessive noise coming from other rooms and the hallways. Guests were constantly slamming doors, and it felt like the hotel was full of people partying, making loud noise late into the night, up until 2:30 AM. They were laughing, shouting, banging on doors—it was unbearable. The hotel has no security personnel, and it feels unsafe with these disruptive and seemingly aggressive guests who have no respect for others. To make matters worse, the room was extremely small, with no desk to work on a computer, the internet was painfully slow and insecure, and the bed's mattress was awful. I ended up with terrible back pain. This was an absolutely awful experience. I won’t be staying at this hotel ever again.

Excellent hotel and location. Staff very helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. No problems encountered.

I loved this hotel. The staff made it a wonderful stay. I loved the Nespresso machine in the room. The shower was amazing and there was plenty of space in the room. Good location, convenient for walking.

Dienstreise Schönes Hotel. Frühstück sehr teuer! Man muss sich selbst einchecken obwohl am Empfang jemand war! Service nimmt immer mehr ab. Ein Grund für mich dieses Hotel nicht mehr zu buchen.

Desaströse Kommunikation, wenn man denn überhaupt mal jemanden erreicht. Egal, ob per Telefon oder E-Mail. Wünsche wurden trotz Zusage nicht erfüllt und Zuarbeiten, wie Rechnungen, nicht übermittelt. Widersprüchliche Informationen über check in Zeiten vom Personal, auf booking und der direkten Hotelseite. Das Frühstück fiel wegen Personalmangel aus. Alles in allem sehr unprofessionell, unbefriedigend und für uns zusätzlich unangenehm, da wir einen Gast unserer Firma dort unterbrachten.

I was disgusted by having to pay over 500 euros for a two night stay in what was a mediocre hotel The room was adequate, but had no window, just a skylight with a view of the sky. The sofa had a dangerously broken arm, and the dead lock on the door did not work, which turned out to be an issue on my first night I was followed by an unknown man to my room who was obviously high on drugs and kept banging on my door to be let in. I reported this to reception at the time, but saw no action on their part. The following morning I reported it again to reception only to discovered that the man had gained entry to fellow guests room. In addition there was only hot water available for one of the three days I was there, making my stay in Berlin very uncomfortable in not being able to shower.

I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Estefanía at the Front Desk. In all the hotels I’ve visited, she truly stands out as the best when it comes to customer service. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but what made the experience remarkable was her attitude and dedication. I arrived in the middle of the night, during the early hours of the morning, and even though the night shift can be very challenging, Estefanía was fully attentive, kind, and ready to help. I was hungry and with most restaurants closed, she went above and beyond by offering me snacks she had with her. That small but meaningful gesture showed her genuine kindness and her willingness to make guests feel at home. She has the rare ability to make you feel like family from the very first moment you arrive. In addition, Estefanía’s professionalism, her ability to communicate in different languages, and her constant smile make her an invaluable employee. I sincerely want to thank her for her outstanding service. Every hotel should be fortunate enough to have someone as dedicated, caring, and attentive as Estefanía.

great hotel in the middle of Schoeneberg

Great location. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Shower lets water on to floor so had to ask for room to be made up ( sign on door) . After a day out nothing had been done. Asked for towels at reception, a delightful girl on duty very helpful

the room was ok and clean, the bed an pillows very comfortable. breakfast room could have been more comfortable and better arranged, the setup was a bit different each morning.

God beliggenhed og afslappet stemning. Morgenmad lidt minimalistisk. Vær opmærksom på at små rum er små. Til gengæld er de store fine. Lidt støjende pga byggeri i nabolaget Fint område med fed stemning

An der Rezeption saß ein Mann der nahezu kein Deutsch sprach. Ich hatte keine Handtücher auf dem Zimmer. Die Dusche ist so konstruiert das unweigerlich der Boden im Badezimmer voll läuft. Der Tisch im Zimmer war kaputt und völlig instabil. Frühstück war für diesen Preis eine Unverschämtheit. Nie wieder dieses Hotel!

Hotel agradavel. Bom café da manhã. Não houve a limpeza do quarto pois o recurso eletronico disponivel na porta não estava funcionando e não fomos avisado e o quarto ficou sem limpeza e rroca de toalhas. O Hotel está numa região diversa e inclusiva com bares, restaurantes e comércio. Bastante fluxo de bicibletas, patinetes (muito comum na Alemanha) e crianças. Local tranquilo.

Modern looking hotel and rooms and overall quite comfortable. The breakfast was not great on the first day, better on the second and the third day there was "an issue with the kitchen" so no breakfast was offered meaning we had to . Thankfully a refund was sorted. Cleanliness overall was ok, however our room was not very clean - dust all over the place, mug fallen down behind the safe and walls had a couple stains. I would recommend for a quick stay, as it was great as a base and we didn't spend a lot of time there. Staff seemed lovely and the service was nice.

Der Ckeck-in war unbefriedigend. Erst auf Nachfrage erfuhr man das Zeitfenster für das Frühstück, das WLAN-Passwort wurde nicht mitgeteilt. Das Zimmer entsprach den Erwartungen, das Bett war sehr bequem, der Strassenlärm nicht spürbar. Erholsamer Schlaf ist garantiert. Leider funktionierte der Fernseher nicht, auch nicht nach 4 Tagen, obwohl wir es sofort gemeldet hatten. Handtücher waren keine vorhanden, wie auch kein Duschgel. Das in einem 4* Hotel, in welchem die Nacht über 260€ kostet. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte nur auf Verlangen, was auch nicht einer Unterkunft dieser Kategorie entspricht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Wir schätzten die Lage, nahe einer UBahn- Station.
