Hotel is called the city centre it's not anywhere near the city centre. King suites are not king suites, they are shoe boxes not blackout blinds. Very noisy spot. Was a hot day booked it because it had a pool, only to find out upon arrival that the pool was empty. Stay elsewhere

Great room - excellent that there is a restaurant and bar on the premises with a gym and pool. Staff were friendly and helpful - paid a little more for the room than usual but my stay ticked so many boxes it was worth it.

Very happy with the facilities for our over night stay, clean and comfortable rooms, nice dining area, great pool and nice well equipped gym. We woke in the morning to flat tyre and had to wait for the nrma, the staff were super understanding and let us stay in the room a little long while we waited with our 5 year old child. I would definitely stay at Quality Hotel Coffs Harbour again.

Nice clean and spacious room. Well set up. Would recommend as a good place to stay. Only issue was the lack of housekeeping provided. Advertised as Housekeeping provided one night during your stay but for reasons unknown our room was not serviced while we were there. Do not disturb was not displayed and we were out from 8:30am to well after 2pm. We even cleared space to make it easy for the housekeeping staff. Very disappointing to be honest. Whilst reception kindly apologised and provided fresh towels I expect to get what I pay for.

Rooms are very dated and do not resemble the actual room. Bed soft and spongy in different spots with the feel of springs on the edge. should have been thrown out years ago. Price being charged is way over and does not reflect the quality of room being provided.

We stayed in the King studio and the facilities seemed to be recently updated. For a studio it had decent little kitchen and the room was very spacious. It’s also very central to a lot of places within Coffs. We stayed two nights and couldn’t really fault it.

Checkin was friendly and quick, the room was well planned and the bed was very comfortable. My only criticism was the shower was extremely hard to get at the right temperature. I felt like I wasted a lot of water trying to get it so it wasn’t either scalding hot or freezing cold otherwise a very nice stay.

Having left the lights on in my car the staff called me as I was at dinner at the jetty. I'd left the car key in the room so at my request, they got the key and turned off the lights without me having to return and then called me to let me know all was well. Excellent service

After much searching for accommodation found Quality Inn and it met all of our needs. We had to make an unexpected journey to Coffs Harbour, (travelled 800KM) and Quality Hotel ticked all of our requirements. Easy parking, well situated for where we needed to be, KING bed for my tall broad husband, clean and modern, with onsite restaurant. MARINARA RESTAURANT is somewhere you must dine not just for the Self Serve Continental Breakfast, but treat yourself and book a table for an evening meal, our experience was superb and yours will be too.

Quick check in with friendly staff. We stayed in the 3 bedroom accommodation and it had everything we needed including a washer and dry, 2 bathrooms, attached garage and the accommodations were clean and fresh. We were tired from our travels so we ate in their dining room. Good menu selection and the three of us found our meals to be delicious! Definitely recommend.
