Un hotel muy bien ubicado, es algo viejo pero todo muy bien. Buen servicio sin ruido, considerando que esta en pleno centro, lo cual te deja descansar y mas si vas en plan de negocios. El desayuno rico y variado. Si pudiera mejorar algo serían los elevadores. Fallaron mucho.

I use this hotel on a regular basis. It’s a bit run down and hence the daily rate is set accordingly. Rooms are clean but “used”. Staff is helpful and location is excellent, walking distance to central Buenos Aires attractions. It has a nice small restaurant with limited menu but enough when you are on the go. Next door is an excellent “parrilla-grill” recently opened with reasonable prices. Street is semi pedestrian so fairly quiet. It has a “work area” in the lobby and internet is good as internet is a bit spotty in the rooms.

Reservei uma suite com a espectativa de ser um apartamento diferenciado, paguei mais por isso e ao chegar lá me informaram que todas estavam ocupadas e que não mudava nada em relação aos quartos superiores, que na verdade me ofereceram uma solução melhor que seria dois quartos pois estavamos em 4 pessoas , pois a suite so possuia um banheiro, acabei pagando mais caro, fica a dica! Central do ar condicionado muito quente não tem controle nos quartos, eles decidem. Cafe da manhã precisa melhorar as instalações urgentemente

O fitness room do hotel é muito fraco- apenas 2 pares de halteres (1/2/3 kg e deveria ter peso ao menos até 10 kg) e sala ser espelhado e ventilada e ter água disponível. A qualidade dos doces do café da manhã deixa a desejar e o omelete ruim, mas o café da manhã tem variedades.

Das Hotel war OK. Das Restaurant im 10 Stock hat eigentlich eine gute Lage mit Aussicht über die Stadt. Allerdings ist es nur zum Frühstück geöffnet. Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und es wäre mal wieder die eine oder andere Reparatur erforderlich.

The breakfast was disgusting. They had scrambled eggs, but no bacon or sausage. They did have some fruit, fruit juice and coffee. They had lots of pastry items that appeared to have been pulled straight from the refrigerator. They were all cold and stale. The bed and bath floors were discussing with other people hairs. The toilet seat was broken and very difficult to flush. The bed did have clean sheets. The staff was friendly, but appeared to be pre-occupied.

It was Ok, very well located. Breakfast was the same, every day. We had two problem, Wi-Fi was the worst service, you can connect but not work in the room. If you really need Internet connection, you need to go to the lobby. The heater stooped during our stay. I took these two problem, verbal and written to the front desk, but they don´t fixed or gave a feedback.

A estadia foi muito boa, o hotel é muito bem localizado, o atendimento é ótimo e os funcionários são ótimos, contudo eu fiquei no 912 e acima dele tem o restaurante e área de café da amanhã, durante a parte da manhã todo movimento nas cadeiras feito pelas pessoas no andar superior da para escutar no quarto, o que prejudica o silêncio e quem quer dormir até mais tarde. Como tínhamos que acordar cedo, não prejudicou a gente.

Centrally located hotel near to many locations. Hotel rooms are not all same, some had desks, some had fridges and not all rooms have safes installed. I had to changed a few times to get the appropriate room features. Dated but clean. Felt safe. Lots of options on breakfast buffet table.

In room 712 , internet didn’t connect completely, room temperature hot, sun hit the window all day, toilet broke and didn’t flush properly, seat broken, lamp broken. They offered me another room the same day but didn’t follow up with me, but bed didn’t work for us. I didn’t change the hotel because I had 2 more reservations with 4 more friends and mi husband . Their room was ok no problem.

Ir is a great location and the staff is great. However, the hotel doesn’t look like the pictures. The closet, I was unable to use as it was dirty and old with a weird smell. Rooms are noisy, you can hear everything from the hall and other rooms. Has a lot of potential so hope it get remodeled

We arrived early before the usual check in time due to our flight. However, the hotel staff was very accommodating. They had a room ready for us and let us check in earlier, which we really appreciate. After long flights and transferring, we were exhausted and we are very thankful that we were allowed in when we arrived.

Martin from Reception is so helpful and friendly. He helped us with our tango dinner reservation. He also had a refrigerator brought in to our room so we can have our drinks cool during the hot summer day. He made our stay in Buenos Aires comfortable.

Amazing value for central Buenos Aires. The room seemed recently refurbished with a fully accessible bathroom. Full breakfast was included. The location felt very safe, just a block off 9 Julio, and was an easy walk to the Puerto Madero area.

This is an older building poorly maintained, most doors bottoms are crumbling do to age, moisture and lack of paint. We had dinner there and the dish my wife ordered was reheated, and in general everything was lacking. Never again.

El hotel cumple con sus funciones es únicamente para llegar y dormir. El servicio de desayuno los meseros son muy atentos sin embargo los alimentos se encuentran mucho tiempo sin refrigeración y con el calor en argentina es muy fácil que se descompongan, me toco en dos ocasiones que la fruta estaba ya fermentada y preferí no probar la leche o el huevo que se veía mal. Servicio de bar agradable y la comida muy rica Servicio de housekeeping muy bueno por parte de Silvia! La recepcion un fiasco!!! Reserve un taxi para ir al aeropuerto y este nunca fue reservado o pedido con anticipación hasta el momento que fui a preguntar, lo reservé y pedí con la misma persona y termine saliendo a la avenida cargando mis maletas a buscar un taxi causándome demoras y casi perdiendo mi vuelo !!! El hotel necesita mucho mantenimiento es un hotel viejo y con cierto encanto pero definitivamente necesita más que pintura.
