Très bon hôtel Il est bien situé, la déco est belle. La chambre est spacieuse. Nous avons eu un très grand lit. La réception était parfaite, en français et très drôle. Ils vous accompagnent jusqu'à votre chambre. Le top c'est qu'il y a un lobby très sympa dans lequel il y a du café et quelques pâtisseries gratuits a libre disposition Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de parking car nous avions garé la voiture dans un P+R car nous n'avions pas la vignette verte

The room overlooks a rear court, from which people could look directly into our room. It was very quiet from street noise, but very noisy otherwise: one evening in a restaurant on the court a raucous crowd stayed until 1:30AM; setting-up for breakfast and early breakfast patrons sounded loudly into our room. On check-out day we had to leave early; a takeaway breakfast was promised, but not ready for us at the stated time; we had to wait 10 minutes for it. The wireless key fob to the room was difficult to use.

Brilliant location, unfortunately Saturday night can get extremely loud with the on site restaurant playing live music until 12am, we never had handwash in the bathroom for the 4 days we were there but towels were replaced and the bins emptied, the bathroom did smell a bit and the shower head sat at a funny angle so you had to go flat against the wall to get a shower, it would have been nice to have 4 seats in the outside area but all in all the room was big, the selling point of this hotel is definitely location, staff were friendly

Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer auch sehr hübsch , besonders das Badezimmer hat uns gefallen. Das Problem war, dass wir überhaupt nicht schlafen konnten, weil es so unglaublich laut war. Jede Nacht haben vor unserem Fenster Leute geschrien, dienausnder bar kamen, die zum Hotel gehört.
Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer auch sehr hübsch , besonders das Badezimmer hat uns gefallen. Das Problem war, dass wir überhaupt nicht schlafen konnten, weil es so unglaublich laut war. Jede Nacht haben vor unserem Fenster Leute geschrien, dienausnder bar kamen, die zum Hotel gehört.

Die Unterkunft ist in Zentrumsnähe. Leider keine eigenen Parkplätze aber in wenigen Minuten sind einige Parkmöglichkeiten gegen Bezahlung. Die Zimmer sind klein und in die Jahre gekommen, waren aber sauber. Für 1 Nacht ok. Frühstück im Nachbarhaus/Restaurant war ok. Preis/Leistung ist ok.
Die Unterkunft ist in Zentrumsnähe. Leider keine eigenen Parkplätze aber in wenigen Minuten sind einige Parkmöglichkeiten gegen Bezahlung. Die Zimmer sind klein und in die Jahre gekommen, waren aber sauber. Für 1 Nacht ok. Frühstück im Nachbarhaus/Restaurant war ok. Preis/Leistung ist ok.

Das Hotel entsprach leider nicht den Online-Fotos. Das Zimmer wirkte insgesamt ungepflegt und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es war schmutzig, die Jalousien waren stark verstaubt und teilweise fast kaputt. Auch der Vorhang war beschädigt und hing stellenweise von der Decke, da er nicht mehr richtig befestigt war. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist sehr alt und macht keinen guten Eindruck. Für mich war der Zustand so unangenehm, dass ich noch am selben Tag in ein anderes Hotel gewechselt bin. Ich kann dieses Hotel daher nicht empfehlen.

Das Hotel verfügt über eine gute Lage in der Innenstadt. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und nimmt sich der Probleme der Gäste an. Die Möblierung der Lobby und im Restaurant ist neuwertig und optisch ansprechend. In schrecklichem Zustand sind die Teppiche in allen Aufgängen und Zimmern. Im ersten Zimmer war der Zustand des Teppichs so schlecht (fleckig, schmutzig), dass ich um ein anderes Zimmer bat. Diesem Wunsch kam das Personal dankenswerter Weise nach. Das neue Zimmer hatte zwar auch Flecken auf dem Teppich, diese waren aber nicht so schlimm. Die Möblierung in den Zimmern ist zwar nicht auf dem neusten Stand aber funktional. Das Bad war sauber. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und das Restaurant in dem es bereit gestellt wird, ist - wie oben bereits beschrieben - nett eingerichtet.

Das Zimmer lag direkt an einer von mehreren Buslinien befahrenen Straße. Ca. Alle 5 Minuten fuhr ein Bus, auch nachts. Als ich ankam war das Zimmer sehr aufgeheizt, es gab nur einen kleinen Ventilator. Bei dem Straßenverkehr war es allerdings nahezu unmöglich nachts bei offenem Frnster zu schlafen (obwohl ich Ohropax benutzt habe). Das Bett und die Bäder waren sauber, auf dem Teppich waren jedoch Flecken und Brandlöcher. Generell wirkte die Zimmereinrichtung nicht mehr ganz frisch. Sicherlich hatte das Hotel insgesamt einen gewissen Charme und hat an Art déco erinnert. Würde man es grundrenovieren, wäre es ganz charmant. Ich musste nur zwei Nächte hier verbringen, also war es erträglich, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich dieses Hotel wirklich nicht empfehlen.

Rummet var inte städat. Lakanen var rena och sängen var skön, men det var dammigt, hår i badkaret och smutsiga ytor. Jag bad att få rummet städat första morgonen men när jag kom tillbaka på kvällen var det inte gjort.

Bizarre experience. Check-in took 45 minutes and required me to blunder alone around a dark, empty, dirty hotel looking for a room that didn't exist. Lights off, staircases leading nowhere, furniture upside down, dirty coffee cups on the tables, reception desk unstaffed, no heating in common areas. (The photos on this site seem to have been taken 10 years ago.) Eventually had to phone a Stuttgart number to get directed to a different building in which there was a single room with barely-functioning wifi, a dirty shower and a door onto the street that wasn't fully lockable. Also, I discovered by accident that my key also unlocked a room occupied by another guest. Would not recommend.

Sehr schönes, sauberes und renoviertes Zimmer in ruhiger Lage mit Blick zum Innenhof. Schön zentral zur Innenstadt wie auch zu den Kneipen der Bonner Altstadt. Ich habe mich hier rundum wohl gefühlt.

Das Hotel liegt extrem günstig, man erreicht es problemlos zu Fuß vom Bhf., und man erreicht vom Hotel das Stadtzentrum, das Münster, z. B., in fünf Minuten. Für diejenigen, die empfindliche Ohren haben, können die Zimmer zur Thomas Mann Straße manchmal laut sein, vor allem wenn sie früher schlafen gehen, wegen Straßenbahnverkehr.

Gut gelegene Unterkunft am Rand der Innenstadt, fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof erreichbar. Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber gut benutzbar. Das Bett war bequem. Die Fenster waren gut geräuschisolierend, sodass man die Straßenbahn vor dem Hotel nicht gehört hat.

The property is well situated close to the main Bonn central station and also close to tram stops. The place was mainly clean just a few minor concerns in the bathroom with the shower curtains. The main issue was the lack of air conditioning in the room, but the staff was very accommodating and provided me with extra fans. The breakfast was more than I expected, provided both warm food and cold cuts with variety.

I booked a queen room but was given a single. I was also charged twice for the stay and it was a hassle to get a refund. No compensation or apology was offered for the room being the wrong type. The room was noisy.

I will avoid this hotel at all cost. My luggage and baby staff were taken out of the room after the check out hour although I spoke at reception and asked to have a late check out. The manager and staff at the hotel were very unprofessional.

Room was not ready at check-in time 3pm. I was forced to wait till 6.20pm and it still was not ready. Receptionist was rude and unhelpful. I asked for refund, she refused. I came from 19 hours flight and needed my room to rest. At 7pm room still was not ready. I left and went to a different hotel. This hotel amenities were dirty all around. Terrible.

the staff receptionist was wonderful, but the entire hotel simply needed more service. He was trying to check in several groups at once and many of the rooms had problems. Some had no working electrical outlets, some had not been cleaned and one even still had another guest in it. he was doing his best, but needed more help.

Service unfreundlich beim Check-In, kein Hinweis wo das Zimmer ist, Bettwäsche schmutzig (Flusen, Haare) Lage ist gut, Sauberkeit ansonsten in Ordnung und Preis ist auch in Ordnung. Frühstück ist dagegen völlig überteuert. Am Ende werden noch zusätzliche 10€ Steuern gefordert.

Bizarre experience. Check-in took 45 minutes and required me to blunder alone around a dark, empty, dirty hotel looking for a room that didn't exist. Lights off, staircases leading nowhere, furniture upside down, dirty coffee cups on the tables, reception desk unstaffed, no heating in common areas. (The photos on this site seem to have been taken 10 years ago.) Eventually had to phone a Stuttgart number to get directed to a different building in which there was a single room with barely-functioning wifi, a dirty shower and a door onto the street that wasn't fully lockable. Also, I discovered by accident that my key also unlocked a room occupied by another guest. Would not recommend.

Das Hotel liegt extrem günstig, man erreicht es problemlos zu Fuß vom Bhf., und man erreicht vom Hotel das Stadtzentrum, das Münster, z. B., in fünf Minuten. Für diejenigen, die empfindliche Ohren haben, können die Zimmer zur Thomas Mann Straße manchmal laut sein, vor allem wenn sie früher schlafen gehen, wegen Straßenbahnverkehr.

Gut gelegene Unterkunft am Rand der Innenstadt, fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof erreichbar. Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber gut benutzbar. Das Bett war bequem. Die Fenster waren gut geräuschisolierend, sodass man die Straßenbahn vor dem Hotel nicht gehört hat.

Wir waren für eine Nacht dort, für den Marathon. Beim Einchecken, die junge Dame war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar den Weg zum gezeigt, weil wir die Treppen bzw den Weg nicht fanden. Auch auf die Nachfrage hin, das wir noch Bettzeug bräuchten, war dies kein Problem und bekamen dieses auch. Sie hat sich entschuldigt und konnte es nicht verstehen, dass wir kein zweites hatten. Fand dies aber nicht schlimm, kann passieren. Zimmer war in Ordnung, da wir "dorfkinder" sind, musste ich mich erstmal an den Lärm der Stadt gewöhnen, aber kein Problem, mein Sohn, der Läufer konnte schlafen, ich habe mir ein Hörspiel angemacht und alles war gut. Das einzig Laute, was dann störend war, waren die Zimmermachbarn, welche erst um ca 1 Uhr in der Nacht in ihr Zimmer kamen und einen Aufstand hinlegten, wegen fehlender Bettwäsche, mitten in der Nacht, wo man sich ja Nachmittags schon hätte drum kümmern können, wie wir. Mein Sohn schlief, dann dachte ich, ok, mach keinen Aufstand. Frühstück war super, alles vorhanden, Personal auch hier sehr freundlich und fragte auch nach ob alles in Ordnung ist. Für den nächsten Trupp, werden wir wieder hier buchen

Keine Erreichbarkeit mit dem privaten Pkw entsprechend der STVO. Room Keeping erkennt nicht den Schmutz! Duschgel leer!! Kann kein Bettzeug ordentlich zusammenlegen Im Frühstücksraum läuft der Gebläseabzug auf Vollgas?? Keiner brät etwas? Baustelle während des hotelbetriebes . Personal versteht schlecht oder kein deutsch .

Die Unterkunft ist in Zentrumsnähe. Leider keine eigenen Parkplätze aber in wenigen Minuten sind einige Parkmöglichkeiten gegen Bezahlung. Die Zimmer sind klein und in die Jahre gekommen, waren aber sauber. Für 1 Nacht ok. Frühstück im Nachbarhaus/Restaurant war ok. Preis/Leistung ist ok.

Frühstück: Gut Zimmer nr. 11: alt, Teppich voller Flecken, keine Deckenbeleuchtung, Bad: sehr klein, zwischen wc und Badewanne sehr wenig Platz zum aufstehen. Wc ist etwas für kleine Menschen. Musste mich zum Aufstehen an der Badewanne und Waschbecken hochziehen. Personal an der Rezeption freundlich aber hilflos, wenn man kein Deutsch spricht. Würde ich nicht noch einmal buchen.
