The couple managing the motel were excellent,accommodating our late check in and letting us do laundry for free, only drawback is the noisy street but ask for a room towards the back of the motel

Good budget option for a 2 night pit stop on our roadtrip. Bathroom is tight but nicely updated - dual toilet seat with a smaller seat for toddlers was a thoughtful addition. Laundry facilities available for a small price (and having now continued on through NSW we miss this greatly!)

Clean but cramped in the bathroom. Microwave oven provided but no cutlery or crockery provided to allow you to eat a meal cooked in the microwave oven. Parking was somewhat chaotic. I doubt that I will return

Stayed over New Years for 4 nights. Typical motel room. Clean but stained carpets and surface rust on metal fixtures in cramped bathroom. Clean towels replaced every day. Pool was closed for the last 2 days of stay for “deep cleaning”. Lights would occasionally turn on or off as if another remote had paired with it. Room was quiet at night

The rooms are a bit outdated, hardly any power points for charging phones etc. Toaster in room but no knives or plates. Beds not comfortable. Some glasses in fridge weren’t clean. One of the little milks for coffee had already been opened and some used. Great location. Pool is well maintained and was a hit.

After being lectured by the hotel manager for arriving 45 minutes early, I was directed to a ground floor room which on entering sent me back into the 70's. the room was clean enough, very small and cramped, however, the bathroom was from hell, there was mould on the ceiling and the base of the shower screen too was filthy with mould and dirt. Do yourself a favour and do not stay here

Tiny room which was noisy. Outside Security light kept on coming on and even with the curtains it kept on waking us. Being greeted by 2 cockroaches as we entered the room did not lead to a great start. Thankfully it was just a chance to sleep for 8 hours and leave

Very basic motel that was reasonably priced but in need of updating and better cleaning. Pros: - Good shower pressure - Nice pool - Cheap - Aircon - Reception staff: he was friendly on arrival Cons: - Dated, most surfaces chipped and bathroom was very 70s looking. - Marks on surfaces and walls (not sure if dirty or stained). - Long brunette hair on the shower tiles when I got in (I have medium blonde hair so it was obviously from a previous guest) - Bathroom door did not close easily, so noisy to close. - Dusty ledges/edges - No plug points near beds (only 1 available in the room). - Gap above door (between door and frame). - People constantly walking up and down/talking and being loud outside room. - Parking is a bit of an issue. No allocated spaces. We got parked at check-in ok but if you go out again you may not get a space, though there is street parking. Would I stay here again? No, I’d rather try somewhere else or pay a little more for something nicer. This was disappointing. Photos make it look better than it is.

The bed was very comfortable and staff pleasant. The room, however, leaves a lot to be desired. The carpet was dirty/stained , the bathroom tiny and multiple areas of rust on taps, mirror, plug hole, hand towel racks. There was also rust on bathroom ceiling and one of the board type tiles in the ceiling in the bathroom was co Ing away. The tiled floor in the shower recess was not great.

The room was clean and the spa was nice. However, I felt that it was highly overpriced in comparison to the other motels we’ve stayed at in Coffs before. Inside the room there was a very tiny tv that we could barely see so we used our laptop instead to watch movies. There was a a kettle for coffee but it wouldn’t fit under the bathroom sink (which the flick mixer was loose and flopping around) so we had to fill up cups of water to pour into the kettle. The location we stayed at had a very noisy family next to us and the children they had were constantly screaming and the doors were constantly being slammed open and closed. I could have overlooked all of this and gave it a decent rating but I cannot because of the price we paid to stay there. I expected better than what we got.

An average place. Noisey at night until people settle. Overpriced. They supplied a toaster but no plates. Tv reception was terrible! Paint flaking off shower. Average but clean. Outside light could not be blocked by the curtains.

Nice from the outside, run down on the inside. Beds are hard and rooms are small and not very comfortable. Wifi is slow, TV is tiny and you can only watch free to air. I would not stay here again.

Such a horrible experience. After driving from Sydney to Coffs Harbour arriving at 9pm, my booking had been cancelled. As it was the long weekend, there was no other accommodation available in Coffs and i was left to sleep in my car. Booking conditions were PAY ON ARRIVAL, so why are you trying to authorise the card before arrival and special instructions were added informing the hotel that i would be arriving around 11pm. Spoke to the abusive human called Sarah at 9pm who hurled abuse that the hotel closes at 7pm. The attached photo clearly shows that I will be arriving at 11pm which as per their website can be accommodated for with prior warning. I booked at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. This place cannot be trusted to hold your reservation for your arrival and Sarah is extremely rude, shouldn't be dealing with customers face to face and doesn't give a crap if their customers are forced to sleep in their cars due to the hotels error. Never experienced such poor service and being hung up on by the hotel. Have raised a complaint with Expedia for this booking.

Overall the room was very clean but we were not impressed with staff member opening the door before 8am in the morning with no apology & then giving permission for tradie to enter the room when we were both in bed. Also wasnt impressed that the same staff denied all knowledge of my boyfriends othopedic pillow that got accidentally left behind given that it was a dark grey pillowcase against all the white ones in the room & we rang within an hour of leaving.

Check-in was a lovely experience. Staff member welcomed us with a room upgrade and provided a great range of walkable meal options, which we really appreciated after a day of travelling. Room size was great. Clean and comfortable.

We booked last minute on our trip from VIC to QLD. The property was easy to find. Check in/out was a breeze and the staff member we had contact with was absolutely fantastic. We only stayed overnight but found that the room was clean and well catered.
