Very nice hotel especially if you want to get a little further away from the busy city. It’s around a 20 minute walk to the center of Florida street or any shops you like need. There is a few nice restaurants right out the hotel that are less than 5 minutes away. Highly recommend this location for any first time visitors to Argentina thanks to the English speaking staff and easy roads leading to the hotel. Parking is available downstairs operated by a third party company that works with the Hilton. Parking passes are given out at the front desk when you need to drive your car out. The pool is smaller but worked well for myself and 2 kids. Overall great hotel to stay if your ok walking to where you need to go.

We had a great stay here enroute to leaving for a cruise at the nearby port. Everyone working here was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food selections at Croutons an El Faro were wonderful. Would definitely recommend. Also arranged transportation for us from the airport to hotel (additional fee) as well as assisted us with getting transportation from the hotel to the cruiseport. Wonderful pool and gym also.

Although The Hotel facility is a very good one, it lacks some things for a 5 Star hotel branch. I stayed with my wife for one full week and I can say that. 1) The coffee (from the coffe jars) that was served on the tables tasted old, or and sometimes sour......maybe the cleaning of the coffee jars or the coffe emachines wasn´t very well 2) The swimming pool was deactivated, due to some problems (That is ok) 3) On the last day of our stay both the coffee machines were OUT OF SERVICE......and yet we couldn´t drink the coffee they served on the tables 4)The hotel rooms (for a 5 Star) lacked some basic amenities, like hotel flip flops (sneakers), sauna and pool clothes, towels, and free BOTTLES OF WATER 5) Every 5 Star European Hotel cheers their clients with some perks, like free bottles of water in the rooms and on the breakfast place, sometimes wine, some chocolate bars and, .VERY IMPORTANT...amenities in the mini bar fridge. .. (it was empty) In resume.....The Hotel is a very nice Place to stay, but the services offered (amenities) are very poor for a 5 Star.

A nice property, well located. But the cleaning staff needs to do a better job. The bathtub was not clean and when I asked the front desk they sent a cleaning lady who was clearly sick and coughing as she “cleaned” the bathroom, which goes exactly against the type of hygiene we were aiming for.

El trato en recepcion no es de un hotel Hilton quizas de un Motel. El trato a la entrada del desayuno pesimo tambien. Pedi room service a la habitacion dejando la comida fuera de la puerta en la mañana y en la tarde seguia fuera de la puerta, osea poco higienico. La parte ejecutiva con poca variedad, servicio pesimo para esa calidad de hotel. Asi mismo te bloquean la targeta de garantia y llevo esperando 14 dias y sigue bloqueado el importe, sin comentarios. Definitivamente la calidad del hotel no va ni con Hilton ni con el trato al cliente.

Overall good hotel, but somewhat dated in places (particularly in the rooms). I don’t like the fact that 90% of the rooms overlook a relatively busy atrium/bar area, that you can hear inside your room. Also, the soundproofing to the outside is fairly poor. I

Everything OK but the rooms can be noisy. Even with the extra sliding door closed in the room, the sounds from the lobby can be quite intense with a lot of people that echo all the way into the room. Hence 4 stars instead of 5.

Our stay was excellent. We arrived well before nòrmal checkin time. The front desk arranged to hold our luggage AND set us up for early access to to aroom. We enjoyed only a short wait for a room and were able to have coffee in your beautiful lobby bar area while we waited.

Hilton Puerto Madero es una joya. Tiene una ubicación 10/10 y el staff es muy amable. En ocasiones siento que la cadena Hilton ya no es tan confiable, (me he quedado en propiedades de ellos en donde todo está muy descuidado) pero no es el caso con esta propiedad. En mi opinión sentí que estaba en un JW Marriott o un InterContinental. 5 estrellas en mi opinión y sin duda regreso a esta propiedad si la vida me trae de vuelta a Buenos Aires.

upon arrival at the airport we were sick, called the hotel for a doctor and 30 minutes after checking in the doctor was at a our room, thank to the attention and the medicines we were able to travel back home the next night. outstanding service from alll the staff. thank you

Excelente depois que conseguimos acessar o apartamento. Chegamos as 13:45, mas o atendente da recepção não disponibilizou o apartamento alegando que o checkin inicia às 15:00. Estamos familiarizados com estas regras e não estranhamos desde de que o hotel esteja lotado, o que não era o caso. Tanto é que retornamos as 14:45 e o recepcionista nos forneceu a mesma situação, sendo que uma tripulação de uma operadora aérea chegou no mesmo momento e cessou os seus apartamentos sem espera. Tenho certa experiência com hotéis deste padrão e foi a primeira vez que não observei nenhum esforço do staff do hotel para acomodar adequadamente os futuros hóspedes, sem observam ou mesmo se sensibilizar com a situação da minha família com dois filhos menores, depois de 7 horas de viagem, não houve perspectiva de liberação do quarto antes do prazo protocolar da reserva, ou seja , 15:00 horas.

Fantastic hotel, with a welcoming staff, big rooms, comfy beds and a great shower. Breakfast was phenomenal with many options to choose from. We didn’t use the pool (too cold) but it looks promising. It’s based in the newer part of town, so many fancy restaurants around

O Café da manhã deixou a desejar, o preço era alto perto do que oferecia, tanto é que optei por tomar café em outros lugares outros hotéis, porque achei péssimo. Além disso, o hotel não possui serviço de concierge, os funcionários não conseguem nem ao mesmo auxiliar pedindo um táxi, ou dando uma informação. Achei péssimo o atendimento.

My stay at the Hilton Buenos Aires was excellent from start to finish. The spacious room, comfortable bed, and a bathroom with great water pressure made for a relaxing experience.
