Amazing location! Staff isn’t very attentive. Rooms are fine. Beds are fine. WiFi was basically non-existent.

We were so disappointed about the fact that the elevator was out of service during our stay. Our rooms were on the second floor and we had to carry our languages from the underground parking to the second floor. We had 2 people who have physical difficulties to take the stairs. They had to stay almost all our stay in the room to avoid the stairs which screwed up our trip Thanks

Gebucht wegen Parkplatz, nur nicht vorhanden da Garage voll. Preis 15€/Tag. Stand aber nix davon. Zimmerkarte funktionierte nicht richtig, 2x neu codieren. Zimmer sehr klein

Well located 24 main desk Very comfortable beds and clean sheets. Ample and big windows with blackouts We’d love to have have a small fridge and a bigger table TV couldn’t make it start ( they switched the remote but still- not big deal) Only thing washroom had some plastics on the floor from previous guests I guess. No dirty at all but just that. Could had been cleaned more thoroughly but again… not dirty, no stains. Overall a good hotel.

Leider gibt es keine AC und die Sonne heizt das Zimmer extrem aus. Da das Hotel an einer großen Strasse liegt, hat man nachts nur die Wahl zwischen Hitze oder Lärm. Frühstück ist in Ordnung und das Personal sehr freundlich!!!

Ich fand es nicht gut das wirklich erst ab 15:00 Uhr eingescheckt wird,finde Anmeldung kann man auch schon fertig machen. Gefallen hat mir nicht das alles überall in Englisch oder anderer Sprache stand,ich bin in Deutschland. Schade das es keine Klimaanlage gibt

Ok och prisvärt hotell. Lite utanför stadskärnan men nära U-ban så man kommer ändå snabbt och enkelt in till centrum. Dåligt wifi första rummet. Andra rummet fungerade det utan problem. Tyst och lugnt om man har rum mot innergård bort från trafiken

Perfettamente ubicata di fronte al metro Bülowstraße, ottima colazione, stanze in via di rinnovamento. La mia era già rinnovata e molto confortevole. Ascensori in riparazione. Una sera ho dovuto fare 5 piani a piedi perché non funzionava nessuno dei due ascensori. Però complessivamente buona permanenza.

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado, no funcionaba el ascensor y no tenían ventiladores suficientes. El personal no se esforzaba por solucionar los problemas

Es konnte in der Tiefgarage ein Parkplatz für 15€/Tag angemietet werden während des Aufenthaltes. Gegenüber befindet sich direkt eine Bahnhaltestation, so dass man kurzzeitig in der Innenstadt ist

It’s a good value hotel. Comfy beds, hot showers, cheap price, good for transport options or walking to food places and bars. It’s quiet considering the main road but…. the corridors DO smell! The rooms don’t, so I guess that’s balance.

Selten so ein kleines Zimmer bekommen. In der Dusche ist das Wasser nicht ordentlich abgeronnen, der Duschvorhang sollte dringend getauscht werden (Schimmel?), das Gestänge der Dusche war nicht ordentlich befestigt. Schlechte Beleuchtung. Kaum Steckdosen; zB. entweder Licht beim Bett oder Handyladen - beides gleichzeitig ist nicht möglich. Schlechter Geruch im ganzen Haus. Frühstücksraum sauber und groß. Frühstück dem Preis durchaus angepasst und gut. U-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ebenso ein direkter Bus zum Hauptbahnhof sogar mit Kurzstrecke erreichbar.

God beliggenhed i forhold til U-bahn. Lidt slidt hotel og værelser. Der var hele tiden en lugt af kloak på gang-områderne. Dog ikke på værelser.

The hotel looked very run down. The entrance hall was small, without furniture or seating and it smelled bad the whole time. There was also a bad smell in parts of the corridors and in the right elevator. Only the breakfast room was OK. For the price, the condition was not OK at all.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I wrote this email to the hotel during the morning of my second day. I have yet to receive any response and it has been 2 weeks: Firstly, the state of the room is disgusting. There is one chair that is covered in stains, no one should ever be willing to ever sit on it The stains on the chair are complimented by the stains all over the carpet. The carpet in the room is so bad I feel like if I don't wear shoes that I'll be infecting my feet with some fungal disease. The room also has a bunch of random holes in the wall throughout it, some by the front door, some in the bathroom. While I'm in the bathroom, I want to comment on all of the mould growing on the railings. It's covering the entire shower. With all of these points, this is likely the most dirty hotel room I have ever stayed in. Secondly, my experience last night was horrible. I came back to the hotel after working for a long day. It was about 11:30pm and the elevator was not operating. After the tiring day I had already had, climbing 5 flights of stairs was the last thing I wanted to do. Begrudgingly I made the hike, only to disgusting room 514 and this time with the overhead lights not working. It seems like someone had started to do some electrical work and not finished. You can see one of the lights hanging from out of its socket. To make matters worse, the wifi was not working when I needed to get online The email continued a bit longer too, but I have no room for it here in this review

Bed was very comfortable. Transport was right outside hotel. Lots of places to eat and drink. The smell in lift and corridors was nauseating, like raw sewage. Thank goodness room didn't smell.

Das Hotel ist für seine Lage Ok,die U-Bahn fährt direkt vor der Tür los.Deshalb ist es auch sehr laut,aber für einen Städte-Tripp ok.Nachts lässt man deshalb besser die Fenster zu. Wir hatten das 5 Personen Zimmer über zwei Etagen.Die Größe war mega.Das war aber auch alles positiv dazu.Die Dusche besticht durch ihren Schimmel innen wie außen.Das Wasser läuft so gut wie gar nicht ab im Waschbecken.Was für uns auch total eklig war ,das Popel an en Wänden klebten neben übriggebliebenen Make-up Resten an Wand und Türrahmen.

Im Flur hat es jeden Tag nach faulen Eiern/Kanalisation gerochen. Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer und an der Dusche war Kalk und Schimmel.

Hotellet ligger nära det mesta, även om området är rätt risigt. Frukosten var helt ok, rätt standard hotell frukost men kanske åt det enklare hållet. Rummen är rätt små och lite slitna, men om man enbart sover där så fungerar rummen. Rätt lyhörda rum, så du hör allt omkring dig. Inte att rekommendera vid högljudda rums aktiviteter om inte rums grannarna ska vara delaktiga i det roliga

The room would have been mini as a single, but as a double ridiculous. I had to climb over my husband to get out of the alcove bed, which furthermore creaked and moved as if it was going to collapse any minute.There was no lighting over the bed which was also questionable. The room was inxpensive, yes, but still too expensive for a cell.

Muy bien comunicado con las atracciones turísticas. Cerca de supermercados Habitación espaciosa con camas cómodas Me encantó el olor del gel de baño y champú. Muy tranquilo ya que las ventanas dan a un patio interior. Nuestra habitación ha sido triple

Die Rezeption war total freundlich und mein Zimmer lag nach hinten hinaus zum grünen Innenhof. Ich konnte also ohne Lärmproblematik mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Der Bus hielt direkt vor der Tür. Also insgesamt zu empfehlen Monika Stichert

Very convenient location in a nice area. The double beds are rather small, and the rooms were tight - but very quiet and totally blackout curtains so it was very easy to sleep. Soaps in the shower were nice, room was a comfy temperature Overall it was fine

Läget var perfekt, nära till tunnelbana och frukostställe. Det saknades dock AC på rummet och inga fönster gick att öppna för de va sönder, fönstret hade lossnat från ena gångjärnet. Detta meddelande vi personal som inte gjorde något åt saken. Personal var överlag oengagerad och inte särskilt trevliga. Rummet blev heller aldrig städat under vår vistelse.

I have been an old customer at Novum hotel City B and I have been always very satisfied by the level of service. Without any intention to skip any single person of the hotel's staff, I would like to thank especially Mr. Walid at the reception night shift who with his professionalism and kindness gave me the best solution in the middle of the night. I would also like to thank Mrs Kreuz and Mrs Irrling for their excellent correspondence to my needs in order to make my stay pleasant and easy. Many thanks to the cleaning staff as well. All are excellent.

I emailed the hotel twice as I was unsure of how to get to the hotel, both emails were ignored. I visit Berlin most years for business so I’m used to the public transport system and found the hotel myself. Staff were efficient, some less surly than others. As I was the only guest in my room I left a note to disregard the cleaning. Despite this someone entered my room and stole money from a spare wallet hidden in my bag, something I was unaware of until I’d returned home. I won’t be staying here again

Dårlig service og information omkring begrænset parkering Får af vide at der ikke er parkering, men efter at en kollega overhører at der receptionisten siger der ikke er flere pladser kan vi så godt parkere i søster hotellet Lang ventetid grundet én enkelt receptionist ved tjek ind Prisen for parkering var dobbelt i forhold til hvad der stod Vores pengeskab var lukket og kunne ikke åbnes Receptionisten forstod knap nok engelsk så da vi skulle ordne pengeskabet forstod hun ikke eller kunne fortælle hvordan det skulle ordnes og det var nemmere at undlade at bruge det end at få det ordnet Intet skilt til “do not disturb” Intet system eller styr på hvor du er tjekket ind og hvilket værelse du har Gentagende problemer med værelses kort (næsten dagligt) og absurd lang tid for betjening - til trods for der sidder 2 medarbejdere - hvor den ene bare sidder og nyder at have hotellets eneste blæser Det skal også nævnes at hver gang der var problemer blev man blot kigget dumt på og fik et mumlende “sorry” Rengøringen kommer ind selvom vi har do not disturb skilt oppe - HVER DAG og gentagende gange på samme dag Ved udcheckning spurgte receptionisten om der skulle betales nu eller om jeg ville have en regning - hvilket ikke gav mening og da jeg spurgte ind til hvorfor jeg skulle have en regning kunne hun ikke forklare hvorfor. Generelt set meget svært at få service og vejledning.

Upon our arrival we found the large room to be clean and tidy. However the room safe did not work, when we spoke to reception about this we were given a key for safe and assured that someone would look it the following day, A few days after our arrival the main light for the room stopped working as did the TV again we reported this to reception and was assured that the maintenance person would look at this once on shift again. This never happened despite staying in hotel for 7 nights and speaking to 3 different members of reception staff about the issues. Used towels were changed daily, bin was emptied daily, beds were tidied daily, however bedding was never changed during our stay, we expected it to be changed mid way through our stay. Breakfast in the hotel had a good selection of continental items which were frequently refreshed. Breakfast staff were all attentive, clearing dishes and cleaning tables as soon as vacant.

Probleme bei der Abmeldung wegen Aufenthaltsabgabe

I like the hotel. I stayed there before. Good location, a friendly staff, good location, a lot of places to eat around, next to bus stop to Central station. The room was good. Quiet.

I got swindled by the blonde girl that works in the afternoon, we were told to pay the city tax as soon as we got there then as we checked out, we had to pay it again. We told them we paid for it when we got there and there was no note of it. We didn’t argue since it was time to go and the receptionist most likely just read what was on the notes. Very inappropriate and very unprofessional, we had a great time around the area but the check out just left a bad taste. Not only that but there was an issue with the toilet paper, had we not had travel wipes then things would have been bad.

We encountered various issues during our stay, which were not satisfactorily resolved despite speaking to staff. We had booked a double room and on check in were directed to a room which was clearly intended only for 1 person (given its size and the fact there was only 1 duvet, 1 pillow, 1 towel). I asked to be moved to a double room, which we were — all good so far. First night’s sleep was bad as the road outside was incredibly noisy, but given the heat the windows needed to be open (no fan/AC). The next day we returned to find housekeeping had not visited & our room key did not work; we got the key sorted but were told housekeeping were gone for the day. The next morning, around 7am, someone came into our room; this happened again at 9.30am. When we asked at reception about this, we were told we shouldn’t even be in the room we were in and should instead be in the tiny single room we’d been initially allocated — there was ongoing work to all the rooms on that floor. The staff were apologetic for someone having come into our room but largely unconcerned; they argued the single room was definitely for two people & didn’t listen to the fact it had been set up for 1. We asked for housekeeping to visit that day. We again returned to find our key card would not work & housekeeping had not visited — when I went to get the key sorted and mention about no housekeeping, the same member of staff from the morning was there and couldn’t have been less interested in trying to help me.

Grande vantagem são as opçōes de transporte. Onibus para Estacao de trem e metro estao na porta do hotel alem de patinetes e bikes de app. Muitos restaurantes e supermercados na mesma avenida. Quarto bem grande. Recomendo.

Fint hotell med bra beliggenhet, mange hyggelige spisesteder i nærheten. Mye trafikk i gatene men det må man regne med i storbyen. Stille på det rom jeg fikk. Det er mange hoteller i sentrale Berlin, kan godt bo her igjen, eller prøve andre i nærheten.

Ik had een rustige, ruime kamer aan de achterzijde. Omdat het buiten erg warm was (30 graden) had ik de ramen open en daardoor 's avonds laat af en toe geluidshinder vanuit aanpalende kamers-met-ramen-open. Airco of tenminste een ventilator zou (mede daarom) welkom zijn geweest. De kamer was zeer schoon en het hotel vraagt je om kamerbeurten over te slaan omwille van het milieu. Goed zo! De ligging is prima, met metro (U2) en bus voor de deur. De Bülowstraße heeft een wat minder imago (tippelgebied) maar een paar straten verder is Schöneberg erg gezellig. Vier dagen na mijn uitchecken was er een dodelijke schietpartij pal voor het hotel. Dat was wel even schrikken.

The transit was very convenient. It made it easy to get around. Lots of good food options. Laundry room close by to wash clothes

If it wasn’t for the lady at the front desk we would have not stayed. She was very friendly and did her best. The location is not good at all, at least not for families. I would suggest something else unless no choice

Hotel bien situé, très, presque trop proche du métro(U2) Mais le pire n’est pas le métro, mais plutôt les gens du quartier… pas beaucoup de respect, crient, klaxonnent toute la nuit. Police, ambulance, pompiers toute la nuit aussi! Si vous aimez la tranquillité, cet endroit n’est pas fait pour vous. Nous avions une très grande chambre pour 5, bien aménagée, fraîchement rénovée, sans tapis et surtout très propre ! La seule chose qui nous a manqué est d’avoir un petit frigo dans la chambre, mais il y a dés dépanneurs et épiceries partout aux alentours. Par chance, l’ascenseur a bien fonctionné(chambre au 4e) mais a fait défaut le dernier jour. Les déjeuners inclus sont bien, mais répétitifs. Drôle d’odeur dans le couloir et l’ascenseur, à voir le tapis, ce n’était pas étonnant.. en bref apporter vos bouchons pour les oreilles et tout sera parfait! Nous avons apprécier notre séjour 😀

We had comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent and hotel is in great locations, next to a station. Room and bathroom were clean. Overall with happy, we didn't need anything more.

The staff was great! We made same day reservations and the gentleman at the counter got us the last room available that accommodated 4 adults! The property was under construction, so not the cleanest, but understandable. The property itself, is safe- room was clean and spacious. There is a restaurant attached which was delicious- great burgers and Mediterranean! The neighborhood around didn't seem like the greatest but we still walked around and returned safely.

We waren in het hotel toen het 30 graden was, geen airco in het gehele hotel. De receptionist is niet thuis in wat er te doen is in de omgeving en weet bijvoorbeeld niks van de hop in - hop pff bus (bustour door Berlijn) Gordijnen kunnen niet goed dicht. Ramen kunnen wel open maar veel lawaai van de metro die voor/naast het hotel stopt en het af en aan gaan van ambulances die klinken als brandweerauto’s (ook ‘s nachts) Douche gordijn is vies aan de onder kant. Tegels zijn kapot waardoor er water en schimmel op staat. De douche zelf lekt. Er zat zelfs nog afplaktape van een schildersbeurt naast de deur waar je in de kamer komt.

The free breakfast was amazing! Location was fine for what we paid for as public transport is so accessible from the hotel. The housekeeping however was not the best.

Zimmer sind sauber, Frühstückbuffet ist reichhaltig. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit der U2 gut zu erreichen, einmal die Straße überqueren und schon steht man in der Lobby.

The hotel is just next to the metro station and it is within walking distance to many places. The breakfast is good.
