Estuve hospedada el viernes pasado y fue una experiencia muy decepcionante. Había elegido este hotel específicamente porque ofrecía pileta indoor y spa, pero al llegar me encontré con que la pileta estaba fuera de servicio y nadie lo informó en ningún momento, ni al momento de reservar ni antes del check-in. En el spa, la mayoría de los servicios no estaban disponibles, por lo que terminé haciéndome lo único que había, que no era lo que necesitaba ni deseaba. La atención en la recepción fue poco cordial desde el primer momento, lo cual no ayuda cuando una llega con expectativas altas y buscando relajarse. Fui para el casamiento de mi hermana CON MI HERMANA (la novia, y todo lo que eso implica en la previa de su casamiento) y me aseguré con anticipación de avisar que vendrían maquilladoras y fotógrafo al cuarto. Me confirmaron que no habría problema y que lo dejarían anotado. Sin embargo, cuando llegaron, no los dejaban subir y tuve que explicar la situación más de cinco veces. Una situación innecesaria y estresante en un día tan importante. No recibimos ningún tipo de compensación ni disculpas. Una estadía que se suponía iba a ser especial y relajante terminó siendo una fuente de estrés, frustración y enojo por el mal manejo del equipo del hotel. Una lástima, sinceramente.

Sauberkeit des Zimmers abolut top und das ist nicht selbstverständlich auch in Häusern dieser Kategorie. Einzig das mächtige Marmorbad wirkt wie aus der Zeit gefallen und beisst sich mit dem Rest des Zimmers und passt meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht zum Stil des Hotels. Auch muss ich erwähnen das ich ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer hatte und es sehr hellhörig war. Konnte sämtliche Unterhaltungen der Gäste nebenan im Detail verstehen. Der Wasserablauf des Waschbeckens und der Dusche im Bad war auch sehr geräuschvoll und selbst aus den Nachbarzimmern zu hören, die offenbar dasselbe Problem hatten. Ich würde dennoch jederzeit dort sofort wieder buchen denn ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

The space for the room was very nice, peaceful, and tranquil. The room was soundproof as well which made for a great space. Unfortunately, there was a plumbing/drainage issue with our bathroom that flooded the bathroom floor. The way the staff handled that was disappointing. The maintenance worker was outstanding but the fact that management did not offer to move us, nor have housekeeping come in and sterilize/clean the floor, nor acknowledge the inconvenience, and that we still had to pay full fare feels disappointing and is unacceptable.

Excelente hotel, com staff bastante atencioso e ótima localização. No geral a experiência foi muito boa. No entanto, tivemos um problema sério no checkout, uma vez que o hotel nos cobrou o dólar blue para o pagamento da hospedagem. Ou seja, não foi respeitada a cotação oficial do dólar para conversão da estadia em pesos. Inclusive, havíamos questionado isso no chat e a recepção foi irredutível na cobrança. Ficamos bastante frustrados com isso e repensando se voltaríamos a nos hospedar.

We got an upgrade to a Prestige Suite from a Junior Suite at checkin by mentioning that we are a Expedia Gold member . Beautiful 5 Star Hotel on the bay . Concierge Martin was very helpful . Bed very comfortable. Close to the AEP airport .

Amazing stay! We had our wedding night at this hotel. The stuff was super friendly and allowed us to take pictures all around the Hotel. They even used our pictures on Instagram lol. Breakfast was great, big room with bathtub and a separated shower. The bed was a dream!
