Schoenhouse Avenue - Digital Access

Nice and clean - and a great location. The apartments are to clinical/unpersonal - could be quite a lot cozier with rearranging and rethinking the decoration of the apartment - at very low extra costs for the owners.

Great location close to U bahn and metro, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars. Beware lots of stairs but being at the top means the apartment has a great view and is quiet. The apartment is huge, with a well equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa (not a sofa bed but could be slept on!). Bathroom clean and includes a washing machine. Only gripe is the description suggests twin beds in one of the rooms but there were two doubles.

Good location. Plenty of restaurants less than a minute away. We had a very large room for very good price. Parking is street parking. Hard to find at first as it’s connected to cafe. Would 100% stay again

We stayed for 3 nights in the 2-bed apartment with balcony and really enjoyed it. The apartment was well fitted with everything we needed and had comfortable furniture, making it a nice place to relax after a day out. The building itself is beautiful and full of character. The location was excellent — very convenient for both the tram and U-Bahn (near Rosa-Luxembourg station), with plenty of shops and conveniences close by. The only thing to be aware of is that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift, so it’s quite a climb, especially for my 75-year-old dad. Overall, I’d happily stay here again, though it might be worth reaching out to the property if you’re concerned about the stairs.

Stairs where steep, no lift, no door on bedroom for privacy. Money went missing from our room, good communication from staff but no resolve. Area was good fir transport, shops and food.
