Really lovely apartment and had plenty of space for the 6 of us who went. Would have been nice to have been made aware of the fact there's no lift as the apartment we had was on the 3rd floor and had a steep spiral staircase but that was the only slight issue we had. The codes worked fine and the beds were comfortable. On a great location close to Alexanderplatz

It’s a great property well located as it’s not too far from alexanderplatz. It was clean and comfortable! What was a little unfortunate is that the facility has no storage room and therefore, If like us, your return journey is towards the end of the day, you either have to find a storage rental service or carry the bag with you wherever you go! If you have backpacks or small trolley bags, the latter is doable however if you’ve got bigger bags, it’s unlikely to be convenient and so you’d need to pay for storage! I highly suggest the ownership to invest in some storage! Otherwise it was great!!

Location is unbeatable - lots of cool’stuff nearby and close to train. The apartment is clean and spacious and well stocked with cleaning supplies and pretty much everything you need (no toiletries). Of note - the apt is 4 floors up, 8 flights of stairs - no elevator. It was fine for us, but my husband would have hated it. It is also not “luxurious”, again - fine for us, but basic. The second bedroom is very small as well. There are several Limehomes in the area, don’t know how it compares with those. Overall - fantastic location and comfy.

Eine sehr schöne, saubere und geräumige Unterkunft zentral in Berlin im Gebäude im gemütlichen Hinterhof. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht; diverse Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden sich in Laufnähe. Check-in und Check-out routiniert einfach bei Limehome! Einziges Manko ist der fehlende Lift, das ist in der 5. Etage mit viel Gepäck etwas müßig - aber hält fit!

We stayed for 3 nights in the 2-bed apartment with balcony and really enjoyed it. The apartment was well fitted with everything we needed and had comfortable furniture, making it a nice place to relax after a day out. The building itself is beautiful and full of character. The location was excellent — very convenient for both the tram and U-Bahn (near Rosa-Luxembourg station), with plenty of shops and conveniences close by. The only thing to be aware of is that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift, so it’s quite a climb, especially for my 75-year-old dad. Overall, I’d happily stay here again, though it might be worth reaching out to the property if you’re concerned about the stairs.

It is not an easy place to figure out how to check in and the flights of stairs are ridiculous. There should be an elevator. It was nice to have a 2 bedroom and it was walkable to some of the area.

Lägenheten låg mycket bra, gångavstånd till det mesta och trevliga kvarter, egentligen en fräsch och fin lägenhet, men dessvärre inte väl städad. Som om den bara dammsugit runt om allt. Under sängen, under soffan och i alla hörn inte städat. Dammigt och mat rester. Vi hade bokat för 4 personer men det var endast bäddat till 3. Och bara 3 handduk set.

L'appartamento era spazioso per 4 persone, caldo e silenzioso. L'abbiamo soltanto trovato piuttosto impolverato, forse non era utilizzato da tempo. Il,bagno era fornito di saponi ma lo scarico del Wc mandava un cattivo odore. La zona è molto comoda per utilizzare la metro o altri mezzi pubblici. E' stato molto difficile trovare l'appartamento in quanto il complesso è formato da più scale, ma questo non ci era stato specificato. Pertanto abbiamo perso un sacco di tempo per cercare dove fosse, salendo nella scala sbagliata, peraltro l'unica che si vede, disturbando anche altri clienti a cui abbiamo suonato il campanello per chiedere aiuto. Solo grazie ad uno di loro abbiamo capito che bisognava entrare nel cortile e cercare la scala corretta. Bisognerebbe migliorare la comunicazione! Difficoltà anche per un asciugamano mancante in appartamento. Abbiamo chiesto via mail di potercelo fornire ma la proprietà ci scriveva di un posto in cui andarlo a ritirare che non abbiamo trovato nè capito dove fosse. Così solo l'ultimo giorno ce lo hanno fatto trovare in camera, un po' tardi direi. Infine i letti: quello matrimoniale comodo, nulla da dire, fornito di materasso e topper. Ma la sistemazione per due posti sul divano era improponibile in quanto le giunture fra i cuscini del divano, non perfettamente allineate e che si aprivano ad ogni movimento, rendevano impossibile il riposo. Così abbiamo spostato il topper dal letti al divano letto, per consentire a tutti di riposare.

Nice and clean - and a great location. The apartments are to clinical/unpersonal - could be quite a lot cozier with rearranging and rethinking the decoration of the apartment - at very low extra costs for the owners.

Lejligheden ligger centralt. Der er rent og pænt. Eneste lille bitte minus var trægulvet som knirkede helt forfærdeligt. Vækkede os alle hver gang en skulle på toilettet om natten. Helt sikkert et sted vi kommer igen

Great stay and good area of Berlin to stay in close to all the things that are important to us when in the wonderful city of Berlin. Great supermarkets nearby, lits of fantastic restaurants. Easy communication with LimeHome. Asked for extra towels and got it. The cleanikg happened every 3 days which is nessesary when travelling with children. The cleaning was pretty basic but welcomed. It was quite dirty under the beds (we lost a toy) but pretty clean elsewhere. The sofa bed was not very comfortable and I must admit that the plastic sheed underneath made sleeping a little uncomfortable, especially in the sofa. Overall very good stay and would stay here again, mainly because this is right in the middle of our favorite areas in Berlin.

Lejligheden ligger virkelig godt i gå afstand til mange hyggelige restauranter, Markthalle Pfefferberg og tæt på U-Bahn og sporvogn. Lejligheden har et lille køkken med to kogeplader. Der er plads til at spise 4 personer i køkkenet. Derudover er der en stue (med sovesofa) og et soveværelse. Der er ingen døre mellem stue, køkken og soveværelse. Lejligheden var nem at checke ind i med de tilsendte koder. Rengøringen var ikke super, vi fandt blandt andet en hel del slikpapir i sofaens revner og generelt var der lidt nusset.

Mein Apartment war im dritten Stock gelegen im ruhigeren Hinterhaus. Die kleine Küche ist super und auch sonst ist Alles da was man braucht. Und es gab sogar ein paar Kaffeekapseln für die Nespressomaschine, Tee- und Zuckerbeutel, Salz, Pfeffer und Olivenöl. Das Bad war sehr sauber aber auf dem etwas knarzenden Holzboden bekam man staubige Füße, die Tagesdecke auf dem Bett hatte ein paar Flecken und die Stühle am Tisch waren nicht besondrrs bequem und etwas niedrig. Hab mich trotzdem gerne für's nächste mal wieder dort eingemietet.

Отличное место в самом центре Берлина. О недостатках мы знали заранее из других отзывов: - отсутствие лифта (тяжело каждый раз поднимать/спускать детскую коляску, нет места для хранения снизу); - скрипучий пол (ночью по дороге в туалет легко разбудить всю семью, а возможно заодно и соседей); - слабый напор горячей воды, в результате приходится мыться или в кипятке или в холодной воде. Но приятная цена и удобное месторасположение перевешивает указанные недостатки. P.S. После регистрации данных в системе отеля (check-in) с нами от имени отеля пытались связаться мошенники, которые запрашивали данные платёжное карты, урожая отменой брони.

Det var meget kedeligt indrettet og lever ikke op til Limehomes ellers gode lejligheder. Der var ingen hygge eller billeder og værelset var meget mørkt.

Konumu iyi, metroya, marketlere, kafelere çok yakın. Gezilebilir güzenli bir yerde. Dar ve uzun planı kullanışsız. Altından metro geçiyor gürültülü. Evdeki parkeler aşırı gıcırdıyor. Üst katta yürüyenlerin gürültüsü rahatsız ediyor. Yatak odasının kapısı yok. Bu ev için fiyat yüksek.

Really lovely apartment and had plenty of space for the 6 of us who went. Would have been nice to have been made aware of the fact there's no lift as the apartment we had was on the 3rd floor and had a steep spiral staircase but that was the only slight issue we had. The codes worked fine and the beds were comfortable. On a great location close to Alexanderplatz

Online Communication only can lead to finding an uncleaned room and fighting for a solution by sending WhatsApp pictures and not being able to open the doors. Besides this major trouble, the place was nice when cleaned.

L'appartamento era spazioso per 4 persone, caldo e silenzioso. L'abbiamo soltanto trovato piuttosto impolverato, forse non era utilizzato da tempo. Il,bagno era fornito di saponi ma lo scarico del Wc mandava un cattivo odore. La zona è molto comoda per utilizzare la metro o altri mezzi pubblici. E' stato molto difficile trovare l'appartamento in quanto il complesso è formato da più scale, ma questo non ci era stato specificato. Pertanto abbiamo perso un sacco di tempo per cercare dove fosse, salendo nella scala sbagliata, peraltro l'unica che si vede, disturbando anche altri clienti a cui abbiamo suonato il campanello per chiedere aiuto. Solo grazie ad uno di loro abbiamo capito che bisognava entrare nel cortile e cercare la scala corretta. Bisognerebbe migliorare la comunicazione! Difficoltà anche per un asciugamano mancante in appartamento. Abbiamo chiesto via mail di potercelo fornire ma la proprietà ci scriveva di un posto in cui andarlo a ritirare che non abbiamo trovato nè capito dove fosse. Così solo l'ultimo giorno ce lo hanno fatto trovare in camera, un po' tardi direi. Infine i letti: quello matrimoniale comodo, nulla da dire, fornito di materasso e topper. Ma la sistemazione per due posti sul divano era improponibile in quanto le giunture fra i cuscini del divano, non perfettamente allineate e che si aprivano ad ogni movimento, rendevano impossibile il riposo. Così abbiamo spostato il topper dal letti al divano letto, per consentire a tutti di riposare.

Eine sehr schöne, saubere und geräumige Unterkunft zentral in Berlin im Gebäude im gemütlichen Hinterhof. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht; diverse Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden sich in Laufnähe. Check-in und Check-out routiniert einfach bei Limehome! Einziges Manko ist der fehlende Lift, das ist in der 5. Etage mit viel Gepäck etwas müßig - aber hält fit!

Adoramos tudo! Fomos recepcionados com brindes, tivemos facilidade no check in, local próximo a metrô, bares, restaurantes e supermercados, além de fácil acesso a locais turísticos. Apartamento limpo, excelente roupa de cama e banho, e disponibilidade de utensílios domésticos. Recomendo

It is not an easy place to figure out how to check in and the flights of stairs are ridiculous. There should be an elevator. It was nice to have a 2 bedroom and it was walkable to some of the area.

Great stay and good area of Berlin to stay in close to all the things that are important to us when in the wonderful city of Berlin. Great supermarkets nearby, lits of fantastic restaurants. Easy communication with LimeHome. Asked for extra towels and got it. The cleanikg happened every 3 days which is nessesary when travelling with children. The cleaning was pretty basic but welcomed. It was quite dirty under the beds (we lost a toy) but pretty clean elsewhere. The sofa bed was not very comfortable and I must admit that the plastic sheed underneath made sleeping a little uncomfortable, especially in the sofa. Overall very good stay and would stay here again, mainly because this is right in the middle of our favorite areas in Berlin.

God beliggenhed i roligt kvarter. Ældre bygning. Lydtætte vægge, men gulvene knirkede og det kunne høres mellem etagerne. Sengen var god at sove i, det samme var sofaen. Dejligt med spiseplads og lille køkken. Det var nemt at checke ind og ud.

Location is unbeatable - lots of cool’stuff nearby and close to train. The apartment is clean and spacious and well stocked with cleaning supplies and pretty much everything you need (no toiletries). Of note - the apt is 4 floors up, 8 flights of stairs - no elevator. It was fine for us, but my husband would have hated it. It is also not “luxurious”, again - fine for us, but basic. The second bedroom is very small as well. There are several Limehomes in the area, don’t know how it compares with those. Overall - fantastic location and comfy.

We stayed for 3 nights in the 2-bed apartment with balcony and really enjoyed it. The apartment was well fitted with everything we needed and had comfortable furniture, making it a nice place to relax after a day out. The building itself is beautiful and full of character. The location was excellent — very convenient for both the tram and U-Bahn (near Rosa-Luxembourg station), with plenty of shops and conveniences close by. The only thing to be aware of is that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift, so it’s quite a climb, especially for my 75-year-old dad. Overall, I’d happily stay here again, though it might be worth reaching out to the property if you’re concerned about the stairs.

Very nice place, location, and amenities, but the place was filthy and things were falling apart. Black hair and dustbunnies everywhere, old food and literal boogers on the wall. Got them to clean one more time, but didn’t make any difference.

I had a good stay. The location is great and it’s easy to get to and from the property. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment had everything I needed. The only downside was that the cleaning could have been better.

The apartment is huge, with a well equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa (not a sofa bed but could be slept on!). Bathroom clean and includes a washing machine. Only gripe is the description suggests twin beds in one of the rooms but there were two doubles.
