I was extremely disappointed in the hotel. It was listed as soundproof, it’s not you can hear every noise. The breakfast was in Expedia as 65dh and I was charged 72dh. I asked at the bar for a small water and the bartender wanted to charge me 150dh. I asked again the price and he said 150. I walked across the street and paid 8dh.

Fairly standard Ibis room. You know what you're getting. Clean, compact and comfortable. Everything worked as expected. Staff were efficient, bar was open, and can't fault the location right opposite the station.

It was great to have a place to stay so close to the train station. However, it's a very noisy location, and since the air conditioning didn't work, I had to keep my window open in order for the room to be cool enough to sleep in. If I hadn't had earplugs, it would have been very difficult to get any sleep. Also, the towels in my room were quite tattered, the worst I have ever seen in a hotel, anywhere in the world. I have been a hotel maid, and I would never have kept those towels in use.

Na frente da estação de trem Casa Voyageurs (para quem vai utilizar esse transporte, não poderia ser mais conveniente)… Cama e travesseiros confortáveis… Quarto e banheiro com bem pouca iluminação, faltava lâmpadas em alguns spots, tanto no quarto quanto no banheiro (que só tinha a luz do espelho)… Chuveiro bom, mas com algumas manchas de mofo/bolor no box do banheiro… recepção atenciosa e em inglês… Café da manhã bom.

Insgesamt war das Hotel in Ordnung, aber trotz unserer Buchungsbestätigung konnte uns die Rezeption zunächst nicht finden. Schließlich bekamen wir ein sauberes Zimmer, das jedoch stark nach Feuchtigkeit roch. Zunächst dachten wir, das liege vielleicht an der Luft, aber die Badezimmertür war eindeutig durch Feuchtigkeit beschädigt. In der ersten Nacht war alles in Ordnung, und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir wählen normalerweise Ibis, weil wir festgestellt haben, dass die Hotels der Accor-Gruppe immer tierfreundlich sind. Am letzten Tag wurden wir jedoch vom Frühstück ausgeschlossen, weil wir unseren Hund dabei hatten. Uns wurde vorgeschlagen, ihn zurückzulassen, aber es handelt sich um ein kleines Tier, das leicht Stress bekommt. Also wurde uns nur ein kleiner Platz in der Lobby zugewiesen. Später wurde uns klar, dass dies wahrscheinlich daran lag, dass der Hotelmanager anwesend war und offenbar keine Hunde akzeptierte. Er saß vor uns und gab dem Personal eindeutig Anweisungen zu uns. Wir verstehen, dass dies auch kulturelle Gründe haben kann, aber wir haben für unseren Aufenthalt bezahlt und auch eine Gebühr für den Hund entrichtet – zumal es sich um eine besonders freundliche und kleine Rasse handelt. Wenn kulturelle Gründe eine Rolle spielen, sollte dies im Voraus klar kommuniziert werden, damit man entscheiden kann, ob man dies akzeptiert und sich daran anpasst oder eine andere Wahl trifft. Es erschien uns unfair und seltsam, in der Lobby zu sitzen, während andere…

駅を出るとホテルが見え、平坦な広場を進むだけなので、大きな荷物があっても楽に到着できました。カサブランカの空港から1本で行けます。チェックインはスムーズで、スタッフは親切に対応してくれました。部屋は清潔でした。広いタイプの部屋がないのでスーツケース2つを広げるのは困難でしたがなんとかなります。今回は1泊だけだったので気になりませんでしたが、冷蔵庫はなかったです。朝食はそれなりに種類が豊富で、会場は広くて開放的でした。駅から近いのがなによりで、電車移動には最適なホテルです。

Perfect location. You come out of South Gate and walk 2 minutes to the hotel. I made a mistake by exiting through north gate of the terminal and paid taxi DH 40 for no reason. My room was bit small, but they do have options for bigger room, no fridge in my room, bigger rooms may have one, check with reception. There was also no locker in my room, but reception desk has one where I deposited my passport. There is tram T1 right across that takes you to old Medina and you have connections from there to other places. Tram T1 cost me DH 8 each way per person.

Quarto limpo, bom atendimento, ótimo café e localização em frente a estação de trem, muito bom para quem vai fazer deslocamentos para outras cidades. Cama dura. Ar muito fraco, não resfriava suficiente. Por ser proximo a estação de trem incomodava a noite para dormir o barulho dos trens saindo e chegando e seus apitos.

Room is small. As well as the bathroom. I had a hard time opening my suitcase without hitting the side of the bed. If you have several luggages, you can only leave them upright. The bathroom is the same as well. Really tiny. Breakfast could use more options. I will look elsewhere.

The room is great but the aircon was a joke. It makes all the right noises and the controls work but just like the rest of Morocco, the locals hate air conditioning so somehow the main system refuses to allow big blasts of air con in our individual rooms. We had 2 connecting rooms and both had mild or I would say minimum air release and hardly cold at all. As a traveller,it was painful but I know it is the same throughout Morocco. The towels were not fluffy white, no floor mat strangely. No basic bottles of water provided. Beds are super comfy! Rooms are clean. Location is perfect. I hope they work on the aircon and the small things like floor mat and bottled water. Just a few little things and it would be perfect!

We had a 2 night stay at this hotel. Front Desk staff Abdurrahman was extremely professional and helpful. very clean and convenient hotel located right in front of the Casa Voyageurs train station. The rooms are small, but all needs for a brief stay are met. excellent breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Very competitive pricing as far as hotels in Casablanca goes. The Ibis Casablanca Voyageurs has the same quality standards that you get from Ibis anywhere in the world, a very nice breakfast and it’s ideally located 1 minute walk away from Casablanca Voyageur Train Station that is perfect for taking the outstanding ONCF high speed trains to Morocco’s major cities. Good value for money and I would recommend this hotel for its strategic location.

It's not perfect, but it works out well when going on two railroad trips from Casa Voyageus. We would definitely stay again. We thought the breakfast was a great start. The.staff was nice (somewhat concerned that the tax quoted on Hotels.com is a bit lower rhan their published rate, making additional payment necessary). Staff friendly and fantastic location.
