This is my go to place in Cancun. Nice rooms, pool and gardens. It' right by the bus station downtown but it is very quiet. It now has a waterpark for the kiddies which is new since I was last here as ell as the regular pool.

No elevator. Room wihout windows or external view. Very old building. Only 2 towels in bathroom for a 3 people reservation (no hand towel, no feet towel). Useless pillows. But I liked the private parking area and the pool and hot water in the shower. Nice air conditioning. I guess you get what you pay.

Stayed here few time because of proximity to ADO terminal. Only 3 stars this time because room was on 3rd floor and no elevator. 3rd. floor room smaller and not as nice as others. Difficult with luggage for old guy and girl. Some staff speak only Mexican no English. A bit disappointed this time. Will probably not stay again.

An oasis in an ugly part of town. Service slow at the restaurant and can use an elevator for us over 60 folks with canes. Pools could be a little cleaner but not bad and the Pina coladas are excellent.

Nettes Personal, wenn auch sehr langsam. Frühstück sollte ab 7 Uhr sein, Rezeption schickt mich auch zum Frühstück, aber es war noch keiner da. Erst um 7:30 Uhr kam der Koch und fing an seine Küche vorzubereiten. Keine Ablaufbecken am Pool, frisch Wasser nur durch nen Gartenschlauch. Krine

La ubicación es muy buena y las instalaciones son antiguas, pero buenas. El área del jardín es Hermoso y la alberca muy bien. Se siente muy seguro y sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí.

We walked into our room and it smelled - musty and the pillow cases were too small for king size pillows. The bed linen worn. There was a used towel on the floor near the door. It looked like a room that should be rented by the hour ! We left and returned to front desk and checked out - took a cab to other hotel. We should’ve known when the front desk clerk hands you the remote control, and the air conditioning control when you pay. We never received any funds back because we had entered the room even though we did not stay more than 10 minutes.

Smutsigt, stank mögel i vårt rum som på hela våningsplanet. Personalen lät oss titta i flera rum men det var ingen skillnad. Det som gör att hotellet finns kvar är dess suveräna läge 25m från ADO buss i Cancun centrum. Kan jag rekommendera det? Endast om du accepterar dess olägenheter för fördelen med närhet till en knutpunkt för kommunikation. Annars, välj något annat!

Please don’t stay in this hotel, cockroaches all over that place. I pay for two nights and we have to leave the hotel and I don’t get any money back Blankets and towels was disgusting, old with holes and stains. Smell bad.

Zimmer im EG. Tropfende Klimaanlage und sehr feuchtes Zimmer. Unsere Klamotten waren nach einer Nacht sehr klamm. Auf dem Bett waren Haare und Flecken. Dieses Zimmer würde ich nicht nochmal nutzen. Die Nähe zum ADO Busbahnhof ist sehr gut.

This property is a good choice if you are using the ADO bus station and are not concerned with having a nice room. Our room was called executive, but it is in poor repair. The bathroom door is broken, one light flickered and there is a noticeable gap in the door frame. We had to ask to have the room sprayed for mosquitoes, there were so many.

Pour raison personnelle j’ai dû faire un court séjour dans cet hôtel que je connaissais depuis de très nombreuses années auparavant… en fait rien n’a changé en 35 ans. Le confort des chambres laisse à désirer. Surtout la mienne la 102 était très mal isolée. Trop de bruit de mouvement la nuit. Heureusement la propreté était bien là ! Hormis quelques moustiques. La piscine et le jardin sont bien entretenus.

Location is great, ADO bus station right across, R1 bus to Hotel zone around the corner, convenience stores within the block. But room is shabby, towels may be clean but are dirty white in color already, sheets have tear, bathroom door doesn’t close properly, wall designs need a new look. Posted photos are enhanced to look nicer but the real thing needs a lot of improvement.

Did not like the hotel rooms at all. Nowhere near as nice as depicted in the website photos. I paid extra for an executive level room but they are all on the ground floor and the all haveu horrible plumbing. The rooms are small. We changed rooms because the first one didn't even have a window. Horrible. There's nothing we liked about this place other than the beds were very comfortable. Huge disappointment.

You can hear music all night long since it’s very close to what seems to be a stadium. We stayed during the weekdays. The staff does not listen to you and will talk over you. Have no empathy. We had a few walk into our suite with out prior notice and just say oops. We did not request any house keeping nor were we told they would be entering at anytime during our stay. The property will not take any responsibility for reservations made outside rather than directly done with them or so they said. Dream vacation turned into a very annoyed and stressful time. The entrance is very difficult to find if walking unless you’ve been there and know where to go.

5 estrellas a la ubicación, en la recepción el personal pésimo de 3 señoritas una fue amable. Limpieza buena pero puede mejorar. Las instalaciones son viejas y el hotel está lleno de humedad. Todo está mojado siempre. Alberca u alrededores excelente.

We waited over an hour for them to find our reservation, our room smelled humid and the beds felt wet. I asked to be moved and at first they only wanted to change the sheets, finally moved to the room next door which was a little better. The restaurant had a lot of selection but a bad service, we waited close to an hour for 3 plates and about 40 min for our guacamole appetizer; there were about another 3 tables besides us. The location is great and the property has a lot of potential but it appears to be unkept.

El check -in tardó más de una hora, solo había una empleada en recepción y tenía que atender a un grupo grande de personas, además que señaló que reservar con proveedores externos tardaba más de dos horas en hacerse válido. Habitación con mucha antigüedad y en la madrugada mucho ruido en el pasillo.

I stayed overnight at this property before an international flight. Conveniently located across the road from Cancun ADO bus terminal, this was a huge bonus, with the large luggage I had to transport. Also located close to a supermarket and dining options. Check-in was seamless, room was basic, however clean, safe and quiet with comfortable bedding. The staff I interacted with all appeared unhappy and uninterested in their role, which was the first time I had encountered this throughout my month in Mexico.

Check in ok, but nobody showed me my room, the receptionist didn't seem to care at how I would find the room. Finally a Spanish speaking guest got help.

If you need to go on the ADO bus you can’t beat the location - place is ok nothing to complain about, it is great for a one night stay

Plaza Caribe is across the street from the ADO bus depot. Get off the bus, walk across the street and check in. It's quiet, no traffic noise. Good Mexican food in the restaurant. Rooms are super clean. Nice central garden with peacocks that wander in the palapa restaurant, where the floor needed sweeping and the mosquitoes were hungry, too.

Close to bus station. Exotic landscaped and birds like a real tropical location but in Cancun centro. The pool only added to this relaxing space.

Hotel dirty and old, staff at the restaurant was rude and used foul language amongst them (cook and waitress). Coffee was cold and when we asked fir better service, the response from the cook was that I was very demanding.

The room was clean and bed nice and comfy. Restaurant was good , just very simple food. The place was a convenient night stay next to the Central Ado bus station. The hotel is old and worn a bit but super quiet

De los cuatro días solo nos dejaron bolsa de café el primer día y los demás no dejaron para preparar el café en la cafetera del cuarto Y en el desayuno solo nos dan un refil de café, y si quiero otra taza me la cobran eso me parece muy mal porque las tazas son muy chicas, y repito en el cuarto no dejan bolsa de café diario

The hotel suited our needs, we flew from Canada and needed a hotel for one night, then went by bus to Merida the next day. The hotel is very convenient for people like us. Our hotel room was clean, but needs to be updated. Everything worked, AC, tv, and our breakfast was very good, very tasty. Eggs, bacon, hasbrowns, toast, orange juice coffee.

An oasis in an ugly part of town. Service slow at the restaurant and can use an elevator for us over 60 folks with canes. Pools could be a little cleaner but not bad and the Pina coladas are excellent.

The staff were the best part, very accommodating to the changes we made due to delayed airline flights. The location is perfect for bus travellers, close to restaurants and stores. The rooms seem very dated, amenities were lacking. (No towels or coffee in one room, only one coffee cup in the 2nd, had to ask for a third towel, even though we were charged extra for a 3rd person. It feels like we get the substandard rooms when booking through a 3rd party.

Clean, and comfortable. Beautiful gardens. Perfect for a one night stay at each end of my month away. Would be good if you were exploring crnyral Cancun for a few days. Right across from the ADO bus station. I paid the very small upgrade fee to the 'executive floor' with a pool view. The rooms were on the second, and main floors. The ground floor room had super comfortable beds! Everything was clean. Would have been nice to have a hairdryer in the room. The design of, and the awkward ways the shower doors opened, cracked me up. That said, excellent water pressure. Loved the peacocks roaming the grounds, and the beautifuls lush flowers and greenery.
