clean and close to restaurants and shopping. No free bottled water every day, they charge $3.80 per bottle U.S. when it should be free, and they overcharge for the bottles. This way VERY annoying. Front desk and manager would not budge on this....most decent hotels provied a couple of bottles free daily. Nothing special about this hotel, it's central, no view, just very average breakfast that does not change daily.

The property was poorly maintained, room 903's split AC cannot maintain proper room temperature. The amenities provided are minimum. Free coffee is suposed to be provided at the lobby at non breakfast time, but we are rufused to access the coffee during non breakfast time. Strange rule, can't understand the logic.

La habitacion hecha pero con pelos hasta en el inodoro. Pocos conectores de electricidad. Cama dura. Desayuno muy pobre, mejor comer en la calle por poquisimo dinero y lo peor un cartel del hotel que se debe ver al llegar donde el Chek out es a las 10.00 y no las 11.00 , respondiendonos que deberiamos salir y eso de las 11 es HOTELES .COM, deberian modificar la informacion pues me levantaron para salir (al no verle al llegar )de mi poco descanso en Buenos Aires. no nos gusto la exigencia de SALIR de la habitacion pues estaban supuestamente llenos, cosa que nos desmintio una camarera. Penosa estancia en relacion a otras instalaciones.

The hotel has seen better days. The rooms are big and the beds are ok. The rooms feel empty and not welcoming or cozy. The air conditioning dropped drops of water on the floor if leaving it on all day. I selected this hotel because I was offered a "secret" deal, plus a wine bottle at the arrival, but nobody held responsabilty on the wine bottle. The staff said that I had to get in touch with Hotels.com so that they could bring the bottle... Logic tells me it was the hotel the one in charge of giving it to me. Well, anyways, you get what you pay for. It is ok if you are only sleeping at the hotel. Don\'t expect ANY luxuries. The neighborhood is ok but has plenty of homeless people living around.

La habitacion hecha pero con pelos hasta en el inodoro. Pocos conectores de electricidad. Cama dura.
