Leonardo Boutique Hotel Berlin City South

Leider ging die Klimaanlage nicht. Soweit ich mitbekommen habe war da ein mehreren Zimmern so. Kulanterweise wurden die Parkgebühren erstattet.

Good hotel. Small parking lot, and they were too full for our car at one point. Most of the service was good but one of the front desk staff was rude. Area is close to a buss stop. Nice little Italian restaurant next door has good food.

We stayed here two years ago and the hotel is still great. There are foreign workers who stay here and also at the time we stayed there was a busload of teenagers (soccer maybe?) from somewhere. We also had people staying here for the Berlin Marathon which happened to be at the same time, so the place was always busy. Breakfast selection is massive and there is something for everyone. The breads are great, there are choices and the coffee machine is good. I didn't take many photos of the room as I did do a review last time. However the theme is around Marlene Dietrich in each room. We had a comfort room, kettle and tea and coffee available, bathroom is large. We had a desk and chair and extra lounge chair. Our window faced the street and we like that. Some may find this noisy so don't choose room 619. We loved it. Windows are openable and air con is available as is wifi which is great. Plenty of power points. Staff and service were excellent and friendly. The cleaning team is kind and they are diligent. There are toilets in the foyer and there is a bar downstairs although it's limited in choices. There is a cigarette machine (a rare find these days) and smoking is permissible on the back terrace, which is furnished and even if it is in the car park, it's fantastic. I am unsure of costs associated with car parking. You can get your laundry done, which this time around was much cheaper than other countries we stayed in. For dinner Il Nouvo is next door and

Our room facing the road was compact but absolutely spotless. There was lots of road noise and the room got quite hot, but it had air conditioning if needed ( we didn’t use it). There is also a very useful fridge in the room. Not much choice in the bar, no brandy or Weinbrand, but there are lots of restaurants nearby. Location is great, bus from the airport stops outside and it’s easy to get anywhere on public transport. Not the cheapest hotel but I certainly would stay here again.

Was a useful and clean place to stay in Berlin on a budget. I don't give five stars to the cleaning aspect because of the carpets.

We stayed 1 night at the hotel to be close to the airport for the next day. It was a very good choice, very comfortable, large & clean room. Check-in staff was friendly. Good value for money

Sehr freundliches Personal.Super leckeres Frühstück,sehr tolle Auswahl.Die Zimmer an sich sehr schön,das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat sind die Teppichböden in den Zimmern,die müssten dringend erneuert werden .

We stayed at the Leonardo Hotel for 21 days. The hotel was clean and the staff accommodating. The hotel very convent for our needs, since our daughter lives one mile away. There is a very good Italian Restaurant right next door that is moderately priced. The room was cleaned adequately every day. We did not take advantage of the breakfast during our stay. Right next door there is a Neto store that has groceries and pastries. The staff is very helpful and easy to work with. Benjamin was very friendly and helped us a great deal. When we come back to Berlin next week, we will be staying 14 more days. It has met our need quite well since we have a car to get around Berlin, thought the bus system stops right across the street.

Muy buena la atención del personal, la limpieza y la comida. Recomendado.

The room was not clean. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time. The worst however was the bathroom, it smelled strongly of urine and the towels were stained. Also the heating system wasn’t working, it would only blow cold air. So we were cold all night. I would not stay there ever again.

Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel empfehlen. Wir waren mit unserem Kind und Hund in einem 3Bett Zimmer. Größe und Ausstattung waren völlig ausreichend und hatten keine Schäden. Als wir aufs Zimmer gekommen sind, lag sogar eine kleine Kuscheldecke für unseren Hund und ein Paar Näpfe im Zimmer. Wirklich eine schöne Überraschung. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, waren die Krümel und Haare auf dem Teppich. Nein, die waren nicht von uns. Die sind uns direkt beim betreten des Zimmers aufgefallen. Beim Aufschütteln der Decken ist uns ein Fleck auf der Bettdecke aufgefallen. Sah insgesamt gewaschen aus, ist dennoch kein schöner Anblick und Gedanke, wenn man weiß dass der Fleck nur durch einen Bezug von einem getrennt ist. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nicht alle Mitarbeiter sprechen deutsch, da sollte man ein bisschen Englisch sprechen oder eine Übersetzerapp auf dem Handy haben.

Very nice hotel, with clean and spacious bedrooms, friendly staff and wonderful buffet breakfast. Bedrooms next to the street are somewhat noisy (no noise insulation). Luckily we stayed on the eve of a national holiday so there was no traffic the next morning and we were able to rest.

The nationality & passport mentioned in the check-in form was ‘United States’ by default. We’re Canadians, and the form shouldn’t have US pre-printed. There’s was water leakage from the AC just before check-out.

Gute Anbindung, da die Bushaltestelle in die Stadt unmittelbar gegenüber liegt. Freundliches Personal. Getränkegutscheine für win Getränk unserer Wahl an der Bar erhalten. Frisches Minz/Zitronen Wasser und grüne Äpfel in der Lobby. Tolles großes Zimmer, bequeme Betten.

Zimmer zur Straße hinaus, trotz mäßigen Verkehrs zu laut für einen ruhigen Schlaf. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten am Straßenrand in der Umgebung. Für Berliner Verhältnisse ;-) sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption. Hatte bei der Abreise etwas im Zimmer vergessen, das wurde mir (fast) umgehend zugeschickt, leider erst nach Eingang meiner Kostenübernahme.

Bohužel inzerovaný pokoj (třílůžkový) byl pouze dvoulůžkový a poměrně malý.Byly jsme sice dva,ale špatně se pohybujeme proto jsme si přáli větší pokoj.Jinak vše bylo výborné a čisté.Až na tu velikost pokoje maximální spokojenost.

Disappointed. Bad pillows, only single beds (they advertise with 2-person beds), and the airco is only in summer available. Breakfast, however, is excellent.

Die freundlichkeit egal wo mann ist o beim Frühstück oder Rezeption. Alles sehr gut ,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!!!

Der Empfang am Anreisetag war Berlinerisch schnauzig, aber die sehr freundliche Bedienung beim Frühstücksbuffet hat dies wettgemacht. Das Frühstück ist empfehlenswert, vielseitig und frisch. Gratis Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer schätzten wir sehr. Eine Sammelkasse für Trinkgeld gab es nicht, wie wir es von andern Hotels gewohnt sind (an der Rezeption).

Este hotel es el peor que he estado! arruinaron mis vacaciones familiar en berlin sali a conocer la ciudad junto a mi esposo y mi niño de 2 años,ellos entraron a limpiar la habitacion y cuando llego me dicen que tengo un cargo de 300 euros por limpieza a la habitacion porque y que sino pago ese dinero no me entragan la llave de la habitacion,en fin nos hicieron pagar ese dinero para poder entrar a recoger nuestras cosas,y cuando entramos habian tocado nuestras computadoras de trabajo .NO VAYAS A ESTE HOTEL ,ES EL PEOR.

Personal nett, Frühstück ordentlich, Zimmer sauber aber etwas klein. Lage sehr praktisch wenn man in das Vivantes Klinikum Neukölln muss.

Unique lobby, great selection of breakfast, Half way between downtown and airport. Easy access of both. Excellent public transport to downtown as well as airport.

Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Die Busverbindungen sind in der Nähe und können zu Fuß erreicht werden. Restaurantmöglichkeiten in der Nähe des Hotels sind sehr gut. Von China, bis Japan, Western und auch klassische Märkte wie Lidl und Rewe.
