The hoel could do with a bit of modernisation, particuarly the radiators. Thankfully the noise of the radiators drowned out most of the sound of some very inconsiderate guests banging on someones door very loudly at 2am. Breakfast was good but some scrambled eggs wouldnt go a miss! Be advised parking is limited and quite expensive

Kein Bett für Kleinkind, auch keine weitere Decke oder Kissen. Drei Personen mussten in zwei Betten schlafen, bzw. teilweise auf dem Boden. Parkempfehlung steigenberger Tiefgarage für 30,-€ am Tag extrem teuer!! Aufzug defekt am Abreisetag! Zimmer im 5(!) Stock

Ganz so schlimm, wie manche Leute hier geschrieben haben ist es nicht! Die Betten waren sauber, das Bad geputzt. Natürlich ist vieles verbesserungsfähig! Aufzug war defekt, das Bad sehr klein, beim Frühstück wurde angeblich der Käse nicht geliefert, die Fernseher in unseren 3 gebuchten Zimmern, gingen alle nicht!Eine Lampe ist abgefallen, wurde von einem Herren abmontiert und die Kabel wurden hochgeklebt. Handtücher wurden getauscht. Parkplätze waren 7 vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht bekommen, weil angeblich ausgebucht! Mussten im etwa 10 Minuten entfernten Parkhaus für 30€ pro Tag parken. Für 2 Übernachtungen kann man mit all den Dingen leben.Leute am Empfang waren sehr nett! Ein 2.Mal würde ich aber nicht buchen!

Ontbijt eenvoudig maar verder prima. Parkeren in een parkeergarage was 4 minuten lopen. Goed te doen. Stad op loopafstand. Inchecken liep moeizaam ivm nieuw programma gaven zij aan. Duurde daardoor erg lang.

Man soll ja immer mit etwas Positivem anfangen: + Hotel lag sehr zentral (3 Min. Fußweg zur Bushaltestelle, 5 Min. bis zur Straßen-/bzw U-Bahn) + Frühstück in Ordnung, lediglich Dinge wie Rührei, Bacon etc. haben gefehlt Nun zum Negativen... - Hotel hat KEINEN Parkplatz!!! Es gibt im Hinterhof zwar 3 oder 4 Stück, die sind aber anderweitig vermietet. Man kann in den umliegenden Straßen parken (mit Park-App bzw. Kleingeld) oder ca. 10 Minuten weiter in einem Parkhaus - die Bilder auf der Hotelseite von den Zimmern sind sehr geschönigt. Böden sehr alt, ausgeblichen und fleckig/löchrig (bei Nichtraucherzimmern sahen die Löcher Brandlöchern ähnlich) - Bad sehr klein, aber ausreichend zum Duschen, Waschen und Toilettengänge. Lüftung ähnelt einem Flugzeugstart - Hotelzimmer hatte KEINE Klimaanlage!!! Bei Außentemperaturen von ca. 30 Grad war es einfach nur ekelhaft und stickig. Die Nächte waren entsprechend sehr unruhig - Bei einem Zimmer mit Fenstern in Richtung Hinterhof denkt man an Ruhe und ausschlafen, leider Fehlanzeige. Ab 7 Uhr ist die Nacht vorbei... Damen des Hotels schieben irgendwelche Metallkisten über den Hof, selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster und Ohrenstöpseln ist dieser Lärm zu hören. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption meinten zu unserer Beschwerde nur: Hmm, ja ist halt so - Kissen klein und zu knautschig zum Draufliegen - Fahrstuhl war kaputt

Der positive Aspekt dieses Hotels ist, dass es eine optimal zentrale Lage hat. Alles andere ist negativ aufgefallen. Stellvertretend aufzuzählen ist hierbei ein defekter Aufzug, ein extrem schmuddeliges Treppenhaus mit einem im Hotel komplett verlegten dreckigen Teppichboden, ein nicht funktionierender Fernseher, eine Dusche in der kaum Wasser heraus kam und einer Toilette mit einem losen Toilettendeckel. Zudem hat man an den Wänden und dem Teppich noch "Spuren" des Vorgängers gesehen, alles nicht gerade sehr wohnlich. Für eine Nacht ging es noch, mehrere Nächte sind in diesem Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen!

Moumoute derrière le radiateur de la salle de bain qui tombaient, non aspiré sous les lits, moquette partout, pas une vrai douche mais une baignoire coupée donc accès très haut, parking à l'arrière de l'hôtel mais payant! 22€ la nuit, place de stationnement payante en dehors de l'hôtel Petit dejeuner tres bon et varié

The room had absolutely no more than the bare necessities. The beds still had hairs and stains on them from the previous guests, and the hotel as a whole seemed very filthy. I found a used cleaning rag stuffed between my mattress and box spring. The pictures they have posted online look nothing like what the hotel is in person. I understand that hotels want their establishments to look nice, but the differences between online images and in-person experiences are stark and unsightly.

Leider war dies eines der katastrophalsten Hotels, in denen wir je waren eingecheckt haben. Der Fahrstuhl ist aus den 70ern und dementsprechend war es schon eine Qual ihn in Gang zu bringen. In der 4. Etage angekommen guckte direkt eine Steckdose komplett raus aus der Wand. Im Zimmer waren etliche Flecken auf dem Teppich. Eine Steckdose war ohne die entsprechende Dose versehen. Unter dem Bett fand man Kondom Packungen, Dosen und Papier. Dort, wo der Schreibtisch steht, war anhand anderer Wandfarbe zu erkennen, dass vorher etwas anderes dort gestanden haben muss. Das Schlafsofa hat massiv gequietscht und war heftigst durchgelegen in der Mitte. Im Bad gab es eine Badewanne mit Duschstange. Weder im Waschbecken, noch in der Badewanne gab es einen Stöpsel. Wir hatten versucht den Hebel zu drehen um den Stöpselfreien Abfluss zu schließen, ohne Erfolg. Der war mit einer Schraube angeschraubt. Die Duschamatur hat leider so gut wie kein Wasser durchgelassen. Das Wasser war wechselseitig kurz kochend heiß und direkt danach eiskalt. Das Personal war freundlich. Beim Frühstücken hatte die Frühstückskraft offensichtlich keine Lust zu arbeiten. Um eine Kanne Kaffee mussten wir bitten. Am Buffet war ständig alles leer und man musste erfragen, ob sie auffüllen könnten. Für knapp 91€ die Nacht war es Horror.

Die dargestellten Fotos spiegeln das Hotel auf keinster Weise wieder. Ich bin zweimal umgezogen. Das erste Zimmer sollte ein Comfort-Zimmer sein. Die Eingangstür hatte sich nicht mal richtig schließen lassen, so dass die Tür ein Spalt offen war. Im Zimmer kam die Tapete runter. Der Teppich war schmutzig. Das Bad hatte eine kleine Duschecke mit Vorhang. Die Amaturen waren mit irgendeinem Klebeband zugeklebt. Das zweite Zimmer war nicht besser. Im Bad war Schimmel, nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Die Wanne war innen verostet. Beim Duschen löste sich dann der Duschschlauch. Durch das Fenster kam Nässe rein. Ein großer Wasserfleck unter dem Fenster. Bei meiner Begleitperson das Gleiche im Zimmer sowie beim Aufdrehen der Heizung, wo man den Thermostat in der Hand hatte und die Heizung nicht mehr regeln konnte. Sowas habe ich wirklich noch nicht erlebt. Und dafür habe ich 84 Euro inkl. Rabatt pro Person pro Nacht bezahlt. Das ist echt eine Frechheit! Hier möchte ich auch bitte eine Stellungnahme von Expedia bzw. das Expedia sich deswegen mit dem Hotel in Verbindung setzt. Diese wurde dann auch von der freundlichen Rezeptionistin vorgeschlagen. Ich möchte hier auf jeden Fall eine Erstattung!

Die Bilder täuschen definitiv. Auf den ersten Blick ok, auf den zweiten Blick mehr als in die Jahre gekommen. Richtig sauber war es nicht. Weder im Foyer, noch im Treppenhaus noch im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war ok, allerdings war der Frühstücksraum zwei Tage lang kalt, da ein Fenster nicht geschlossen werden konnte. Weder gemütlich noch angenehm. Das Personal war bemüht aber wortkarg. Eigentlich fand bis auf den Check in keine Kommunikation statt. Unter dem Strich nicht zu empfehlen.

Hotel discreto in posizione un po' decentrato per muoversi a piedi per arrivare in centro citta'. Molto vecchio stile ed un po' angusto. Stanza singola di piccole dimensioni, anch' essa vecchio stile ma cmq pulita. Buona la colazione e personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Location was good and accessible however the condition of the room was poor. The room was absolutely sweltering hot compared to reception areas and the corridor. The shower head was broken and was spraying water out of the shower and flooded the bathroom floor. The free WiFi did not work. The beds were very uncomfortable. Disappointed with the hotel overall.

Definitely value for money with nice continental breakfast included. We booked the comfort room on top (5th) floor, comfortable beds, small shower, no air conditioning but the tilt window allows fresh air in, carpet needs replacing, walls freshly painted. Quaint hotel and staff were helpful.

Wir sind aus Frankfurt angereist und uns wurde mitgeteilt das ihre Kollegin einen Buchunhsfehler gemacht hat und nun alles ausgebucht sei. Das war ein toller Start, das Geld wurde direkt zurück erstattet aber der Ärger blieb, es wurde sich auch nicht bemüht ein anderes Hotel für uns zu suchen. Sowas ist mir noch nie passiert, richtig schebig. Die Bilder sind auch richtig bearbeitet von außen sieht es schrecklich aus, zu den Zimmern kann ich nichts sagen, soweit sind wir nicht gekommen. Nie wieder!!

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Sehr gute Anbindung zur KVB. Personal SUPER, SUPER freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis-Leistung passt. Frühstück reichhaltig und alles vorhanden bzw. wird sofort nachgelegt, wenn einmal etwas ausgeht. Immer gerne wieder.

Das Zimmer war super hellhörig - man hört jede Toilettenspülung, Dusche und jedes Wort aus den Nebenzimmern Sauberkeit - naja Es wird damit geworben, dass man einen Getränkegutschein bekommt, wenn man auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet Beides nicht erfolgt Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Check in is at 3pm! Thatnis super late. Upon arrival front desk person was very unprofessional. I was assigned a room that was not what I had reserved. I had reserved a queen size bed and this room had 2 twin beds together with a very thin bigger mattress holding them together. You could easily sink between the two beds. I went back to the front desk and showed that my reservation stated a "queen size bed". The front desk lady said she was busy and that she was working alone. She also said that she did not know which rooms had queen size beds bc she was new. I told her to call and ask housekeeping lady. She said she was too bisy and that she had other business she needed tot ake care off. She told.me to wait 20-30 minutes and then she could help me. I demanded her to give me the room I had paid for ASAP. I am a paying costumer that had been traveling for a long time and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. I was not willing to wait another 30 minutes for her to finish whatever she was working on. After another 15 minutes I was moved to another room. This room was even smaller. Showe was extremely small even for one person. Whater splashes everywhere and floor gets soaked. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody. Definitely not worth the price!

Ontbijt eenvoudig maar verder prima. Parkeren in een parkeergarage was 4 minuten lopen. Goed te doen. Stad op loopafstand. Inchecken liep moeizaam ivm nieuw programma gaven zij aan. Duurde daardoor erg lang.

On Arrival was told by the staff we hadn't paid for our room. produced our receipt for the stay, after 20mins of him being on the phone telling us we couldn't have a room key he someone else turned up and sorted it, (original guy) then swore at me and my husband. room was run down and very worn out, bathroom was very small, and had alot of mould, was extremely loud all day and night.

It is located in a small street, its quiet and clean overall. Its easy to reach, 4 stops by bus from central station, and a 25 mins walk if you choose to do so. In 5-10 mins walking distance, there are a lot good restaurant and bar and grocery store. Will stay here again if visit the city again.

Schneller Check In, sehr zentral gelegen, Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, das Zimmer war sehr klein aber für 1 Nacht völlig ok. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstücks Buffet. Alles in allem würde ich wieder kommen.

Good customer service, 24 hours reception, cosy room. Only drawback is the breakfast buffet which does not have good range of foods. Mostly pig meat serves in the breakfast and not appetitive at all specially for people who doesn’t eat pig meat.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was basic, but clean, the beds were comfy. The rooms were tidied every day and towels replaced, when needed. The included breakfast was adequate. A good mix of fruit, cereal, meat, cheese and eggs. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s really close to public transport and the shops. The only minor comment is the mixer tap should have a hot water warning sign as it got very hot, very quickly and scolded my hand. Overall a pleasant stay.

Was skeptical about coming with the amount of bad reviews, we checked in Thursday 29th January and the staff was helpful and friendly, we struggled to find the room which was our own fault we did multiple laps of the hotel, we found it was clean , we we just a little outdated but nothing bad at all, the room itself was okay; they was a stain on the carpet , and the window didn’t open but other then that everything was okay, the hotel is in a good location close by to everything , and breakfast was okay we only went once but it was quiet a nice little area and all the staff we saw were friendly and nice, we checked out Saturday - we had an amazing stay and we would definitely come back and we reccomend this hotel! Do not listen to all the bad reviews we was really impressed , such good value for the money!
