The biggest issue I have with this property as a person who travels across Europe a lot is that the staff literally seemed unable to answer basic questions about anything. My first time to Berlin so asked where a park was—literally had to ask three people working the front desk and then finally someone got a map. It was literally the biggest park in the city, close to all the monuments, and within walking distance and yet no one had any ideas to refer me there. This is an example of many—anything I asked for no one had a clue how to answer it. The rooms are dated and bizarrely arranged as well. Rarely leave poor reviews but this was bad.

Fine hotell , But the AC was a joke in the heat , and somewhat a pain that the elevator from the garage to the hotel did not work , so you had to drive around to drop of luggage den drive to the parking again. But good service minded people , and all in all a nice hotell.
