Ich hatte mein Koffer schon Vorgeschickt mit Hermes. Die an der Rezeption hat es angenommen und wo ich ankam war der Koffer da. War ganz nette Rezeptionsten, wenn man was wollte hat man bekommen. Es wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Die Cocktails und Longdrink schmecken sehr gut. Ich mag das Hotel jetzt sehr gern besonders wegen den nette Umgang von den Rezeption als ob man nicht Urlaub ist sondern zuhaus. Ist ab jetzt mein Stammhotel wenn ich ein brauche in Berlin.

Zimmertresor funktionierte nicht, auf Nachfrage wurde gesagt dass man sich nicht auskenne und einen Techniker holen muss. Das Problem wären nur Batterien gewesen die ich allerdings auch nicht erhielt. Zimmer hatte einen sehr strengen muffigen Geruch der aus einem im Boden eingelassenen Abfluss kam. Wir mussten uns Raumduft zulegen und jeden Tag etwas über den Abfluss legen damit der Gestank nicht durch kam. An für sich aber sehr schöne Unterkunft und guter Service. Pfandflaschen wurden einfach mitgenommen auf Nachfrage wieso wurde versprochen man kümmere sich darum, es kam aber keine Rückmeldung. Angegebene Parkplätze befinden sich entweder in Seitenstraßen oder hinter dem Hotel für 15€/Tag.

Wir haben 2 Nächte gebucht , das Zimmer wie auf den Bildern zu sehen war , sehr solide , sauber , freundlich . Preis Leistung in einem guten Verhältnis stehen . Wasserkocher wäre noch einmal ein Pluspunkt .Ich hätte nicht gewusst, wie der Kaffeeautomat zu bedienen ist ? Kaffee , Tee , gibt es an der Rezeption, zum Frühstück umsonst , auch wenn man kein Frühstück gebucht hat . Das ist einfach Klasse und das habe ich so auch noch nicht erlebt , Chapeau. Aus meiner Sicht dafür die 4 Sterne .Das es im Fernsehen kein Radiosender gab , fand ich nicht so gut .

Wir haben eine Übernachtung gebucht, waren zum Konzert in der Wulheide. Das Personal der Rezeption sehr nett, aber der Mann von der Bar am Abend eine Katastrophe. Er hat überhaupt nicht verstanden welchen Job er das ausübt.

Albeit the hotel itself is pretty OK (only the elavator is kind of stange located) the was such an unfriendly lady from staff at check in that this unplaesant behaviour overshines our whole stay. We even decided to have no breakfast because of the "welcome". We rented the Premium Apartment for our family, the "fully equipped kitchen" has NOT the advertised stovetop and no kitchenware at all, 2(!) coffee mugs with teaspoons only;( Als o the sofa bed offers zero comfort for adults, the mattress is heavily worn out.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the room was very clean. The area is super quiet, plenty of restaurants around, very accessible, next to a tram that brings you straight to a train station. Only 1 stop away from the airport and not that far from downtown. The staffs were very accommodating.

We stayed here as we had an activity close by. Very handy for Adlersof metro stop out of Berlin. Room was a good size with a seperate lounge / kitchen area and very comfortable beds. Staff were helpful and engaging. The only downside was that the sofa bed had no blankets (soon rectified) and the shower drain was not working well (reported). I would recommend

Direkt an der Straßenbahn Station und Bushaltestelle S Bahn Station ca.5-7 min zu Fuß , bis Stadtmitte ca45min mit Stahn. Ist nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt

Auf Grund einer paralell stattfindenen Messe waren die Preise mehr als überhöht und meiner Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt. Zimmer leider zur Straße raus inkl. Straßenbahn, daher, bei offenem Fenster ein hoher Geräuschpegel. Bei geschlossenem Fenster wurde es entweder zu warm, oder aber die Klimaanlage bollerte vor sich hin. Personal war freundlich zu zuvorkommend. Frühstück vollkommen in Ordnung.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterm Dach im 4. Stock ist es im Sommer recht warm. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster geht nicht da man ab 4.30 Uhr vom Verkehrslärm auf der Rudower Chaussee geweckt wird. Wenn man also keine Großstadt gewöhnt ist... Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut. Bei vollbesetztem Haus war das Personal aber etwas überfordert. Viele Tische waren verschmutzt, es dauert ehe das gebrauchte Geschirr der vorherigen Gäste weg geräumt wird. Ansonsten in Ordnung, man kann das Haus empfehlen.

Sehr netter Empfang im Hotel, alle Mit arbeitenden sehr freundlich, unterstützend und hilfsbereit. Angenehmer Aufenthalt in gepflegter Atmosphäre. Unser Zimmer war ruhig zur Innenhofseite gelegen, hell und geräumig. Zimmerservice ist top.

Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, weil ich etwas in der Nähe der TV Studios gesucht habe und habe mit dem Airporthotel die beste Wahl getroffen. Gegenüber sind ein Subway, eine Sushibar und ein riesiges Kaufland. Ein Italiener ist nur ca. 400m entfernt und zu den Studios bin ich ca. 10 Minuten gelaufen. Auch der Bahnhof "Adlershof" ist nur ca. 10-15 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Ich war sehr zufrieden, das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Auswahl beim Frühstück absolut ausreichend und lecker. Ich muss in Kürze ein weiteres Mal nach Berlin und habe direkt wieder das Hotel gebucht.

Gegenüber sind ein Subway, eine Sushibar und ein riesiges Kaufland. Ein Italiener ist nur ca. 400m entfernt und zu den Studios bin ich ca. 10 Minuten gelaufen. Auch der Bahnhof "Adlershof" ist nur ca. 10-15 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Ich war sehr zufrieden, das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Auswahl beim Frühstück absolut ausreichend und lecker. Ich muss in Kürze ein weiteres Mal nach Berlin und habe direkt wieder das Hotel gebucht.

Zimmertresor funktionierte nicht, auf Nachfrage wurde gesagt dass man sich nicht auskenne und einen Techniker holen muss. Das Problem wären nur Batterien gewesen die ich allerdings auch nicht erhielt. Zimmer hatte einen sehr strengen muffigen Geruch der aus einem im Boden eingelassenen Abfluss kam. We stayed here as we had an activity close by. Very handy for Adlersof metro stop out of Berlin. Room was a good size with a seperate lounge / kitchen area and very comfortable beds. Staff were helpful and engaging. The only downside was that the sofa bed had no blankets (soon rectified) and the shower drain was not working well (reported). I would recommend

Wir haben eine Übernachtung gebucht, waren zum Konzert in der Wulheide. Das Personal der Rezeption sehr nett, aber der Mann von der Bar am Abend eine Katastrophe. Er hat überhaupt nicht verstanden welchen Job er das ausübt.

Albeit the hotel itself is pretty OK (only the elavator is kind of stange located) the was such an unfriendly lady from staff at check in that this unplaesant behaviour overshines our whole stay. We even decided to have no breakfast because of the "welcome". We rented the Premium Apartment for our family, the "fully equipped kitchen" has NOT the advertised stovetop and no kitchenware at all, 2(!) coffee mugs with teaspoons only;( Als o the sofa bed offers zero comfort for adults, the mattress is heavily worn out.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the room was very clean. The area is super quiet, plenty of restaurants around, very accessible, next to a tram that brings you straight to a train station. Only 1 stop away from the airport and not that far from downtown. The staffs were very accommodating.

Un court séjour bien sympa, c’est l’endroit parfait si des personnes voulant assister aux événements de Riot tant sur LoL ou Valorant avec les ligues LEC et VCT a à peine 5min de l’hôtel ou alors comme ce fut pour moi ben a une 10aine de minutes en S-Bahn pour aller à la Berlin Arena :)

Ich hatte mein Koffer schon Vorgeschickt mit Hermes. Die an der Rezeption hat es angenommen und wo ich ankam war der Koffer da. War ganz nette Rezeptionsten, wenn man was wollte hat man bekommen. Es wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Die Cocktails und Longdrink schmecken sehr gut. Ich mag das Hotel jetzt sehr gern besonders wegen den nette Umgang von den Rezeption als ob man nicht Urlaub ist sondern zuhaus. Ist ab jetzt mein Stammhotel wenn ich ein brauche in Berlin.

Für mich war die Nähe zum Studio Berlin ein absoluter Vorteil. Unser Zimmer war im 5. Stock und daher auch fast ohne Geräusche von der Straße. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut sortiert.

Auf Grund einer paralell stattfindenen Messe waren die Preise mehr als überhöht und meiner Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt. Zimmer leider zur Straße raus inkl. Straßenbahn, daher, bei offenem Fenster ein hoher Geräuschpegel. Bei geschlossenem Fenster wurde es entweder zu warm, oder aber die Klimaanlage bollerte vor sich hin. Personal war freundlich zu zuvorkommend. Frühstück vollkommen in Ordnung.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterm Dach im 4. Stock ist es im Sommer recht warm. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster geht nicht da man ab 4.30 Uhr vom Verkehrslärm auf der Rudower Chaussee geweckt wird. Wenn man also keine Großstadt gewöhnt ist... Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut. Bei vollbesetztem Haus war das Personal aber etwas überfordert. Viele Tische waren verschmutzt, es dauert ehe das gebrauchte Geschirr der vorherigen Gäste weg geräumt wird. Ansonsten in Ordnung, man kann das Haus empfehlen.
