We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour, and had to stay one extra night on our own. The hotel itself was good, however they charge you for absolutely everything. They place bottled water in the room but they charge you. As a tourist, drinking the tap water isn't the greatest. It is potable but full of chlorine, and the staff didn't advise drinking it. There is a kettle in the room, and if there is any coffee/tea available in the room, they charge you for it. The breakfast buffet was average, not bad at all, but not great. If you want a "specialty" coffee they will charge you, but it's not a barista coffee, just a coffee made by a machine. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch, but not dinner. However the bar does have a dinner menu. There are no english speaking channels on TV. While TV isn't a priority on vacation, it is nice to get something. The bottles of body wash/shampoo, etc. are the smallest we've ever seen. We had our own so this was not a huge problem, but be prepared.

El hotel es muy bonito, la habitación amplia y con un diseño muy elegante. La ubicación del hotel es privilegiada, cerca de restaurantes y bares, en una de las zonas más chic de Buenos Aires y a solo 15 minutos caminando de todos los principales atractivos y zonas. El hotel solo tiene un restaurant para comer, en donde se desayuna y almuerza, y no abre de noche para cenar. Solo el bar del lobby abre todo el día hasta la noche. Me disgustó no haber recibido ningún beneficio ni cortesía por mi tipo de categoría de socio Expedia. Incluso solicité un late check out de solo y nada más de 2 horas extras, y me fue negado. Volvería a hospedarme por lo bonito de sus instalaciones, pero deberían mejorar en su calidad de atención al huésped y agregarle ese “pequeño extra” a los socios de expedia. A veces, dos botellas de agua, un mensajito de bienvenida y un chocolate hacen una gran diferencia.

O box não veda e com isso o banheiro fica inundado toda vez que tomamos banho. Apesar de avisar nada mudou. Como o piso é super liso é risco para quedas. No café da manhã se vc quiser um expresso tem que pagar. Isso p o hotel com o nível q deveria ter não cabe. É um hotel 4 estrelas na verdade Ah e nos amenities não tem loção corporal.

The whole experience was top notch … from the check in to the check out ! The staff was friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Security was evident in the lobby (professional) … the room was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and good. Location was very good for us … restaurants in the area (with security) … easy walk to the sights of interest. Would stay here again.

I was staying at the first floor, and above my room the Hotel was making modifications in the second floor, which suppose to be only between 2 - 5 P.M. But they started working in the early morning. Also the shower was not properly sealed, and sprinkling water all around. The services, nevertheless is excellent and the personnel very friendly.

Check in a was unavailable until after 3pm as at least 20 rooms were reserved for late check out of a large Lufthansa crew. It appears the same thing happened the next day. Not the end of the word but if you get in early don’t expect a room to be available for you a little early. The staff was good, bag storage was a little chaotic but most staff were very helpful. The bed was fantastic, very comfortable. Breakfast was decent, not great. A good location close to Recoleta and dining. 2 great coffee shops nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

O atendimento é péssimo. O funcionário que fez nosso checkout foi extremamente ríspido e quis cobrar novamente o valor da diária que já havíamos pagado pelo sistema. Quando dissemos que não iríamos pagar novamente ele foi ironico e disse que já tinha os dados do cartão que efetuamos o depósito caução. Péssima experiência de atendimento em um hotel decadente.
