Für ein paar Stunden Schlaf und duschen vollkommen okay. Die Lage ist super zentral. Alles war sauber. Die Betten müssen in Vierbettzimmern selbst bezogen werden. Das Frühstück im Kellerraum war nicht so toll, aber der Kaffee hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Leider ist die Terrasse im Innenhof nicht nutzbar. Alles in allem aber ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Bei der Buchung sollte man an die Parkmöglichkeiten denken.

Our room had no AC but it wasn’t a major downfall The hotel had parking but on a first come first serve basis at 20 euros a night, parking on the street come at 16 euros for 4 hours but there was a secure parking facility 3 mins away from the accommodation at 30 euros for 24 hours which was the best option for us staff we’re super friendly catherdal and city centre was only a 25 minute walk so all in all it’s defiantly a recommended place to stay

Overall pretty good for an hostel. In fact, better than some hotels. Don't count on using the hostel parging. There is only 17 spots and they are book a year in advance. Lucky there is a multi-storey parking very close for 20 euro a day. The only thing that bothered me was people slamming doors very late a night and very early in the morning, and people yelling in the street at night.

Customer service was SPOT ON! The beds comfy, room was hot! Cools with window cracked, but VERY NOISY. I recommend to ASK FOR FAN , which we learned at check out. Great hostel for younger travelers or low maintenance. Laundry on site. Downstairs bar. Breakfast available for add'l money. Close to local eateries and walkable to train station and old town. Note: Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am, but we didn't find guests respecting it.

Einfache, aber sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, welches sehr geräumig war. Das Personal beim Einchecken war super freundlich, vor den 2 Damen, die das Frühstück managen ziehe ich den Hut. Das hoteleigene Parkhaus war leider belegt (hätte 17 € pro 24h gekostet), aber uns wurde in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Ersatz (20 €) angeboten.

Frühstück war ausreichend und ok. Der Frühstücksraum ist leider im UG. Zimmer war neu renoviert und sauber. Wir hatten für 3 Personen ein 4- Bett-Zimmer. Super-Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Personal war extrem nett und gechillt. Wir konnten einen Parkplatz buchen, einziges Manko waren die engen Parkplätze, als es Samstags voll war.

Hallways have old carpets, poor ventilation, gets hot and stuffy in summertime. Window only opens a tiny bit. Budget accommodation for 3 nights sleep worked well enough for us. Cooking area in common kitchen is very small.

Die Hygiene in den Zimmern ist furchtbar, bei der Anreise musste ich erstmal einige fremde Haare von der Bettwäsche entfernen (ich hoffe stark, dass diese von der Reinigungskraft stammen). Das Zimmer an für sich, war sehr warm, es gab keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer richtig runter zu kühlen. Die Größe des Zimmers ist zum schlafen in Ordnung, für mehr aber auch nicht. Aufgrund der mangelnden Hygiene, sollte man sich zwei mal überlegen, dort ein Zimmer zu buchen.

Eine unserer schlechtesten Hotelerfahrungen, zugegeben haben wir als Familie einfach das falsche Hotel gebucht. Als Familie mit kleinen Kindern sollte man woanders suchen. Betten abgerockt und Katastrophe. Zimmer runtergekommen überall Farbe ab, nicht richtig sauber, überall Spinnweben und Staub aus den letzen Jahren, Bad aus den 90ern... und vor allem keine Klima. Wir hatten im Sommer 32 Grad in unserem Zimmer und konnten nicht schlafen, von den Kindern ganz zu schweigen.

ファミリー向けの4人部屋でしたが部屋が狭過ぎました。スーツケースを3個持っていたので開けるスペースに困りました。夜中まで若者の騒ぎ声が響いて落ち着けませんでした。若者達が多い宿だと認識したので、後日のハンブルグの系列の部屋はキャンセルして他を探しました。

Die Lage vom AO Neumarkt ist wirklich toll. Leider war es im Zimmer schrecklich warm und die Fenster können aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht ganz geöffnet werden. Außerdem ist es sehr laut und gleichzeitig hellhörig.

Ich habe mehrmals versucht die unterkunft zu erreichen wegen frühstück buchen aber das war vergeblich und in der unterkunft hab sie dieses auch verneint personal war generell unfreundlich wirkten schwer genervt !!! Zimmer war okay für eine Nacht

During our official trip, we had a stop in Cologne and arrived earlier than the designated check-in time. Although we requested a parking spot 14 days in advance, we were informed that no parking was available for us and were given three alternative parking options. Unfortunately, the two recommended garages were closed due to the Pride events, which resulted in us spending over 20 minutes searching for an available parking area. The front desk staff, however, were exceptionally professional and accommodating. They assisted us in storing our luggage while we explored the city to pass the time and return after the official check-in time. When we came back, we were promptly given the keys. Our room was located on the first floor. Upon entering the hallway, we were immediately hit by an overwhelming odor, almost making us feel sick. Fortunately, once inside our room, the smell from the hallway dissipated completely. The room, beds, and bathrooms were spacious and very clean. However, the room lacked air conditioning, so we opened the windows for ventilation. Unfortunately, heat and external noises all night made it difficult to get a restful sleep. Overall, the staff's helpfulness and the cleanliness of the room were positives, but addressing the hallway odor, improving cooling options for the hotter seasons, and establishing quiet hours could significantly enhance the guest experience.

Ich weiß nicht ob es an Expedia oder dem Hotel gelegen hat aber es war aus organisatorischer Sicht ein Alptraum. Nichts hat gestimmt, es fehlten seitens Expedia diverse Infos, die den Check In noch schwieriger gemacht haben und man hatte konsequent das Gefühl, dass niemand auch nur ansatzweise eine Ahnung hatte von dem was da passierte. Grausam und unfassbar nervig.

Ich weiß nicht ob es an Expedia oder dem Hotel gelegen hat aber es war aus organisatorischer Sicht ein Alptraum. This is a bit of a walk out of town, particularly if you’re carrying luggage from the station. However, it’s well-priced and really has everything you could need. The bathroom is small but has everything you need and the actual bed room is well laid out with plenty of space.

Since it is a hostel do not expect too much amenities. Bring your slippers and tootbrush. However the area is calm, easy to walk to tram or Neumarkt and have plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around.

Our room had no AC but it wasn’t a major downfall The hotel had parking but on a first come first serve basis at 20 euros a night, parking on the street come at 16 euros for 4 hours but there was a secure parking facility 3 mins away from the accommodation at 30 euros for 24 hours which was the best option for us staff we’re super friendly catherdal and city centre was only a 25 minute walk so all in all it’s defiantly a recommended place to stay

Personal sehr freundlich, Gebäude von außen alt, von innen aber modern, Sauberkeit im Zimmer und an der Kaffeebar sollte verbessert werden, sonst aber in Ordnung. Super Chill Area Bereich, wo man Billiard spielen und bequem Essen und was trinken kann. 2 Lifte sind vorhanden, das Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen mit eigenem Bad war sehr gut, genügend Platz, ruhige Lage des Hotels, kein lauter schneller PKW Durchgangsverkehr. Wir würden es wieder buchen!

Man darf nicht vergessen, dass es sich um ein Hostel handelt und dafür war es wirklich sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind okay…könnten aber teilweise ein Update benötigen, gerade im Bad/ Dusche. Teilweise laut, aber darauf hatten wir uns eingestellt. Die Lage ist optimal!

Für ein paar Stunden Schlaf und duschen vollkommen okay. Die Lage ist super zentral. Alles war sauber. Die Betten müssen in Vierbettzimmern selbst bezogen werden. Das Frühstück im Kellerraum war nicht so toll, aber der Kaffee hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Leider ist die Terrasse im Innenhof nicht nutzbar. Alles in allem aber ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Bei der Buchung sollte man an die Parkmöglichkeiten denken.

Fint sovested, tæt på sporvogn, nemt at komme ud til LANXESS Arena som vi skulle. Morgenmad ok. Dog skulle man i receptionen for at få en QR kode, for at tjekke ind for at få morgenmad, dette skal man hver dag, dette blev ikke oplyst ved ankomst.

Frühstück war ausreichend und ok. Der Frühstücksraum ist leider im UG. Zimmer war neu renoviert und sauber. Wir hatten für 3 Personen ein 4- Bett-Zimmer. Super-Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Personal war extrem nett und gechillt. Wir konnten einen Parkplatz buchen, einziges Manko waren die engen Parkplätze, als es Samstags voll war.

I liked the safe feel of the premises. Unfortunately upon arrival to our room we found toenail clippings on the floor. Also, it is required you fit your own mattress with provided sheet, pillowcase, and duvet cover. Beds are not pre-made for you.This may be just their protocol, don't expect all hostels to provide the same level of service. Their contactless food/drink ordering with QR code menu is not reliable. We ordered coffee and waited 15 minutes until I went up to the counter to inquire if they received our order. The employee was unaware of the online order I placed and paid for until they reviewed their computer monitor. I even had to physically show my phone on the online ordering that I paid for the coffees. There seems to be a delay in communication between the online ordering and the employee. Quick and easy check-out. It was okay.

Upon check in, there was a line out the door. With only one person attempting to check people in, deal with room keys that were not working and providing other support, the line moved slowly. They did have a self check option, but info from Hotels.com wouldn't work. Once getting to the room, it was sparce with the very bare essentials. Then came the noise, coming from outside, inside hallways and an elevator that was next to my room. Breakfast was meh.. For over $275/night.. not what I expected.
