The reception stuff on the first day was terrible. Antonella was not very helping at all. Only after we told her we'd cancel our reservation and move to another hotel did she make something happen for us. The room itself was fine, with a great view; the cleaning was not that great. We had to beg for toilet paper a few times during out 10 days stay. No parking on site, had to walk about 7 blocks to get to and back from our rental car. First time that I find a hotel with no "make up mirror" and no tissue paper provided for its guests. Not "the worst" hotel, but not up to the prices they charge. It could be so much better!

We loved the location and the staff were very helpful. It’s unfortunate the maintenance has not been great. Toilet seats are broken (in the two rooms we stayed) and tubs have been repainted with epoxy , which is starting to peel off.

The parking situation is not very good. They say that you can park on the street but that is only available after hours and you have to move your car before business hours start. Ended up costing me over $25 a day for parking in a designated parking area.

staff was fantastic - polite, professional, and very friendly. I went to drop my bags but my room was ready so they allowed early check-in. They cheerfully helped me book cabs when my phone was acting up. Great location, breakfast, front bar/ seating area. The hotel is somewhat dated as others have said, but was spotlessly clean. Excellent value

The location was fine. The bed was extremely hard. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and tub as if it had not been cleaned at all. There was a tag to put on door to be eco-friendly and not have room cleaned, whereby you would receive a complimentary drink at the bar...haha, this is a joke and embarrassment for the hotel as the "drink" was one small bottle of water for 2 adults to share... worse was the front desk staff arguing about the policy and making you feel like you were somehow begging for a single bottle of water which would cost 10 cents across the street! We literally went 4 days without having our room cleaned - mainly because the staff was so horrible and failed anyway at the beginning to do a good job of cleaning. I don't mind cleaning myself when I see such an unprofessional job because why would I complain to have them come and do nothing as was the case at check-in. The rudeness of the front desk staff (Luciana in particular) makes this hotel not a future option. (only the doorman was worthy). For airline staff who travel frequently and recommend based on experience, NH hotels really failed here. I would never recommend this to family or the 100k plus employees of my company. What a shame, a little customer service training could go a long way. Rudeness is never accepted.

We had a very spacious and lovely corner room with an amazing view of the obelisk from our windows. Absolutely gorgeous room, with just a little nuisance (button to flush the toilet wasn’t always functioning). Breakfast was very good, continental and hot and cold dishes, good coffee, cakes, patisserie. All very good! All in all I would suggest this room to anyone who wants a comfortable abode while visiting the city. We loved it!

Servia apenas como um armarinho. - não tem ar condicionado. Apenas calefação central. Se você estiver com calor, vai passar calor. - Chuveiro fraco e baixo. Tem que se abaixar para tomar banho. O box é apenas uma folha de vidro. - O chuveiro fica dentro de uma banheira. Perigosíssimo para idosos e pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção. Muito fácil de se desequilibrar e cair. - o botão da descarga da caixa acoplada travava ou saltava longe. - os dispensers de shampoo, sabonete, etc eram muito ruins. A impressão que se dá é que falta manutenção no quarto. Não se esqueça de levar o adaptador e tomada!

The room was a superior room and it was really big with a great view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But they only gave us one bottle of free drinking water and we were two in the room. We called and asked for an extra bottle and they wanted to charge it. I think water must be free at least one bottle per person per day.

L'hotel rst très bien situé au centr ville ,mais ilm aurait besoin vraiùent d'être rafraichi .A l'accueil une hôtesse franchement désagréable nous a accueillis sans aucun sourire visiblement mécontente que nous soyons là : nous la dérangions !Au moment du départ elle a même prétendu qu'il était impossible qu'un taxi vienne nous chercher devant l'hôtel . Nous avons donc pris un UBERjuste devant la porte de l'établissement !!!!

The location was fine. The bed was extremely hard. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and tub as if it had not been cleaned at all. My reservation was for a superior room and I was extremely satisfied with how spacious and conf tables it was. View from room was excellent. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help with dinning or shows recommendations. The only thing we did not like was the breakfast options since it was minimal.
