The hotel is excellent. Rooms were remodeled and the showers were excellent. The only draw back is the very narrow street you have to drive to get into the hotel. The hotel does have parking on premises.

Lovely building with areas to relax. Friendly hotel staff. Staff serving breakfast were excellent! Very attentive. Rooms cleaned efficiently and coffee etc stocked up, sometimes twice a day! The room was quite plain with no pictures to reflect the historical atmosphere of the area. Sadly the pool and gym were closed (out of season but also being refurbished). On arrival reception staff could not find our Expedia booking which was a bit worrying! Is that Expedia’s fault?

Nice hotel with a few downs. We were not able to open a window during the night. But a nice big room. the towel situation at the pool was a joke. In order to get towels to the pool, you needed to wait for a person to appear, then sign a piece of paper to get custody of 2 towels. When you wanted to return the towels you needed to wait for the towel lady (if she wasn´t there you needed to phone her) and then you could return your towels. Dear hotel: you need to fix this. I can´t imagine you loose so many towels during a summer that all this is necessary for some towels.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at this hotel, including my birthday. Our room was spacious and had a lovely private patio. The only disappointment was that the headrest was not attached to the bed so when you sat up in bed it slid forward leaving a large gap between the bed and the head rest. The staff tried hard to provide 5 star service but somehow missed the mark. As platinum Hotels.com members were offered free wine and asked if we preferred red or white. We asked for red but received white, but there was no corkscrew in the room. They attempted to deliver a birthday cake to my room on my birthday but we had the do not disturb sign on so they left a calling card instead. When I called reception they told me it was just a weather card! I eventually received my cake for breakfast the next morning. Our biggest complaint was the pool. There were far too few chairs for the number of guests and the silly system requiring guests to call staff in order to sign for a towel resulted in lots of time waiting around. Why not trust your guests and provide pool towels in the room?!

Very helpful and friendly staff all round, especially the breakfast lady. They also park your car underneath the hotel for you. Very convenient for the Mezquita and bars and restaurants. Only complaint is that the pool is too cold. Make sure you get the directions pdf attachment. Essential!

Amazing location. Clean and comfortable. Staff was super helpful and friendly. They helped us to arrange local show tickets and tours. Parking is a bit tricky. We parked around the corner in the Mesquita Parking and walked in with our bags. A lot easier than driving through the narrow walls

Beautiful hotel right in the centre of gorgeous Cordoba. Driving & parking nr Hotel hard as we have a very long car, however hotel parked on our behalf. Swimming pool area very lovely, quite small with limited beds

The hotel in general was extremely clean and all the staff were very friendly. In a great location for the centre of town, although very quiet. If parking in the hotel, the streets to the hotel are quite narrow but certainly passable.

Room was above an entrance and very noisy. Tile floors could have used a rug beside the bed. Please clean the bathroom fan vent; it was dirty and moldy. Very nice staff, especially porter who helped with luggage and park the car. Breakfast was below-average and restaurant was cold. The hotel is located in old town and can only be accessed through a very narrow one-way street.

A recepção foi muito boa, possuem estacionamento no local. O ambiente do hotel é bem agradável, bem no centro histórico, apesar de não ficar de frente para a Catedral. O acesso de carro é um pouco dificil porque a rua é estreita, então não recomendado com carros grandes. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, havia bastante poeira nos utensílios, como na máquina de café e de esquenta água, o que incomodou e deixou o quarto com aspecto de velho. Também não oferecem pantufas e não havia vista nos quartos.

The hotel has onsite parking, we were upgraded to a larger room with a terrace that was very nice, although a bit dated. The only issue was a slight sewer smell coming from the bathroom (we had to close the bathroom door so it didn't come into the bedroom).

I’m torn on how to review the property. The building and pool area are beautiful and it’s a great location in the Jewish quarter, walking distance to everything you want to see. We booked a room that was one level up from the most basic and had a great stay. The room was large, quiet and comfortable. We decided to extend 2 nights and the staff was very accommodating; the room we were in was booked and all they had available was the most basic category. That was in a different part of the building which faced the street and it was night and day. The bathroom was older and less polished and most importantly the street noise was so loud we could barely sleep. There were ants and bugs in the room (which went away after I called and they sprayed) but not ideal. We loved the first 2 nights and hated the second 2.

Stopped here for three nights and did not sleep well at all as the AC in the room barely functioned at all. I complained and reception informed me it would be dealt with. It was NOT. Furthermore, our room was on an inner courtyard/well and there was constant noise echoing from below, above and from adjacent rooms. We left suffering from sleep deprevation.

The property is very close to everything. It is an easy walk to anywhere you need to go. I was a bit disappointed in our room because we had the first floor on a busy corner. It was noisy at times and we had to keep the window shut. Also just for privacy the curtains drawn. It did feel a bit dungeon like. The main building across the street looks lovely with a nice open courtyard and dining facilities that we didn’t use. I did not know about the courtyard until later and we would have utilized it. Everyone was professional and helpful. I would stay here again, but request a room in the other building or maybe just on a higher floor. Overall I would say it is a great hotel in an excellent location with great facilities.

The check in process was extremely easy. Finding the hotel can be challenging but thankfully the property sent us step by step instructions ahead of time to ensure we were heading in the right direction. The staff on site were extremely kind and accommodating.

Exceptional hotel in every way. Location perfect, staff were friendly and professional. Very helpful too. Room was superb, comfortable bed, coffee machine, free water daily and an amazing shower. Large fluffy towels too. I’d definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

L'hotel è classificato come un 5 stelle, ma, soprattutto avendolo paragonato con altri hotels nel centro di Cordoba, dovrebbe essere considerato un 3, massimo 4 stelle. Questo perché: 1. Per 3 volte durante il nostro soggiorno la carta per aprire la porta della camera ha smesso di funzionare; la terza volta abbiamo chiesto di parlare con la manager dell'hotel per far ben presente il problema, abbiamo lasciato i nostri nomi alla reception, ma la manager non ci ha mai contattato o si è mai preoccupata di sapere cosa stesse succedendo, mai... in un albergo a 5 stelle e con clienti che stanno in una delle stanze più grandi e per 2 settimane?! 2. Non c'è né una palestra (ci sono due macchine per gli esercizi in una specie di scantinato all'aperto) né un business center o spazio dove poter tranquillamente lavorare sul proprio laptop (in caso uno non possa usare la stanza temporaneamente); di nuovo, com'è possibile in un albergo a 5 stelle? 3. Nel bagno della nostra stanza il servizio non si è mai preoccupato di mettere lo scopino/spazzola per il WC. 4. Il servizio pulizia una volta ha lasciato la finestra della nostra camera aperta. Ci sono decisamente hotels migliori in centro a Cordoba, ad un simile prezzo o migliore.

Nous avons confié les clés de notre voiture à l'hôtel car l'hôtel se chargeait de la garer au parking de l'hôtel qui est très exiguë. Lorsque nous avons récupéré la voiture, l'aile arrière gauche était endommagée. L'hôtel nous a répondu qu'ils n'étaient pas responsables des dommages ou vol liés au stationnement dans leur parking. Nous avons voulu parler au manager de l'hôtel mais on nous a répondu qu'il n'était pas là et qu'il nous appellerait le matin même...Il ne nous a jamais appelé ni contacté par mail. C'est scandaleux !

Avant de venir, réponses rapides et claires a les demandes par mail. Pendant, un accueil excellent, des chambres confortables et propres et un personnel au petit soin. C'est souvent le cas avec NH où tout se passe bien et celui ci confirme la règle. De plus, bien situé et dispose d'un parking (même si difficile d'accès car rue etroite).

Das Hotel liegt zentral in Cordoba. Anfahrt über eine enge Gasse. Es empfiehlt sich meiner Meinung nach während der Siesta anzureisen, da dann weniger los ist. Parken in der Parkgarage notwendig. Man kann das Fahrzeug auch parken lassen. Netter Pool. Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Aber den Aufenthalt in Cordoba sehr genossen. Die Zufahrt mit dem Auto ist etwas abenteuerlich durch die enge Altstadt, das Auto wird dann aber von Personal geparkt. Es ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen.

Great location in the old City. Very walkable to the Mesquite Cathedral. Word of caution- the road St Tomas to the Plaza Maimodines and the hotel is a very tight one lane road, AND IT GOES TWO DIRECTIONS! You may have to back out! Very nerve wracking.

Sehr gutes Hotel, um Córdoba zu besichtigen. Guter, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service. Zimmer ok, wenn auch in etwas “nüchternem” Charakter. Frühstück Buffet für Spanien gut. Insgesamt guter Service für etwas zu hohen Preis.

If you never been to Cordova this hotel was perfectly located inside the center of old town near the major attractions such as the Mosque. The breakfast was superb, don't hesitate to sign for it ahead of time, purchase the entire package.

Nice hotel where we have stayed before. Good breakfast if slow coffee. Helpful staff and pleasant outdoor areas. Perfect location and a good pool which swimable in mid May ie not exactly freezing. Particularly liked the arrangement where no housekeeping equals two huge glasses of wine each day. Good for the environment and bad for my liver.

Great location within walking distance of the bridge cathedral and the fantastic Andalusian Horse and Flamenco dancer Show. When you walk into the hotel it smells so lovely. The bed was large and very comfortable and the bathroom even had a make up mirror and washcloths. Breakfast was also delicious. They even had Earl Grey loose leaf tea! Highly recommend it.
