Lidt svært at finde stedet pga meget vejarbejde. Pga. vi bookede igennem Hotels.com havde vi ikke fået booket parkering. Heldigvis kunne hotellet fjernstyre porten til P-kælderen, så bilen kunne holde sikkert. P-kælderen er ikke nem at komme i, hvis man har en stor bil. Værelset er ikke stort, men fint til formålet. Dog blev der meget indelukket, når man ligger 4 mennesker og sover så tæt. Vi havde desværre et elektrisk problem, da en stikkontakt fik en sikring til at springe + en mobil lader til at gå i stykker. En elektriker kom efter en times tid og fixede strømmen. Laderen fik vi modregnet i gratis parkering, hvilket var en god løsning og rigtig god service. Morgenmaden var god og ok udvalg

The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. There was free coffee in the dining area after breakfast closed that was available until 9:00 pm.

Fantastic Hotel. Friendly Staff. We stopped in 603 which was a nice spacious room. Big comfortable bed. No English channels on the TV but we watched Darts on the Sports channel. Lots of room for clothes. Very warm, it was winter so the heating was on, we needed to turn off the radiators. The bathroom was good, very hot shower, the only thing was the toilet smelt of sewage which was a little unpleasant. Apart from that; we had no issues. Easy to get to. I would recommend it. Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 Rooms Room 603: Right in front of the lift but we didn't hear any noise. The toilet did smell. Walkability It's in a good location, 15 minutes walk to Postdamer Platz. Nice park just behind. Easy to walk to main train stations. Food & drinks Free hot drinks at Reception between 12:00 - 21:00. Fint hotel ligger fint. Meget snævert at komme i p-kælder med de nye store biler. Sødt personale. Billigt at lade bilen på hotellet. Bestil parkering hjemme fra få pladser.

Hotel was good overall, located on edge of "Mitte" and within walking distance of transit and attractions. Parking experience was horrendous at first - we arrived late and had pre-arranged for a key to be left. There was a second key for what we thought was the underground parking garage, but was in fact to lower a barrier to street level parking on their property - I've never seen anything like it. We didn't realize this until our car was down the ramp to the underground garage and then needed to spend 30 minutes or more doing dozens of corrections to back out of the tightly curved ramp (because the gate at the bottom was locked). Upon finally exiting the ramp, the only available parking spot was only big enough for a mini vehicle and I ultimately had to double park behind someone else for the night and leave a note on my dash. After calling the off-site customer service the 3rd or 4th time, they told I would need to meet the in-person staff at 7am to find a better solution. Thankfully someone else checked out and opened up a full-size parking spot and the hotel staff did apologize for the inconvenience and didn't charge me for the first night of parking and did give us free coffee in the morning (which we definitely needed after spending an hour late at night getting a spot for our car to park in) Moral of the story? If you drive to this hotel, make sure you reserve a parking spot (which we did) and tell them if you have anything bigger than a 2-door mini (we had a wagon).

Très bon hôtel, très agréable avec du personnel très serviable. Le système d'ouverture est une très bonne idée mais est perfectible : je n'ai pas réussi à télécharger l'application et je me suis retrouvée déconnectée à un moment où je devais entrer dans ma chambre rapidement !

Very relaxed please to stay with great staff and great breakfast. Few parking spots available underground (advice to reserve up front). Area is quiet (so perfect to sleep) but also not the place to be. Public transport is possible but 10 min walk through park. We prefered Bolt/Uber. The distance to city is short though. Overall happy to have stayed here.

Great breakfast, elevator was not working the first day, but it was fixed, so easy access to 5 floor was much appreciated.

Allt va toppen, nära till sevärdheterna runt "Mitte" bra rum och bra frukost men parkering i garaget är bara möjligt med en liten bil.

Die Lage des Hotels war gut & die Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich. Jedoch war das Hotel Nicht sauber. Bettdecke sehr dreckig komische Flecken. Komischer Geruch. Tiefgarage sehr sehr eng und 17€ pro Tag etwas viel.

Vi havde et rigtig godt ophold på dette hotel i Berlin. Hotellet var dejligt, rent og pænt, og det var tydeligt, at der bliver lagt vægt på god vedligeholdelse og komfort. Ankomsten gik nemt og problemfrit, selvom vi ankom meget sent og uden for receptionens åbningstid – det samme gjaldt ved afrejse tidligt om morgenen. Det fungerede helt uden problemer. Beliggenheden er også et stort plus. Hotellet ligger i smukke omgivelser, og der er kun en kort gåtur til den nærmeste metrostation, hvilket gjorde det nemt at komme rundt i byen. Alt i alt et rigtig fint hotel, som vi varmt kan anbefale til andre, der besøger Berlin.

We had a great stay at the Fjord Hotel Berlin. It was just as described and pictured. I found the room to be especially clean and well appointed with everything that we needed. For a compact space it felt spacious and we appreciated the design with many shallow ledges around that we could use as shelves to keep our space looking clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I arrived early in the morning before my check-in time and was able to leave my luggage with the front desk while I waited for my room to be ready. When I arrived back for check-in they had already delivered my luggage to the room which was very nice of them. The location was good and tucked away on a side street from the main road so it was quieter. There is more of a residential feeling there and even a small park close by if you have children that need to run around. There was enough food choices close by and it is within walking distance to many of the sights in Potzdamer Platz. I would definitely consider staying again at Fjord Hotel Berlin the next time I am in town.

Het hotel was heel net, alles rook lekker. De kamers werden dagelijks gepoetst. Het ontbijt is meer dan de moeite, heel gevarieerd en vers. (Ook voor wie allergieën heeft)

Room was perfect for easy access to Tiergarten, very walkable but not much to see or do within the first few blocks of the hotel. Staff was great, facilities were clean.

Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Veldig rent og pent rom som var nydelig å komme til. Stille og rolige omgivelser, og temmelig sentralt i sentrum av byen. Det eneste pussige var at rom og bad ikke hadde ventilasjon, så man er avhengig av å lufte ved å åpne vindu.

Et fint hotel, med meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Vi ankom og fik en opgradering til værelse med kæmpe tagterrasse. tak for det - den var fed :-) Værelset var ikke vildt stort og der er ikke aircondition i rummet, så det kan godt blive ret varmt. Hotellet ligger lidt et sjovt sted, men det var nemt at komme med både Uber og U-Bahn.

I liked that it was in a residential area but close to main streets. The soundproofing between rooms was not great. Otherwise a lovely hotel.

We stayed in a family room in May 2023, and found the Fjord Hotel to be perfect for what we needed. The location is good, a short walk from several U stations. It's also close to some restaurants, bars, and a large park with play areas for the kids. The area has a nice, residential feel to it. We were able to walk into the middle of Berlin from here quite comfortably. All of the members of staff we spoke with at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower was good. It was a little bit warm with no air-con, but the fan provided took the edge off. On checking out we were able to leave our bags with reception and collect them later in the day. Overall, I was very happy with this hotel and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice clean hotel with very friendly staff. Less than 15min walking to transport (bus/metro), but also some sightseeings and restaurants are within walking distance. Parkinglots at hotel available. Rooms were a bit noisy, but not very disturbing

Nice little big hotel. Rooms are a bit on the small side but clean, service is friendly, breakfast options are great, but not sure the price is right. Maybe a bit on the expensive side.

Overall, this is a great hotel. Clean, accessible. My only issue with it was the layout of the room, which is vastly different than what was advertised on the Expedia site. Lovely S does NOT have a separate bathroom, as indicated in the photos. The shower is in the middle of the room with zero privacy. The sink is also in the middle of the room and on the opposite side of the toilet. So unless you know the person you’re staying with, be prepared to get zero privacy.

I stayed at the hotel for 9 hours only as a short stop during a long road trip. The place was clean and decent for a quick stay, but unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, which could be uncomfortable, especially in warm weather. Overall, it's suitable for a short rest. The reception was very helpful throughout.

Hotel room was spacious and clean. No kettle included but fridge and snacks (expensive!). Easy to get to transport links and the room key on the app is super useful. Location pretty central too and not far to main attractions. Breakfast was overpriced for what you get.

Fantastic hotel! We would recommend to anyone visiting Berlin - the staff were wonderful, the hotel was quiet, and it was walking distance from a number of transit options. We will definitely come back!

Staff was great and very helpful Steven at the front desk was amazing and helpful with info and recommendations . Hotel was clean and good walkable area to restaurants and some of the historical sites . Hotel had bikes available to rent and also train station very close walk . Room has refrigerator and a safe ! I would stay here again .

Arrived a little early so my room wasn't ready. Totally understandable. Daytime receptionist was not very hospitable. When I returned to check in and get my room, they put me in room on the first or second floor that reeked like sewage. It was so bad I immediately went to the receptionist and requested a different room. The night receptionist was wonderful. She graciously gave me a different room on a higher floor with a lovely view. To this day I am bothered that they would give me such a lousy room knowing they had a better room available (no difference in room type). Do better next time Fjord Hotel Berlin, especially for a guest staying for 8 days!

Perfect hotel for our two night stay in Berlin. On a really quiet street but close enough to the city centre by foot or public transport. Great communication via WhatsApp leading up to arriving and a seamless check in experience. Room was clean and comfortable.

Internet was very slow, often poor connection. TV had limited channels, all in German. With slow wifi, hard to work or stream. Lots of construction near and around hotel. Uber drivers had hard time finding it. Not a great location for the money.

This is a very nicely located hotel, if you are looking out to the touristic hotspots in Berlin Mitte - especially Neue Nationalgalerie and Philharmonie. The Hotel is nevertheless remote from the urban bruise close to the Landwehrkanal.

Jättetrevligt bemötande av personal i receptionen. Liten och familjär stämning där man löser det bästa för gästen. Vi fick lite tips och gida råd. Rummen är rena och fina, kanske inte de modernaste men frächt. Hotellet ligger nära u-bahn och har gångavstånd till ex Brandenburger Tor

Excellent hotel and location to Berlin attractions. Fantastic breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. It would have been great if there was a kettle in hotel room so could make tea/coffee after 9 pm or on waking in the morning. Small point really and everything else more than up for this. Great stay.

Ein sympathisches kleines Hotel in zentraler Lage Berlins. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, von der aus man zu Fuß schnell im Zentrum ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich und sorgen für eine lockere, warmherzige Atmosphäre. Das Innendesign ist nordisch und naturbezogen. Auch wenn unser Zimmer relativ klein war, hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut auch wenn es etwas klein war. Die hoteleigene Tiefgarage ist allerdings ziemlich schwer zu befahren, da sehr eng. Dann sollte man eventuell erwägen einen Außenstellplatz direkt vor dem Hotel zu buchen.
