habitué a fréquenter cet hôtel depuis deux ans, beaucoup de soins apportés en deux ans pour en refaire un très bel hôtel ,très bien tenu, de grandes chambres confortables, même les plus modestes de l hôtel sont de niveau luxueux, il reste a changer les baignoires, le petit dejeuner est très varies, de l’omelette faite a la demande, des fruits, gâteaux etc… si vous partez tres tot pour l'aéroport par exemple, même a 5 heure du matin dans le lobby vous pouvez vous restaurer avec une mise en place pour les levés tôt , viennoiseries a volonté, café et thes situé boulevard d Anfa, situé en plein centre ville vraiment un des meilleurs hôtel de la ville

Très bel hôtel, la chambre est grande et propre. Les : un concierge réactif et disponible ( merci Soufien ), room service parfait, café Illy en bas de l’hôtel où les capuccinos sont délicieux. Les - : sauna hors service, hamman accessible sur rdv et individuel, salle de sport vétuste. Pour le prix on attend un peu mieux mais l’hôtel est très correct.

To be clear this property is not 5*. It’s an average 3 at most. I’d say it’s ok for a business trip, but actually you can do a lot better for less in Morocco if all you want is a clean room to stay in. The staff were friendly, but the hotel can’t get many of the basics right. The air conditioning was ineffective. In late October, we opened a window instead. The decor of the room was run down and the door to the bathroom would not shut. Despite signs in the elevator and elsewhere advertising that the pool bar and restaurants are open to midnight or beyond everything was closed when we arrived at 22:00. We were told room service could provide drinks, but after 30 minutes they came to tell us that they could only provide coke normal. No beer, no Coke Zero. The pool area was consistently locked. In 4 days we only got it open once. The pool bar was never open with the seat cushions piled on it. Despite this the staff would tell us it is open. On the plus side, the local area has some good restaurants and bars. Generally the hotel has friendly staff but everything else has been neglected.

The hotel itself was very bad maintained. The shower was broken and it was just old and bad. I went to the reception the first night to show them photos of what it looked like and they instantly upgraded my room to a junior suit. The junior suit was more fresh and maintained but the AC wasnt working and I couldn’t bother to go to the reception to complain again because I was super busy the whole trip.

During my first trip to Casablanca, I lost my cellphone on the other side of town after buying flowers for my wife. Do not wear sweatpants with a cellphone located in the pocket facing the taxi door exit because I am sure this how I dropped it. Despite efforts to locate the phone, it was gone. My wife, who is Moroccan, called the phone and spoke to someone who was uncooperative and threatening to sell it. With the help of a hotel worker named Soufian, we managed to track down the phone's location. Soufian arranged for transportation, constantly spoke with the person to coordinate where she was located to help we retrieve my phone successfully. Imagine coming to Morocco and the first day your phone is missing before settling in to experience the location. I must say that I am very grateful. This experience highlighted the kindness of strangers and the importance of assistance in challenging situations but importantly the integrity, leadership, patience, and level of care/concern from the workers that are in this hotel helped me solve my situation. This will be the only place I will stay when in Casablanca. Highly recommend. Also I left out jewelry one time which I never recommend but it was completely untouched during a room service visit when we left town for a day. Appreciate the service . I do not think in the U.S. some of these services would have been giving to me.

Hotel is tired but staff very pleasant and helpful. Particular thanks to the team for finding a parcel we left in a taxi and helping to get it forwarded to us. That would not have happened in the UK!
