Hôtel confortable et très bien situé, personnel agréable et espace détente avec salle de sport, sauna et piscine ouvert de 7h à 23h.

Nice trip- disappointing we couldn’t use the bar- one night was not open & other had private party & third was football - which was fine but couldn’t get a drink- only in the small restaurant where they said they were busy doing room service, food & bar.

A great place to stay for a family of four, right near the market square so everything was in walking distance. The family room was a good size for two adults and two kids. The ev parking chargers were easy to use. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the pool was a great facility to use at the end of the day, we had it to ourselves both evenings of our stay.would highly recommend.

Excellent location in central old town. Friendly staff, decent enough room, nice and clean. Ok breakfast. Underground parking good for arriving by car, hard to get in this area otherwise. Pool is forgettable but sauna is decent enough.

Très bon hôtel, excellent localisation, à 2mn de la place principale de Bruges, commerces et restaurants nombreux à proximité. Chambre spacieuse, calme, et bien décorée. Literie très confortable. Piscine assez bruyante au dernier étage si vous tombez en même temps qu'enfants mais propre. Salle de sport correcte et sauna très appréciable. Petit déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de choix salé ou sucré. Personnel très professionnel et sympathique parlant français la plupart du temps. Seul petit bémol, le parking. L'avantage c'est d'en avoir un, il est bien bien agencé mais attention aux voitures trop grandes, manœuvre compliquée dans la descente. Mais son point négatif, son tarif excessif (30€ la nuit). Donc hôtel à recommander à 100%, séjour très agréable.

Hotel is very convenient but room is hot and cramped. Power socket next to bed didn't work. Got an extension lead from the hotel then the other socket also stopped working in the middle of the night. Not great if you're using a cpap machine! Guy came to fix next day but didn't do anything. Parking garage is tiny and nightmare to enter and leave.

This is a great hotel in an awesome location. The hotel has a restaurant, bar, pool and workout room. The staff is at the front desk 24/7 and is very helpful. You can walk to famous attractions, restaurants, and bars. The center of the town is in the next square. We will stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is in a great location overlooking a square that is adjacent to the main market square. Anything you might want to visit in Brugge is a few minutes walk away. The hotel also has its own underground car park. You have to pay to use the car park, but it is convenient and safe.

Lovely modern hotel, great underground parking (€30 a night) in such a car free area, hotel check in great, room spacious and spotless. Nice pool, towels supplied not big but fine as was not busy for my swim, hotel location great for Christmas markets (250/500metres away from both main ones) not far to walk to winterglod walk either. Ate both dinner and breakfast in site restaurant, no complaints, all good. Slept well, shower fab, even had itv on the telly, a great stay thankyou

Beautiful, clean hotel in a perfect loction. Spacious room, wonderful breakfast buffet. The staff was so helpful assisting with directions calling taxis even providing umbrellas in the rain!

Perfect stay in Brugge. Hotel was clean and housekeeping did a wonderful job clearing up bins daily from our room & tidying. The room was spacious for my family , equipment with a fridge and coffee machine. It was a short walk to everything we planned to see. Ideal for a family with children— parking on site and easy to navigate. Staff were kind and courteous throughout our visit. thanks to all! Would recommend to anyone!

Clean, modern, great staff. 28 Euro for a small breakfast buffet was a bit high.

Location was excellent & very walkable to sites. We took a taxi to & from train station. Bed and room were comfortable and front desk printed documents for us. The room felt clean & looked clean, but after my husband took a hot shower, there was a graphic sexual drawing on the mirror. It was funny! But my main point is that I guess housekeeping department doesn't wipe down mirrors. I also found a opened package of crackers inside the drawer where coffee pods & teas are stored, and a wrapper of crackers at the side of the bed. These are little things but it made me doubt the cleanliness. Overall it was a nice stay & I'd return.

Excelente ubicación, en el corazón de brujas, todo lo puedes hacer caminando. Limpieza excepcional, hermosa habitación, personal amable, desayuno muy variado y abundante.

Positive: Location is perfect, available parking with a logical cost, clean, breakfast is also good. Negative: the bed wasn’t comfortable for us but it might be for other people but my only problem was the “clean” towels which changed daily but smells really bad although it’s clean!!

Hotel and room were both very clean and modern. Walk out the front door of the hotel into the most beautiful square and only a couple minutes walk to Grote Square and the canal. Many restaurants close by.

The main issue during our stay was the air conditioning, which didn't cool the room. We had to keep the window open, resulting in mosquito bites. This significantly affected our comfort.

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The location was great for exploring Bruges. The parking was expensive as charged by 24 hours so it cost us 60 euros for just over one lot of 24 hours. The pool was small but was clean. There was quite a lot of noise from the side road which our room overlooked - a view of the square would’ve been nice. All in all it was a good hotel

Great location, nice hotel, with parking however I took a ⭐️ off as the “double” bed was in fact 2 singles pushed together. I understand hotels have to be flexible but a thicker top mattress cover, that I have experienced in the past, would have made the night more comfortable.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour au Crowne Plaza de Bruges, les chambres étaient bien entretenues, spacieuses et propres. Les équipements de la chambres étaient modernes (télé connectée etc…). Le seul problème rencontré a été qu’il faisait bien trop chaud dans les chambres, obligés de dormir la fenêtre ouverte

We've just come back from a few days in Bruge, staying at the Crowne Plaza. Seeing the high Google rating, I went in with high expectations, but I have to say, I came away a little underwhelmed compared to our last stay at the Marriott in Ghent. The location is spot on, right in the heart of the old town, so everything is walkable. However, that does come with a price: the street noise is quite noticeable. If you're a light sleeper, you'll want to pack earplugs. The hotel itself feels really dated. The rooms are on the small side, the bathrooms are tired, and the toiletries are the cheap, standard stuff you'd expect at a budget airport hotel, definitely not what I anticipated from this brand. It was also bizarre to find the fridge completely empty. In this day and age, not stocking it with a few drinks feels like a colossal loss of revenue for them. Breakfast (7/10) was perfectly fine, but it was the same spread every morning and nothing to write home about. And do watch out for the extras, €9 for a large bottle of still water is a bit of an ouch. On the upside, there is a small pool on the 8th floor. Nothing fancy, but if you've got children with you, it's a good way to burn off some energy. Also, a big relief for me, the EV chargers in the underground car park were fully functioning, which saved a potential headache. Decent enough for a short stay because of the location, but don't expect the modern comforts you might get elsewhere.

Really good location but you do pay for this. The room price did not include breakfast and they wanted 22 euros per person for this. The room was a city view room on the 6th floor although the view was blocked by trees so view wasn’t great but wasnt an issue for us and even though right in the centre of town it was very quiet. The hotel was clean and the staff really friendly and helpful. The bathroom in the room was lovely with a great shower. The bedroom itself was quite dark and the bed was quite uncomfortable and hard and a little narrow for our liking. Good blackout curtains and TV had all the basic Uk TV channels which was a nice change. You got tea, pod coffee and a couple of biscuits in the room and a bottle of water in the fridge. One of the best things was the location of the hotel. We used local parking which for 4 gays was 48 euros rather than the hotel parking which was 30 euros a day. It is a little walk but a pleasant one.

We had a wonderful 3 days at this hotel just before Christmas The location was perfect, right on the Burg Square and within 3 minutes walk of the Belfry. The service was superb, every now and again the bar was very busy but the service was still very good. The breakfast buffer was suoerb and the selection was great, everything was warm and cooked well and as a family of 4 (with 13 and 10 year old children), there was something for everyone. Would not hesitate to come back.

The hotel and the location were perfect! Lise and Sophie were so welcoming at the front desk and if we could have, we would have booked more nights. This is the best hotel in the area! Would highly recommend staying here!!

A great spot in the centre of everything. Very comfortable stay. Isabella on reception was a great help. She directed us to places of interest and took extra time to make sure we were comfortable.

We had a reservation issue that was our fault and the hotel handled it beyond our expectations. Thank you !!!

I have had the distinct pleasure of staying at this hotel on three separate occasions spanning the previous few years. Each visit has consistently been marked by a positive experience. During my most recent stay, the staff demonstrated great hospitality, providing valuable information about local activities and ensuring a taxi was promptly available for my early morning departure. The buffet breakfast was nothing short of excellent, offering a wide variety of choices to start the day right. The hotel’s location is notably convenient, situated directly opposite The Basilica of the Holy Blood and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and the main plaza. The room provided was both spacious and immaculate, contributing to a comfortable stay. Given these consistently high standards, I fully intend to return in the future. :)

Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff, and AMAZING breakfast! Also had lunch at the hotel restaurant and the food is amazing. Rented an electric bike from the hotel & staff gave me great instructions on where to go. The location is fantastic! About 12 Euros from hotel to the train station.

The Crown Plaza Bruge was in the center of Bruges walkable to sightseeing and its attractions such as canals and stunning medieval architecture. It had a restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Good stay, hotel is perfectly located and the walks in town are great. Had a steak dinner which was good, probably much better than the tourist trap restaurant in the square. Breakfast was very nice as well a lot of choice.

This hotel was so conveniently located in the centre of Bruges. Very clean and secure with a spacious room overlooking the park. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of items. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Location and facility was great. The breakfast buffet was bad. Also if you didn't order the buffet at check in the price goes up 8 euros per person.
