The good: Good beds, good shower, excellent swimming pool, spa onsite, gym, very good Italian restaurant. Good receiving and room staff. Great service at the pool. Really close to GEM and Giza Pyramids. The bad: Pillows are tall and hard, impossible to use, will remind you of Giza pyramids’ blocks. Taxi service provided by the hotel wanted 80 USD to take us to the airport. We had paid 12 USD by uber from the airport to the hotel. Even at peak rush hour we paid 24 USD. To ask for 80 USD felt like calling us idiots.

Had very good memory of this hotel. Grand. Resort style. Hugh, beautiful pool and surroundings. Very green! Really good staff. Hazem Mohammed made our stay special. Great person, befitting his position as chief concierge. We travelled independently so he made sure we got what we needed for going out around town. Other staff members provided necessary attention too. And Naser our room attendant went above and beyond to make it comfortable to stay there. Eating had to be in if not out in a taxi. One main buffet room, a cafe, an Italian and a Japanese. Buffet is quite good. Plus, a really good liquor bar that we frequented every evening that made our very good drinks. Wifi is not reliable at all. Smoking is allowed, and seems everywhere. Bed is comfy and shower hot and strong. We were happy!
