Transport links make this a great spot to see the sights of Berlin. Hotel really smart and not too busy (when we went at least). Reception 24/7 and they swapped our room service for free drinks at the bar as we were only staying 2 nights which was a nice touch. Highly recommend!

God beliggenhed, nem adgang til offentlig transport, fin morgenmad, roligt hotel ingen trafikstøj. Vil fraråde at bruge deres "parkeringskælder", den er dyr og den gik i stykker, den bruger lift, mens vi var der, stor usikkerhed om vi kunne få bilen , da vi checkede ud. Stor forvirring og meget lidt hjælp fra receptionen.

Friendly staff, stayed in a suite with free minibar, lots of space, car was too tall for the onsite parking (max 160 cm) so had to park quite far away to get an indoor parking garage. Tram stops right outside the hotel which is very convenient.

Ok room, comfy bed and clear. Breakfast way too expensive for the poor selection of food that they had. Upon arrival we’ve been asked if we want our room cleaned every day, and if not we could get 1 free drink at the bar/night. When we wanted to cash in those drinks, well, we couldn’t everything we wanted, only beer and wine. Poor communication, broken English and bad service.

- Es gibt keine Hotel-Vorfahrt für Anreisen mit dem Pkw. - Automatische Tiefgarage, in der man nicht parken kann, weil das Rütteln der automatischen Palttformen die Alarmanlage des Wagens auslöst. Man ist gezwungen, in öffentlichen Garagen 20 Gehminuten entfernt zu parken. - Völlig unerträglicher Verkehrslärm der vierspurigen Straße inkl. Straßenbahn vor der Tür ab 5 Uhr morgens. - Ich habe bei drei bezahlten Nächten nach einer Nacht ausgecheckt. - Ich rate dringendst ab. Nie wieder ist jetzt.

깔끔하고 직원들이 매우 친절했어요. 매일 나오는 아침식사도 아주 괜챦았네요. 베를린 번화가에서는 약간 떨어진 조용한 주택가에 위치해있지만 트램을 타고 알렉산더 광장까지 30분 정도 걸려요. (하지만 순수 관광 목적이라면 알렉산더 광장의 파크인이 위치상 괜챦겠다싶었어요) 다 좋은데 방에 냉장고가 없었네요.

Hotel situado em um bairro muito bom de Berlim (Prenzlauer Berg). Há transporte público abundante nas proximidades, em uma região com excelentes restaurantes e lojas. O edifício em que está situado o hotel está em excelentes condições, bem decorado e limpo. Quartos confortáveis e com isolamento acústico perfeito. Café da manhã excelente também!

Very clean and quite hotel in green renovated area of east berlin. I opted for breakfast and it was excellent with huge choice of cold and hot food. Close to S-bann station and tram. Friendly staff. Nothing to complain about

Veldig fint hotell, likte oss godt. Kunne ønske det var litt lettere å kunne få tidlig innsjekk (evt mot betaling) Men enkelt å bevege seg rundt med trikk rett utenfor. Kan nok velge dette hotellet igjen.

We love staying at this hotel for a few reasons. Great access to transportation (M2 tram) and S-bhan (Prenzlauer Allee), shops, restaurants and safe area. Hotel breakfast worth the price and rooms are clean and well kept. We stay here while visiting family who live nearby.

We were very pleasantly surprised with how much we liked this hotel. The staff were very friendly & helpful, very clean room, and close to transportation. The bed and pillows were excellent. We ended up doing breakfast everyday at the hotel because it was so good with so many options. Would definitely stay again/recommend.

Quite location next to a tram stop for access to restaurants. Good breakfast and friendly staff! You will need to use the public transport to go out to eat and drink as there is not a lot immediately next to the hotel.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, es sind nur ein paar Meter bis zur S-Bahn-Haltestelle „Prenzlauer Allee“, und direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine Tram-Station. Das Frühstück ist zwar sehr gut und vielfältig, ich fand es aber zu teuer (22.- € pro Person, wenn man vor Ort bucht). Es gibt jedoch sehr viele Alternativen in direkter Umgebung.

Ok room, comfy bed and clear. Breakfast way too expensive for the poor selection of food that they had. Upon arrival we’ve been asked if we want our room cleaned every day, and if not we could get 1 free drink at the bar/night. When we wanted to cash in those drinks, well, we couldn’t everything we wanted, only beer and wine. Poor communication, broken English and bad service.

The hotel was fine. However on the Hotels.com website it states and has pictures that you have a restaurant. As staying only one night and getting in early evening I was wanting to eat at the hotel restaurant that was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. However I was advised by the receptionist that the restaurant only did breakfast. This is not clear on the website, so made a big impact on my stay.
