We had a nice stay here. There is convenient transportation to the city from here. The historic town had a lot of eateries and a brewery. It’s on a river and the waterway views are beautiful. I would stay here again if visiting Berlin. It’s so peaceful after being in the busy city. The restaurant in the hotel is very good too!

Comfort Zimmer, ruhig da Zimmer nach hinten, wichtig! Schöne Lage am Wasser. Zimmer sauber, Personal freundlich. Betten sehr gut! Kleiner Mangel, eine Gardinenseite war nicht richtig befestigt, schlechter Anblick wenn man das erste Mal ins Zimmer kommt, ansonsten nichts auszusetzen! Gute Anbindung Bus, S.Bahn und Straßenbahn, zur Fahrt nach Berlin, ca. 1 Std.

Das Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber. Es war laut bei geöffneten Fenster. Man musste öffnen, weil im Zimmer ein unangenehmer Geruch war. Kein zeitgemäße Möbelierung. Die Dusche mit Vorhang, sehr primitiv. Wir waren froh nur 1 Nacht dort zu sein. Der Kaffee an der Lobby Bar war dünn und ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Tiefgarage sehr eng und unübersichtlich, die Auf - und Abdahrt sehr eng. Man kann froh sein, wenn man dort ohne Schaden rein und raus kommt.

Wir haben 2 DZ gebucht. Eins davon war NICHT beim Check in fertig! (Bzw war es sogar noch belegt!). Bei unserer Größeren Reisegruppe traf genau dies auch bei einem anderen Pärchen auf! Es wurden von Familien mit Kindern je 2 DZ gebucht. Diese müssen ja nicht zwingend nebeneinander liegen, aber auf Stock 3 & 1?? Weiter voneinander entfernt ging nicht. Schade, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Schade, das man nicht schon vor 15h ein Getränk an der Hotelbaar nehmen kann. Man hat da sich eher als Störfaktor gefühlt, statt Gast! Sauber war es allemal! Frühstück war sehr gut!! Personal sehr freundlich!!

Die Betten waren ser bequem und das Frühstück üppig und lecker, das Personal war sehr nett. Leider muss ich einiges bestätigen, das Badezimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und hat viele Schimmelflecken an der Decke und in den Fugen. Es war super warm und es gab keine Klimanlage, lüften zu Hauptstraße war aufgrund des Verkehrs mit der Straßenbahn nicht möglich. Zudem lässt sich das Zimmer nicht abdunkeln, da die Vorhänge zu schmal sind und nur knapp das halbe Fenster abdecken, ausschlafen war daher nicht möglich.

Ruhige Lage, bequeme Betten, sauber , nettes Personal. Einziger negativer Kritikpunkt, trotz dass die Handtücher im Bad hinter der Tür an den dafür vorgesehenen Haken hingen, wurden diese vom Zimmerpersonal ausgetauscht. Das passt nicht ganz zum ersichtlichen grünen Fußabdruck des Hotels. Danke

Zimmer und Bettwäsche nicht sauber. Bad könnte auch um einges sauberer sein. Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet viel zu teuer. Speisen und Brötchen könnten fischer sein. Restaurant ist empfehlenswert.

I mean, we were there for just a night, so a place to sleep is what we needed. Being on the 4th floor with nothing but an open window and a small table fan was a bit hot. The kicker was when we got back after dinner and the bathroom smelled of sewage and rotten onions. We put water down the drain for 5 minutes and it helped only slightly. It was disgustingly. I told the front desk as we checked out and they comped my parking, but honestly it wasn’t worth what we paid.

Sehr hellhörig. Zimmer zur Straße. Schimmel in der Dusche und am Fenster. Verdreckter Duschvorhang. Alles wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dadurch unsauber. Zum schlafen reicht es.

- No a/c, would be absolutely awful during heatwave, all chocolates melted during stay. - No fridge, no safe, no USB charger, not specify in hotel details - Wndow won't stay open, while no a/c - curtain not dark enough - too noisy, from outside and from corridor - no frill, should not be under Golden Tulip banner - no drawers, no dresser - tiny night tables, service area 7"×9" - funny pillows, too small and slumpy - no shampoo, no conditioner, very diluted liquid soap - no coffee, no teas, no glasses or cups in the room, can supply paper cups for money, not eco-friendly, but penny pitching - paid for comfort room but no comfort, can't upgrade - tiny step on garbage can flips over every time trying to open it

Very dated could do with a refurb, standard room I would compare to a hostel room very basic, no tea or coffee facilities, the first member of staff wasn’t very understanding but polite, second member of staff was more understanding and kindly ungraded our room free of charge,all in all not a great experience would not return and wouldn’t recommend ☹️

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick auf die Spree und das Frühstück direkt an der Spree war sehr schön. Ausstattung des Zimmers war OK. Mir hat nur ein kleiner Kühlschrank gefehlt und ein Wasserkocher. Aber das ist Ansichtssache.

Warum muss man sich 4 Stunden in Köpenick bei Dauerregen rumtreiben bis man ein Zimmer bekommt. Zimmer Strassenseite, daher sehr laut, Dusche kaputt. War schon öfter in diesem Hotel, das war mit Abstand mein schlechtester Aufenthalt. Der Hotelangestellte am Empfang hatte auch nicht gerade seinen besten Tag

I don't know why and where this error happened, but the error lies between hotels.com and Hotel Am Schloss..., and so I feel this rating is justified. When arriving at the hotel after a long day at a BER airport in complete chaos because of weather-related shutdown, I was told that despite the fact that I had made a reservation and pre paid for a hotel room many hours earlier, they had no rooms left. My colleague, who checked in earlier on the same booking, got a room. So they clearly knew about the booking. They offered me a room at a hotel completely on the other side of town, costing me 50-60 euros extra in Uber fares to and from, and an hour of sleep in what was already going to be a very short night. The room I ended up in was fine, and the gentlemen at both desks polite and helpful (albeit extremely slow with the check in process), so they get two stars for that.

I like that this hotel was in a great location close too a event I attended at the FEZ. Room was nice and clean . Buffet breakfast was great for the 18 euros I could pig out lol. I loved that the hotel service desk operated 24 hours. I was able to check out at a decent hour and avoid the traffic on the road. Reccommend it is in a great location close to FEZ Berlin.

Very close to train- buses few feet away on same street- two staff members super nice & helpful, a blond lady & a guy short hair (loves music) they were so helpful in giving directions & so much patience- no problems with our room- thank you so much for hassle free stay- definitely will stay here again

We had a nice stay here. There is convenient transportation to the city from here. The historic town had a lot of eateries and a brewery. It’s on a river and the waterway views are beautiful. I would stay here again if visiting Berlin. It’s so peaceful after being in the busy city. The restaurant in the hotel is very good too!

Comfort Zimmer, ruhig da Zimmer nach hinten, wichtig! Schöne Lage am Wasser. Zimmer sauber, Personal freundlich. Betten sehr gut! Kleiner Mangel, eine Gardinenseite war nicht richtig befestigt, schlechter Anblick wenn man das erste Mal ins Zimmer kommt, ansonsten nichts auszusetzen! Gute Anbindung Bus, S.Bahn und Straßenbahn, zur Fahrt nach Berlin, ca. 1 Std.

A good value. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel is very conveniently located to trams, buses, and the airport. Köpenick is a quaint, charming historic area, and I was glad we chose this location over another more modern, bustling part of Berlin. Plenty of nearby cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and a brewhouse, and easy to get to other parts of the city on public transport.

Our Berlin accommodations failed so we ended up 35 minutes outside the city at this hotel in Koepenick. It turned out to be the BEST thing to happen to us. The waterways in the area are beautiful and peaceful. There are so many good eateries in the area that are in easy walking distance. Plus a great Italian restaurant at the hotel! Bar tenders were so kind and made our stay special. We had the hotel breakfast first two days, which was great! The next three days we decided to try local eateries in Koepenick, which did not disappoint! Public transportation to Berlin is easy and so plentiful you don’t need a car. Having said that though, There is a parking garage at the hotel. I would highly recommend staying here. Tour the busy city all day and return here for peace and quiet.

Der Check in leider erst ab 14 Uhr möglich. Das Zimmer könnte auch erst um 15 Uhr bezogen werden. Das Hotel allgemein etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage war aber sehr schön. Sehr nahe an dem Stadtteil Koepenick mit seinen vielen Restaurants und Cafés.

We had a nice stay here. There is convenient transportation to the city from here. The historic town had a lot of eateries and a brewery. It’s on a river and the waterway views are beautiful. Die Anbindung ist gut. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war komplett ausreichend. Frühstücken konnte man auf der Terrasse. Frühstück an sich war ausreichend und lecker.

Clean and modern budget hotel. Good to reach by bus and centrally located in Berlin Köpenick. Good breakfast. Only downside was Long before breakfast time ended, a lood of foods were taken and not refilled by staff. Beside of that a good place to stay for a short Trip. BR

Soweit okay. Das Frühstück so lala wir haben uns Brötchen für den zweiten Tag selbst aus einer Bäckerei besorgt, weil die im Hotel nicht so prickelnd waren. Personal war schon sehr freundlich

Zimmer und Bettwäsche nicht sauber. Bad könnte auch um einges sauberer sein. Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet viel zu teuer. Speisen und Brötchen könnten fischer sein. Restaurant ist empfehlenswert.

Es war in Ordnung. Der Boden hätte sauberer sein können. Bett und Badezimmer war aber gut. Das Frühstück kann man sich. Dort sparen wir mittelmäßig und Aufbackbrötchen.

I don't know why and where this error happened, but the error lies between hotels.com and Hotel Am Schloss..., and so I feel this rating is justified. When arriving at the hotel after a long day at a BER airport in complete chaos because of weather-related shutdown, I was told that despite the fact that I had made a reservation and pre paid for a hotel room many hours earlier, they had no rooms left. My colleague, who checked in earlier on the same booking, got a room. So they clearly knew about the booking. They offered me a room at a hotel completely on the other side of town, costing me 50-60 euros extra in Uber fares to and from, and an hour of sleep in what was already going to be a very short night. The room I ended up in was fine, and the gentlemen at both desks polite and helpful (albeit extremely slow with the check in process), so they get two stars for that.

I like the hotel and location. We had beautifull room with great view. Stuff was nice and friendly. Room was cleaned daily. But Im giving 4 stars because when we asked for another duvet they didnt have one and also ventilation was full of dust and under the bed was so much dust that you could chocke.
