25 euros breakfast, 25 euros parking, 5 euros swimming pool and sauna... The room was ok... No cold water in the shower... Only hot as hell... No solution... So with the huge offer in bonn, choose another one. If they include pool and sauna, as other, and reduce the price of the parking and breakfast, I will start coming again, till them, I will go to kameha, motel one, intercity, maritim, kanzler, Marriot.. lot of options..

Overall good experience but AC didn’t work properly, breakfast could’ve been better for the amount charged, and I didn’t understand why we had to pay extra €5/adult to use the pool. Also parking at €28/night seems a bit high for a car park in the premises and owned by the hotel

This is a lovely hotel, I would however recommend visiting when they have completed their renovations, we did experience a few issues, but the staff were apologetic and issued a partial refund because of the difficulties we experienced. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The staff in the restaurant helped me source some ice for a swollen ankle which was much appreciated. We did not take breakfast in the hotel as it was 27 Euro pp. we walked up to the main platz and there was a lovely cafe to have breakfast. There was secure parking under the hotel at an additional charge. The old town city centre is very conveniently located. We used the pool and gym, additional charge for the pool of 5 euros, but we had it all to ourselves.

Very good, only stayed one night, nice location. Only downfall was the price to park in the garage, €26 for motorcycle, was nowhere else to leave it. Also breakfast I believe was €22 each if you booked it upon checkin, otherwise €27 each, suffice to stay we didnt bother. Was a nice hotel though.

Um ein eigentlich gutes Hotel in ein (zumindest subjektiv) schlechtes zu verwandeln, benötigte Dorint hier nur zwei Schritte. 1. Schritt - Die Kosten für die Garage betragen exorbitante 28 Euros pro Nacht. 2. Schritt - Die Kosten zur Benutzung des Hoteleigenen Pools betragen 5 Euro pro Tag. "Frühschwimmer" zahlen also am nächsten Morgen noch einmal. Da gibt es auch in Bonn bestimmt Alternativen.

Disappointed with reception staff. 1st room we were given smelt upon arrival. We had to open windows and unfortunately the road noise and traffic woke us early. Came back to the room on day 2 after leaving the window open and it smelt again. We changed rooms, reduced smell, but the rooms are in need of a refurb.

First of all, the staff is absolutely amazing. Courteous, friendly, professional. My room was a bit of a mixed experience. It was spacious and well appointed, but the carpet was wrinkled in a way that it looked like it hadn’t been laid properly. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated between freezing and scalding. The bed was a bit soft, but that’s more of a personal preference issue.

Fantastic location - located by the Rhine and next to bridge. 15 minutes walk from Bonn train station, 5 minutes to Bonn’s main pedestrian zone with shops and eateries, less than 10 minutes to Beethoven’s House/Museum as well. Also nearby tram stop. Suite was spacious and included coffee machine, mini-fridge and 3 TVs! Two balconies - both with views of the Rhine (although partially obscured by trees). Restaurant had lovely outdoor area for sitting along with sandpit for kids. Breakfast buffet good variety of cold and hot items, breads, pastries and pancake maker. Hot and cold drinks from machines and filter coffee also available. Helpful front desk staff and friendly restaurant staff. Did not try spa or swimming pool. Minor negatives - suite was slightly dark, sofa bed slightly uncomfortable, buffet selection did not change for 3 days. Would definitely stay here again.
