The “City View” room I got had a view of highway and homeless encampments. Not what I was expecting. When I asked for different room they offered to upgrade and it ended up costing additional $50/day. The pool area gets limited direct sun. If you’re looking to lay in the sun, not happening at this hotel. Breakfast room service was $65. Overall, I found the hotel nice, but overpriced for Buenos Aires.

Absolutely stunning property with attentive and helpful staff. I personally loved all the filigree furnishings, pony statues, gorgeous roses and stunning pool. Rooms were spacious and beautiful as well. I hope to return and stay here again.

Desta vez, optei por um quarto com acesso ao Club Lounge, que agrega uma camada adicional de exclusividade à experiência. O lounge oferece amenidades diferenciadas. O quarto é amplo, bem distribuído e confortável, com padrão de excelência perceptível em cada detalhe. A área da piscina também merece menção especial. Extremamente agradável, bem cuidada e convidativa, ganha ainda mais relevância por ser climatizada — algo relativamente raro na cidade, sobretudo tratando-se de uma piscina externa. Hotel staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful. I really appreciated that they gave me a two hour late check out for free. Building itself though is unfortunately many years past when it would have needed a complete remodeling. Very worn out in many places which becomes evident as soon as you get into the elevator to go to your room. Surprising for a Four Seasons especially one that charges top dollar but I think it has more to do with the bad state of the Argentine economy.

Highly recommend staying here. The staff was absolutely amazing and catered to every single one of our needs. The facilities are beautiful and the pool was definitely great. You also have to try nuestro Secreto the food was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

I really love Four Seasons hotels. In Buenos Aires, Four Seasons is amazing, as always, but the making up room before sleeping. It was the only Four Seasons that they haven’t prepared the room before sleep, It’s a nice touch that I like it. We’ve expected 2 nights. Because nobody has showed up the previous nights, in the last one, we put the sign “not disturb” and suddenly someone put a message under the door saying that they won’t prepare the room to sleep because of the sign. For me, it haven’t seemed coincidence.

Inmejorable forma de visitar Buenos Aires! Excelente el trato del personal, cuidando todos los detalles siempre. Excelente la calidad de comida para la cena en Elena, el desayuno buffet sencillamente delicioso con mucha variedad. Instalaciones muy cuidadas en excelente ubicación. Cama y almohadas deliciosas. Viaje para celebrar nuestro aniversario de bodas y tuvieron muchos detalles con nosotros. Recomendados

A lot of noise in the room ( a very very problem ) all the phone rings in the side rooms …... the doors … people walking outside of the rooms , not normal . Some confusion between concierge… restaurant hostess for the reservation . My personal point of view is a concierges not with experience very limited . The property is fine but the four season manner is not present in the building . Thanks

Hotel staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful. I really appreciated that they gave me a two hour late check out for free. Building itself though is unfortunately many years past when it would have needed a complete remodeling. Very worn out in many places which becomes evident as soon as you get into the elevator to go to your room. Surprising for a Four Seasons especially one that charges top dollar but I think it has more to do with the bad state of the Argentine economy.

Woken up at 4 AM by music from another room. Music replaced by loud voices, doors opening and closing. By 5:30 AM, had to request another room. Front desk was difficult, tried to get me to pay for another room. Following my protests, moved down hall after 5:30 AM. Later had to request full move to another room. A lot of noise in the room ( a very very problem ) all the phone rings in the side rooms …... the doors … people walking outside of the rooms , not normal . Some confusion between concierge… restaurant hostess for the reservation . My personal point of view is a concierges not with experience very limited . Highly recommend staying here. The staff was absolutely amazing and catered to every single one of our needs. The facilities are beautiful and the pool was definitely great. You also have to try nuestro Secreto the food was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Un robo a mano armada. El precio de la habitación pactada en el checkin me lo duplicaron a la hora de hacer el checkout. The “City View” room I got had a view of highway and homeless encampments. Not what I was expecting. When I asked for different room they offered to upgrade and it ended up costing additional $50/day. The pool area gets limited direct sun. If you’re looking to lay in the sun, not happening at this hotel. Breakfast room service was $65. Overall, I found the hotel nice, but overpriced for Buenos Aires.

Amazing FS property. They care about giving you the best experience possible. Their in house bakery Alfajors were amazing, especially the chocolate ones, these are not on the menu but if you ask the concierge they will get you some for you. Elena’s Charcuterie was the best I’ve ever had!

Overall my stay was pleasant, a couple of points the E lounge food offering should be better/ upgraded and offer some sort of hot breakfast for those that want to stay with in the lounge area. The room attendants where excellent paying attention to the smallest details taking the time to place personal belongings on side table ect. Generally very pleasant and professional staff though out the hotel.I will be staying at this hotel again
