Es un hotel muy cercano al centro con suficiente estacionamiento , el trato es muy amable , los desayunos excelentes y su piscina es muy agradable , se tiene una estancia tranquila y cómoda.

We had clean rooms but the pool was having some kind of mold at the surface of the water and the wall, did not feel clean at all.

This hotel's location for me as I have stayed in downtown Cancun a few times now was by far the quietest as its location is on a street a few blocks east of the main thorough fare of what is Tulum . The ADO bus station is a short walk as is many Oxxo stores and a nice and big clean groceries store Soriana. Many restaurants seem to have opened on Nader street which said hotel is located all within walking distance and if you like walking adventuring about you will like the location of the hotel! Hotels been around a bit but staff do good job of cleaning her up. The breakfast was great felt like a mini all inclusive breakfast restaurant at a resort kudos to who ever is in charge because everyone was great especially the table crew I traveled with my cousin and since breakfast was included wedropped couple of bucks each for service and never had to serve ourselves anything since we were made guys the whole week...2 servers worked the pool bar after breakfast and another bonus for us as they were fun and helpful and they made us feel welcomed!! Pool area loungers need upgrading there are 24 and half need help..pool area is very nice for you sun worshippers sun is available from about 9 to 5:30 ish beforethe courtyard is sunless. There is a free shuttle to Mandela beach club which is in the middle of hotel zone you need to sign up at security as it fills fast and get coupon for beach club as you get in at half price and beach club was very nice especially the loungers and restro

Good for this area of Cancun. Very delicious and variety of breakfast buffet items. Room was clean and shower had great water pressure and hot water. Room comes with 2 bottles of water. TV has lots of channels, all in Spanish. Pool and outside bar are good. Downsides are the exterior of the hotel could use some minor upkeep-and the pool tiles in some areas are falling off/need cleaning. For Mexican standards this is very good, and I would stay again next time I’m in Cancun.

Reception and pool areas are nice. The rooms are comfortable but need a bit of attention and show signs of aging. They are also not sound proof. We could hear someone snoring in the next room at night for example. Free buffet breakfast is a big bonus and is quite good. Overall, it’s a pretty good hotel without being exceptional. We have stayed here multiple times now mainly because of the price during the low season

This hotel was very nice and budget friendly. I stayed for 10 days and had no real issues. My original room had no view or balcony, but they moved me to a better room with a pool view on request. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had good variety. The pool was very clean and nice. Staff was friendly. The location was great for walking around and doing some shopping or eating at various restaurants. The gift shop inside was closed the entire time...not sure why. I would recommend this hotel if you are a solo traveller.

The property was clean , always seen staff cleaning . Front desk was always a help and great to work with . The breakfast was always good every morning, the restaurant was really good too. Loved the pasta . Drinks were great , pool was nice , gym was useful . Only dislikes was the bed was a little hard after a few days. The ac was color enough to keep you not hot but not cool enough to keep you cool if that makes sense . It overall was a nice stay. Won’t stay again due to the ac not being cold enough . But great property on a budget Stayed 5 nights

Nice food options for dinner. Luis very attentive. Relaxing pool environment. Clean and friendly hotel. Convenient location. TV options limited. Overall, I will return.

Hotel en Cancún con una buena piscina. y un buen desayuno tipo buffet. No obstante hay bastantes aspectos a mejorar ya que en la habitación la maquina de aire acondicionado era bastante ruidosa y perdía agua al suelo del pasillo por lo que tuvimos que colocar toallas en el suelo para no caernos por la noche. La piscina aunque está muy bien y tiene un horario muy amplio, tiene mucho cloro lo cual hizo que no picase la piel toda la noche.

La habitación muy limpia y el personal muy amable

Hotel muy bien cuidado, buena atención por parte de su personal; lugar tipo colonial... alberca muy linda. El desayuno completo y bueno. Tuve un incidente de limpieza en el baño, pero tuvieron la amabilidad de atender mi queja rápidamente y de buena manera. Sin duda, regresaría.

Pool area was nice. Pool could use some work. Hotel is not working to potential. Gift shop never open & retaurant only served breakfast. They have menu by pool you can order off of & eat in pool area. Bring bug spray unless you want to get eaten. Food is average. Drinks were great along with staff. I came here with sister & received one wash cloth first day then nothing. Beds are like sleeping on the floor. Shuttle pretty useless. For the cost per night i would have been extremely mad if i paid more

Wonderful experience. Friendly and helpful staff, great amenities, excellent breakfast, clean pool. The only thing we didn't love was the music from the pool blasting into our room all day and evening. Perhaps if you want quiet you can request a room that doesn't face the pool

Standard room was very basic but all worked and clean. Staff quickly responded to requests. Great pool area. Walkable distance to centre. Excellent breakfast. No telephone in the room.

we stayed here for 2 nights, nice breakfast buffe and pool area. Charming hotel in good central location, nothing fancy, simple but nice and clean. Beds a bit too hard for my taste.

Grandes chambres, piscine agréable. Par contre mauvaise isolation phonique. Les voitures roulent dans la chambre.... Bon buffet de petit déjeuner.

The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, the room didn’t have a phone to call the front desk, so for each issue or question you’d have to walk down to the reception, very inconvenient. The room had no refrigerator, therefore, if you bought water or something needing refrigeration, you were out of luck. We had to ask for towels, appears the maid service forgot some of them, but they brought them quickly when asked, so again the staff was great at helping with a nice smile and were happy to help. The bar service was nice, the restaurant we tried to have breakfast, although a good selection, we wanted something more local, so decided to go out, the hotel was very close to many rests and cafés, and very good ones. Overall the hotel is great for what you’ve paying but width they had refrigerators in the rooms.

The Buffet Breakfast and food at the pool bar was very good. Staff was friendly except the front desk. When I asked to use the phone (there are no phones in the rooms) to call a 1-800 number to our airline. I was told their phones can not call 800 numbers. No help was offered.

I asked to speak to the manager due to a misunderstanding that could have been resolved if the receptionist had given me clear information. I asked to be provided with the hotel rules (which they did not) and they told me that the manager was not in town. He magically appeared about an hour later, so apparently he was not out of town. (first lie). When the manager arrived he was rude, I thought we were having an adult conversation but he started raising his voice and being condescending. This is my third time staying at this hotel, I will definitely never do it again.

The check in process was smooth, for the most part. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The pizza at the pool bar can be improved. The roast beef sandwich was great tasting. On a personal level, I would have appreciated the breakfast restaurant staff, showing a bit more kindness and consideration to my elderly mother-in-law. She wanted to take a few pastries up to her room but was denied, with the explanation that it was only for the buffet. We had just left another hotel where she was able to take pastries from the restaurant. Apart from that, the hotel was ideal, within walking distance to the Ado bus terminal.

The greatest hotel to estay in Cancun. Extremely clean and all the staff y very helpful and courteous. Shout out for the bellman Mauro, hes recomendations to places to visit and restaurants around the area. Thank for the hospitality. Definitely will be back.

Hôtel vraiment sympa et bien situé dans le centre ville de Cancun. Superbe piscine, petit déjeuner très copieux et personnel aimable. Les chambres mériteraient un rafraîchissement mais elles sont très confortables et propres.

Breakfest was good, centrum is close; there were lots of good places to eat. Beaches are far away, so if you are looking for hotel close to the beach, this is not for you. Lots of humidity in the room, so there was a little bit bad smell. Pool was nice and staff were very friendly.

Oui tout était correcte très bon hôtel Sauf l'emplacement que j'ai passé trop aimé.

Hotellet er stort og godt, men gammelt og slidt. Der er en god Pool, restaurant osv. Servicen var rigtig god og der var rent på værelset. Placeringen er ikke så god, men hvis du har en bil, er det ikke noget problem. Der er gratis parkering på stedet.

Como familia nos agrada la sensación de comodidad en la habitación. El primer día de desayuno en el área de preparación de alimentos al momento es algo decepcionante ver su menú en grande visible para todo comensal con más de 6 opciones y al momento de pedir solo te pueden ofrecer solo 2 y de mala cara. En el segundo día en la misma área a mi esposo le prepararon su omelet con un buen trozo de metal!!! Afortunadamente no lo masticó con fuerza o peor aún no lo tragó pero es increíble encontrar algo así en tu comida. No era cáscara de huevo. Incluso le dimos la pieza de metal al mesero. Y antes de realizar la salida, al utilizar el elevador justo al dar el primer para salir del elevador estaban realizando limpieza del piso y resbalé cayendo de mi lado derecho lastimado mi rodilla y mano. No había letrero de piso mojado frente al elevador y las dos chicas empleadas presentes no me ayudaron a levantarme más que mi esposo. Solo una me preguntó que si estaba bien. En la habitación solo faltó que resurtieran café para el día siguiente. El incidente del restaurante y en el elevador lo reporte a mi salida a la recepcionista y no estaba enterada de estos incidentes por lo que los empleados no dan seguimiento a ningún tipo de situación. En fin, nos gusta el hotel pero en situaciones críticas no hay seguimiento de parte del hotel y sus empleados

The hotel is clean, comfortable and friendly. Conveniently located a few minutes from the beach, with very good free breakfast.Their restaurant food is not good. We received more service and originality from street vendors. The hotel's nachos reminder me of Cheez Whiz. Other menu items were equally poor.

El desayuno está incluído y es desde las 7am, pero todos los tours te recogen antes de esa hora… 6:30 am aproximadamente. No da tiempo de desayunar. Por lo demás, todo bien.

Outstanding buffet breakfast in restaurant which is otherwise closed. Lunch and dinner can be ordered from the poolside bar but a limited menu. Bar has only three beers, all in cans. Room: no fridge, poor lighting, comfy bed, no manual for TV. Good little gym.
