This hotel lies in Berlin-Mitte. Crowling distance from the U-Bahn, the tram en busses. Clean rooms, breakfast is very good. No shortage at the buffet. Coffee is good! Parking from the hotel in a parkinggarage under the hotel.

Wir haben das Zimmer spät nachts nach einer langen Anreise bezogen und hatten den Eindruck, dass es nicht frisch hergerichtet war. Das ist wichtig, weil wir später gefragt wurden, warum wir uns erst morgens diesbezüglich gemeldet haben. Ob das Zimmer schlecht gereinigt oder durch z.B. einen Zimmerwechsel genutzt war, konnte auch nach 4 Nächten nicht bestätigt, aber auch nicht verbindlich verneint werden. Es hat auch 3 Nächte gedauert, bis die kleinen Begrüßungswasser auf dem Zimmer waren. Am Ende (wohl nur, weil wir immer wieder um Klärung des Zimmerzustands bei Anreise gebeten hatten) gab es vom Hotel einen kleinen Obstkorb aufs Zimmer und vom Empfangsleiter (Privat?) eine Flasche Wein. Ein schlechtes Gefühl bleibt, insbesondere bei rund 600 Euro für 4 Nächte kann man sich etwas mehr von Seiten der Hotelleitung ins Zeug legen. Zeit genug war definitv, zumal man uns das Parken für 72 Euro erlassen wollte, wir aber kein Auto dabei hatten. :) Auch das Frühstück kann etwas mehr Abwechslung vertragen. Ein Bild ist mit "Fitnessraum" gekennzeichnet. Den gibt es aber nicht, sondern nur die abgebildete Sauna.

Fijn hotel om te verblijven tijdens stedentrip. Openbaar vervoer voor het hotel. Naast het hotel een supermarkt. Veel restaurantjes in de buurt. Parkeren in de garage onder het hotel. We konden onze elektrische auto gratis laden.Prima ontbijtbuffet.

Et hotel i midten af Berlin, SBahn og U Bahn lige ud for hotellet, så man er på Alexandre plads i løbet af højest 10 minutter. Gang til under der linden 10-15 minutter. Parkering i kælderen, let at køre til hotellet. Skøn personale. Været på samme hotel mange gange efterhånden.

Der Teppich im Raum war sehr schmutzig, der Fön müsste auch mal gereinigt werden, der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer war zu weit weg vom Waschbecken, man konnte nur jedes Mal den Waschtisch unter Wasser setzen.

Great breakfast! This is a clean, modern property, and very well-maintained; it covers all the basics at a reasonable price, punching well above its weight. Beds and linens were great, easy internet access. The staff was wonderful. This hotel is an excellent base from which to see many Berlin monuments, many of which are walkable from the hotel, and the Naturkundemuseum U-Bahn station was less than a block away—The Berlin Hbf (main station) is about a 15 min walk. Super convenient. I would, without a doubt stay again!

Bettwäsche ist sauber, aber man sollte keinen Blick darunter werfen. Sehr fleckiges Kopfkissen. Solche Nutzgegenstände sollten regelmäßig ausgetauscht werden. Teppiche im Zimmer und Flur, deren eine Modernisierung nicht schaden würde.

It was extremely hot in the room-like a sauna. When asked the receptionist for help, I was told that the sun hits that side of the building and that’s why it’s so hot. I was given another room that was better on the other side of the building. Be aware that there are rooms that are extremely hot and uncomfortable.

This is a good place to stay for work and play. I appreciated a window facing desk (most hotels the desk faces a wall) where I could do some work in the morning. The breakfast buffet is fabulous. The room is spacious and pretty quiet despite facing the street. One small gripe was the fact that the A/C isn't cooling the room as well as I would have liked: apparently that depends on the outside temp, but when your room gets sunlight in the morning it gets really hot.

The pillows on the bed were way too thin and almost completely flat offering no head and neck support at all. This needs addressing, especially for somebody with a neck problem like myself. Staff would only give two extra towels to place underneath the pillows for added support. No more than two. The issue should not be with the towels but should be with the quality and standard of the pillows.

Leckeres Frühstück und super Lage. Fenster kann man leider nur Kippen und die Klimaanlage hat nicht gekühlt, so war es am Anfang sehr stickig im Zimmer. Ich hatte dann die Fenster immer gekippt, dann ging es.

Optimale Lage👍 nahe bei Tram und U-Bahn. Schlecht isolierte Fenster, daher nachts laut wenn man das Zimmer zur Strasse hin hat. Zum Hof hin sind die Zimmer dann ruhig. Tolles Frühstück.

Zimmer zur Straße gehabt. Wer bei offenem Fenster schlafen muss, sollte direkt nach einem „ruhigen“ Zimmer fragen ( das war die Antwort an der Rezeption) ansonsten wäre das ja halt eine Innenstadt. Das aber nach 22 Uhr ein Supermarkt nebenan beliefert wird, und dort eine Bahnhaltestelle ist, wird alles nirgendwo erwähnt. Man konnte sich bei gekipptem Fenster im Zimmer kaum unterhalten. Schrecklich. Der Lärm ging bis ca 3 Unr nachts. Erholung ist anders!!

Staff were very polite and always ready to help. Room was comfortable. We did have a leak in the bathroom sink but this was resolved. Breakfast was a great selection of hot food and continental breakfast, really pleased with that. Easy to get around Berlin, so particularly perfect if you're in town for not too long and need to cram lots in!

Em nosso check In o atendente ofereceu garagem para estacionarmos o nosso carro, mencionando que uma noite seria livre. No momento do check out o atendente, de forma bem rude nos cobrou 33 euros pela noite. Nós não pedimos a garagem, pois nosso veículo estava devidamente estacionado na rua em frente ao hotel( o staff deve se comunicar melhor)

I had a very nice stay here over christmas, thanks to a very serviceminded and friendly staff. Thank you so much! Dog bed, blanket, food and treats for my dog. The breakfast was god and versatile. Central location. I can highly recommend this nice hotel.

We had a great stay. The breakfast buffet has lots of choice. Hotel is located close to lots of transit plus you can easily walk to many of the main sites like the Brandenurg gate and Tiergarten. Would def stay here again.

Great staff, good area to be around. Berlin is a really safe city, and the people are quite nice. Hotel breakfast had a great selection of foods and the food was fresh every morning. I would definitely recommend, especially for the price point!
