Staff was awesome. They went above and beyond to accommodate. Food was great. Snorkeling right in front of the hotel was excellent. Bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Website is misleading. They show an area on the website with cabanas that is not open. They also do not supply snorkeling equipment, kayaks, or any other water sport equipment. They don’t even supply lifejackets if needed. Reportedly, this area used to be opened and got closed by the local government due to some kind of zoning permit dispute.

Pools were not in good condition. Feet were cut up. I nearly needed stitches. The amenities down by the ocean were not open. We would not have stayed there if we knew that entire area was shut down.

Solid property by Cozumel standards. Beach is better than pictures - but water shoes are a must. Staff was very friendly. Spa was small but a nice touch with very good massages.

The pool area, onsite entertainment, and the restaurants that required reservations were good. The daily poolside lunch was also good and convenient. The property itself is not very big and there’s no beach but across the street (also part of the hotel) is great area for snorkeling.

First off, 3 of our family members slashed their feet in the pool which is so dangerous with broken tiles it should not even be open until repaired. There was blood everywhere. Everyday there was a new pile of broken tiles from people whom weee swimming and finding them. The advertised “swim up bar” never had a bartender and you had to get out of the pool and go around the front to get a drink. The food was below average, and my son got food poisoning from their eggs. The front of the hotel by the ocean is all closed down and taped off. You can still snorkel there, but there is no beach. Honestly, I wanted to love this place. But, I would never go back or recommend it to anyone until they fix all these problems.

Food was great. Staff were friendly. However, the main pool was closed for our entire stay. We were not notified of the amenities being closed and were not given an option of changing our booking to a later date when the pool would be opened. We were not offered a discounted future stay because of the closure.

Liked: Spacious rooms & bathrooms, buffet food, drinks, swim up bar, snorkeling, entertainment, free snorkeling trip they gave for not having the beach area up & running, views & servers were so nice! Not having the beach area working wasn't as disappointing as I expected. There were still some chairs available to sit on, they still maintained the pool, you could still enter the water to snorkel, and there was usually always a life guard.

We have been coming here for over two decades, so obviously love it. It is located out of town, and is relatively small, so is nice and quiet. There are evening shows, but they were over before we went to bed, so didn’t disturb us. The staff were without exception excellent. We are not “foodies” but enjoyed all the options (although as Americans, we have learned to pack extra chocolates when traveling out of the country!). Non-alcoholic beer was finally available! The best part is the snorkeling that is available right in front of the resort. Our diving company, Dive With Cristina, picked us up at the pier right by the breakfast buffet. Potential negatives: it is out of town so you need a car or ride to go anywhere else. Currently (November 2024) the pools are closed for major renovations. A snorkeling tour was provided as compensation. We initially had no hot water in the shower but this was fixed. One elevator was out of service but we used the stairs anyway. The hotel is a little “tired” and could use some paint. I had to think hard to come up with these “problems”. Over the decades, we have stayed at five other resorts on Cozumel or the Riviera Maya. This remains our favorite by far. I would go back today if I could.

The Staff at Fiesta Americana are unmatched! They are very friendly, helpful, and keep you entertained all day and night. A huge thank you to Arcadia, Alejandra, Anina, Josh & Victor plus many many more! Fiesta kids is also great to keep the kiddos entertained. We celebrated 3 birthdays on our trip and the staff truly made our stay amazing. My one complaint is that the pool is very unsafe. There are many missing tiles that caused my family and several other vacationers to get cut and require medical assistance so I would suggest water shoes in the pool until that has been resolved.

Every staff member was extremely nice and very helpful. The food was really good. Especially the quesadillas you can order at the buffet. Check in and out was really easy. The spa was so relaxing. The pool is pretty spacious and is always clean. The waiters were always extremely fast with refilling your drink or taking away empty plates. Housekeeping always made our room look spotless. Overall we were very pleased and we had a great time.

A great value, food is B and plentiful, pools and beach areas wonderful. I recommend it. We met nice people and will definitely be back. Only downside is the room smelled a bit musty and we had very loud construction occurring during the daytime hours.

As my wife said, it wasn't really dirty (except for the pool) but it's a resort that has definitely seen better days. Three of the four AC units in our rooms weren't functioning properly; didn't blow at all, leaked water all over the floor, seemed to only be fully on or fully off, etc. Caulking in the showers was a mess, lighting was really low with a bulb or two out, the only pool had tiles and caulking missing everywhere, the beach bar/restaurant area is still closed (disrepair or back taxes or something), wild birds in the buffet area pecking off the serving spoons and meat/cheese coldcut area (very gross and unsanitary). Typical high pressure timeshare push as soon as you get there, but I finally said no and was left alone after that. Pier by the closed beach club area is also closed (not sure why), but that means you have to take a taxi just about anywhere to do any excursions (I think the taxi industry on the island is one of the largest sources of income). And honestly, it's become a lot more like mainland Mexico, where everyone is trying to pull as many dollars out of you as they can. No one can be trusted, and they'll all rip you off in a heartbeat, but this mainly involves the taxis and transportation. The people working at the resort were all generally friendly, happy, and helpful, and you do get what you pay for. The water is still some of the prettiest in the world, and I know my wife and kids enjoyed their time there, just would probably not stay here again.

This property is in the midst of a renovation. We stayed on the unrenovated side so there were a lot of repairs needed. Tile was missing from our private pool. The showerheads were dangling from the ceiling. The room was very moldy smelling. All caulking was moldy. The entry to our unit was near the staff entry which was loud and smelled like sewer. We ordered room service which never arrived. When we tried to order room service they said that numerous items were unavailable. Staff was very friendly and things were clean. The buffet was decent but could use improvement. We could not snorkel most of our stay so an alternate location that we could have been taken to would have been nice. The cevicheria was great. No Muscato wine was available so that was disappointing.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. A little outdated, but still very comfortable and clean. The restaurants were all amazing. We at so well the entire week. Loved them all. The staff is the best. Super friendly and helpful. They are very well staffed and anticipate everything you may need. I would definitely recommend this resort.

We had a great time in off season. The property was clean and service was great. Ac was very cold. I love the beds and lounging. Plenty of access to towels. I loved that the food in buffets were closed off for bugs. Because it was off season it wasn’t crowded and very pleasant. The water is beautiful with many fish to see. It was so warm and clear. Pool service was fantastic. Aaron was great. The seafood restaurant had some of the best food I’ve had at an all inclusive. Taxi ride to downtown was about $15 and 10 minutes. Plenty of seats and towels. Cons: Kids club didn’t open until 12. The buffet wasn’t open at night but you need a reservation to the restaurants. The Mexican restaurant was great but we did not like the Asian. When checking out the elevator was broken. We were on the 6th floor. I traveled with 3 kids solo and had several bags and a stroller and no one would answer the phone for help. The spa amenities do not come with service when you book. I’ve never been to a resort that doesn’t let you use the hot tub or sauna if you book a service. We all had massages and weren’t allowed to use the amenities.

Water was leaking from ceiling when it rained. Water flow from shower was so slow. There was a huge ant infestation that was present throughout our entire stay. The first day wee were given pastries as a gift upon our first arrival, and was surrounded entirely by ants everywhere in large quantities. We immediately called room service to put a stop to it, and we were given a can of bug spray that was almost empty. The days after we had ants all over the floors at random places in time. They were from the floor, to behind the bed frame, or sink. It was uncomfortable knowing that each time I set foot in the room, ants could be near or on you when you're sleeping. It ruined the enjoyment of the rooms. This is beyond disgusting and UNACCEPTABLE. It needs to be addressed immediately so other guests do not have this type of problem. The bartenders need more experience on how to make cocktails. All drinks were mainly fruit juice and colored syrup with less alcohol. Sometimes it felt they were improvising instead of following certain recipes on how to make drinks properly. Food is a mixed bag. There is not much to choose from when it comes to buffets compared to other resorts, but the food is generally flavorful and good. By the third day you can definitely see that the food is repetitive during the lunch buffet. A rotating menu can also be nice at each of the three restaurants. It can definitely benefit from more variety, food options, and more vegetarian options.

The bartenders need more experience on how to make cocktails. All drinks were mainly fruit juice and colored syrup with less alcohol. Sometimes it felt they were improvising instead of following certain recipes on how to make drinks properly. Food is a mixed bag. There is not much to choose from when it comes to buffets compared to other resorts, but the food is generally flavorful and good. By the third day you can definitely see that the food is repetitive during the lunch buffet. A rotating menu can also be nice at each of the three restaurants. It can definitely benefit from more variety, food options, and more vegetarian options.

Las albercas estaban fuera de servicio y no lo comentaron a la hora de hacer la reserva. El mobiliario esta en pésima condición. Mi habitación tenia mal olor. Olía a viejo y humedad. Los baños tenían mal olor. La calidad de los alimentos en el buffet a la hora de comida no parecía muy fresca y todo estaba cocinado con demasiado aceite. En general no me pareció una estancia agradable por muchos motivos, considero que el precio pagado fue demasiado superior a la calidad ofrecida por una cadena como Fiesta Americana. We love the location, the food is really good, the rooms are large and clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, and it is a good value for your money. The problem is the noise around the pool. In the afternoons they have pool games with the hostess screaming into a microphone with the volume cranked up. There are only about 10 people playing the games and they are all within 20 feet of her so no need to scream.....she really doesn't even need a microphone. In the evenings they have disco/dance music around the pool. Again, there are only about 10 people attending but the volume is cranked way up. They obviously don't understand the demographic of people the resort attracts. The entertainment is for single, 20 somethings, looking for action. The people staying there are couples/grandparents with young children, and middle-age to seniors who are in Cozumel for the diving and/or relaxation. It's hard to relax when you can hear and feel the vibration of the base when you're in you're in your room, and you can't sit on your balcony because of the loud screaming or music. I should note that all of the rooms overlook the pool and the ocean so you can't get away from the noise. If you ignore the noise, I give it a 5. But you can't ignore it, so I give it a 3. We would love to come back, but that is highly unlikely unless the noise is addressed.

For the most part, it was quiet, clean, and calm. It is an older property that had some touchups. I do believe that another renovation can take place to make this resort better. The staff was friendly and the food was good. I do wish they had more activities for the guest and stayed open longer than 1030/11p for the bars. No foam days/nights in the pool. No dance spaces. No late night activities. Just not enough options for extra fun on the resort. Room service was not convenient via the app. We had a great time overall.

The staff was excellent bar staff Juan and Carlos were super. Restaurant personnel Ali , Louis and staff as well. Private pool and sliding doors need work .Pool water was always low and requires better filtration and sliders were hard to open in rooms 101 and 102. Notified desk personnel of this but nothing seemed to happen. Buffet food was good but never hot. Too much push on the time share presentation!!! Overall great time and would definitely go back to the same room that we had super comfortable for 4 to 6 people.

Traveled with a group of 6 and we had a great time. Had a 3 bedroom that gave us plenty of space. The water was amazing for snorkeling, kids loved the pool. Staff was great, favorite restaurant was the grill by the water and buffet for breakfast. The other restaurant for dinner was just okay, took at least 2 hours each night to eat dinner, service was very slow and food at times was not good. Over all minus dinner we had a great time

First off, the staff are very lovely and friendly. They were attentive and always made us feel welcome. The property is a little dated in that the furniture is relatively new but some of the amenities need updating as well as some lighting and fixtures could use some work. That being said it is clean, easy to get around the property but it is a smaller resort so there isn’t much outside of swimming and dining on the property. Plenty of excursions to do off property but all for extra costs. Not a knock against the resort but something just to be aware of. Also, this is a timeshare type property so we were offered free tickets to some excursions in exchange for “seeing how Fiesta Rewards” works. Again, not a knock against the property but the concierges did try to get us more than once. The property is in a decent location relative to the airport so it was a short 20 minute cab ride in and out. Dining options are ok. The buffet breakfast/lunch spot is right on the water and had plenty of seating but the food was similar every day. The three restaurants all require reservations but we never had a problem getting one and it’s simple to do from the web link they give you. Overall we had a great time.

The room we had was called deluxe. The bsthroom was incredobly small. When opening the bathroom door, the door would hit the toilet. The shower door when opening would not open all the way as it would hit the toilet also. Water pooled at the bottom of the shower door causing the door frame to rust and cause the room to smell. Once in the shower, the glass door would get stuck and not open. This being a safety issue as it could break when trying to push open. Overall, the washroom was so incredibly small it was impossible to do anything in there without bumping into something or being on a wet floor ( there was water leaking at the shower door as you could not close it firmly shut. The rest of the room and stay was nice. Good food and service. Beach area was nice for snorkling but for tanning and going in and out of water not so great because the water was deep and shore was rocky. The beach bar, restaurants,wahrooms and part of the beach area was fenced off and in repairs. Entertainment shows at night were pretty good. Kereoke nights were painful to listen to. Transportation to and from the island was tough as it was really tight to reach aieport and catch a flight. Extta cost but worth it if you like snorklinh and diving!

Overall our family of 4 with two teenagers had a good stay. As with any AI there were pros and cons. We were on the 6th floor and the view was amazing, but FYI trees would block many lower floor views. The pool is redone beautifully, and the over water terrace beds are amazing. Great snorkeling out front (bring your own gear). Great drinks with quality booze options, but no alcohol served until 11 AM. The restaurants were excellent, we loved the lunch cevicheria, however the buffet wasnt very good and there needs to be a net around the whole dining area to keep birds out of the food that’s not covered. Check schedule and make online reservations for dinner at the restaurants, no limit but not all are open every night. Wished there were more activities during the day, the evening entertainment was ok- I think the fire show is the highlight but we weren’t there for that. Air conditioning was great in one of our rooms but wouldn’t get below 23c/75f in the other. Overall an awesome hotel for adults but there are better options for families with kids.

Check in process was lengthy, sat around for an hour while waiting for room to be ready. To be fair we also got there at about 2:30, which is before check in time. During this time we were approached by a time share sales person who was somewhat pushy. He kept trying to get us to do the timeshare presentation for the next few days whenever we would see him around the hotel. Restaurants could use a varying menu, same 5-6 entrees offered each night. Portion size was on the small side if you are used to american sized meals. It was fine for us, we are not big eaters, but some may want to be sure they order appetizer, and soup, entree, and desert in order to be filled.

Beautiful Resort, great staff and good food. The only con was as soon as we got there we were greeted by a “concierge” that was trying to get us to listen to a 90 minute sales pitch for a membership to the hotel chain.

The Good: You can snorkel from the property, but bring your own. They do not have gear to borrow or rent. The rooms are nice sized. Miguel at the pool gave us great service! The Cons: The rooms were a little damp and musty. There aren't many activities going on during the day. The biggest problem was they did not explain the VIP resort credit from Expedia when we checked in. We thought we could use it all at once in the spa, but when we tried to use it the day before we left, we were told that you can only use so much per day, so we lost most of resort credit that we would have used differently had we known. Plus, we spent money out of pocket that we shouldn't have had to. That should be clear either on Expedia's site or when you check in. It's almost like they don't tell you on purpose so you lose it. Marisol who was a manager in Guest Services was kind of rude and condescending when we questioned them about the credit. She seemed like because we booked through Expedia that we weren't important to them and told us it was our fault that we lost the credit. She insisted that her people explained the credit to us at check in, but they did not. In fact, at check in we had to ask about the credit and they just handed us some papers and said oh yes, here it is. We had another family in our party who also did NOT get it explained to them. We've had resort credit before and have NEVER had trouble using it. This was the first time.

The daily staff service was excellent. The “attack” to get you to sign up for the vacation club almost ruined the experience for us. Make sure to say NO to any request to meet the staff for breakfast or fill out any forms.

We had an excellent stay at Fiesta Americana. We visit often and this in now our new favorite hotel. Service was excellent from the front desk to the pool waiter. Special thanks to Miguel, Jose, Manuel, Ruby, Gabriel & Christian. What really pleased us is when my son had an earache we were going to take a taxi to the pharmacy, they called the pharmacy themselves, ordered the medication for us, and had it delivered to the hotel within 45 minutes! We were very appreciative. They took great care of us. Food is delicious and so were the drinks. Upgrading to a room with a private pool is well worth it. Only negative is no beach to walk into the ocean, it’s still a beautiful view though with being able to snorkel and jump right into the ocean.

Beautiful location, amazing staff and easy access to snorkeling. The room was nice with a beautiful view of the ocean. Restaurants were good and the food was fine. You must make a reservation each morning for your dinner at night (unless you eat at the buffet). At the Mexican restaurant, recommend the pork tacos and guacamole for app. At the Italian restaurant, recommend getting the chocolate lava cake/ice cream dessert. You can order à la carte from a couple of the restaurants which is a great option to use either at one of the tables, the pool or your room with no extra charge. The pool was nice and medium size. It's a very busy resort and fairly loud. They regularly have activities at the pool and play loud music. You can escape the noise if you want to go across the street to the beach area which has great snorkeling but no service. The bar is only a minute or two walk away but there aren't any good places to sit and relax. You'll find a couple chairs, and some wooden beds to lay on but no cushions. They have nightly entertainment at 8:00 which was fun. The Money Bar (great food & drinks) is just down the street, it's an easy 5 to 10 minute walk which has amazing snorkeling and worth the walk each morning. Use a shared shuttle for transportation to the resort $11/person. Taxi ride into town is 120 pesos and and 240 pesos to the airport. Overall, it's a good resort and if you go with expectations-based off the reviews, you should be fine.

The Money Bar (great food & drinks) is just down the street, it's an easy 5 to 10 minute walk which has amazing snorkeling and worth the walk each morning. Use a shared shuttle for transportation to the resort $11/person. Taxi ride into town is 120 pesos and and 240 pesos to the airport. Overall, it's a good resort and if you go with expectations-based off the reviews, you should be fine.

The Stars of this resort is The Staff. We felt special from the moment we arrived until the day we left. 2 things we missed: the ocean breeze and the sound of the surf. Being on the mainland-facing side of the island, you don’t get the ocean breeze & having no beach area means no surf to lull me to sleep. A couple notes: 2 options for breakfast: the buffet that’s outside and across the street & room service. No buffet for dinner. You can make reservations at the restaurants or order from room service. It is a small resort, but fun. The pool is lovely. The snorkeling on the beach area is beautiful & filled with beautiful fish and reef.

The hotel is a 10-15min drive to town and is tucked away with jungle behind you and the ocean in front of you. Their hotel updates are fantastic. The three restaurants near their beach club are all great. Their food is better than other all-inclusive resorts. All of their staff are nice and very helpful. We appreciate the daily room cleaning and turn down service. We look forward to going back.

Great base for a trip based on Scuba ... but much of the food service (except Grill and Cevicheria) is mediocre at best, both in choice and quality. Although 'All Inclusive' the premium items are exorbitant ... and in the case of the premium wines we tried, very poor - worse than the house wine. We got VIP vouchers, but they are virtually impossible to spend, without spending huge amounts on top. As this is out of town and the taxis are now very expensive (always pay in Pesos), think carefully about location if you want to get out and about. Hire cars in Cozumel are wildly overpriced with 'Compulsory Insurance' running to hundreds of dollars.

We have been coming here for over two decades, so obviously love it. It is located out of town, and is relatively small, so is nice and quiet. There are evening shows, but they were over before we went to bed, so didn’t disturb us. The staff were without exception excellent. We are not “foodies” but enjoyed all the options (although as Americans, we have learned to pack extra chocolates when traveling out of the country!). Non-alcoholic beer was finally available! The best part is the snorkeling that is available right in front of the resort. Our diving company, Dive With Cristina, picked us up at the pier right by the breakfast buffet. Potential negatives: it is out of town so you need a car or ride to go anywhere else. Currently (November 2024) the pools are closed for major renovations. A snorkeling tour was provided as compensation. We initially had no hot water in the shower but this was fixed. One elevator was out of service but we used the stairs anyway. The hotel is a little “tired” and could use some paint. I had to think hard to come up with these “problems”. Over the decades, we have stayed at five other resorts on Cozumel or the Riviera Maya. Great place! We didn't want to be too close to the Port where the cruise ships dock. This place is a great location: minutes from town, but also close to some very good SCUBA and Snorkeling locations. The staff is amazing! ALL of them. I've never received service like this anywhere in the US. They treated my daughter and I like a King and Queen. Note, the entire coastline between the nearby "Money Club" and Fiesta Americana *IS* a reef. Go snorkel in-between these places and you will see some amazing sights! We will be going back, and we will be staying at the Fiesta Americana.

Not fancy, but our favorite place to stay on Cozumel. It is out of town, so nice and quiet. Very good snorkeling, and pier to meet dive boats. Staff are excellent. Food is good but typical for resorts, with somewhat limited variety. Inexplicably, ice cream is not available at the coffee bar until after 1:00!! It is right there in the cooler, but they wouldn't serve it to us. Hopefully that will change, but even if not, we plan to return.

Check in process was lengthy, sat around for an hour while waiting for room to be ready. To be fair we also got there at about 2:30, which is before check in time. During this time we were approached by a time share sales person who was somewhat pushy. He kept trying to get us to do the timeshare presentation for the next few days whenever we would see him around the hotel. Restaurants could use a varying menu, same 5-6 entrees offered each night. Portion size was on the small side if you are used to american sized meals. It was fine for us, we are not big eaters, but some may want to be sure they order appetizer, and soup, entree, and desert in order to be filled.

This place was perfect. The staff were amazing and attentive. Really wonderful! It was a smaller resort which we loved. But it had all the amenities of a larger resort. For the most part the food was very good and the restaurants were good . The kids had a ball. I’ve stayed at many all inclusives and I would go back here in a heartbeat. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. Room service was always prompt. Snorkeling was good right off the hotel . All in all a fantastic place to stay

February 2025 Stayed at the Fiesta Americana in February 2025 for our wedding anniversary and what an amazing vacation. The warm welcoming hospitality received from the staff and food were unmatched. Every afternoon we ate tacos (the best!) on the beach and Jose was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with each visit. At night we mainly ate at Peninsula (Asian restaurant) and Edwin was equally great. There are other restaurants on the resort so there are options for everyone but these two were our favorite! The only minor downside is the beach which is predominantly for snorkeling was a little rocky, but the pool is beautiful and didn’t take away from our stay. This resort is truly a hidden gem and we will definitely be returning soon!

First off, the staff are very lovely and friendly. They were attentive and always made us feel welcome. The property is a little dated in that the furniture is relatively new but some of the amenities need updating as well as some lighting and fixtures could use some work. That being said it is clean, easy to get around the property but it is a smaller resort so there isn’t much outside of swimming and dining on the property. Plenty of excursions to do off property but all for extra costs. Not a knock against the resort but something just to be aware of. Also, this is a timeshare type property so we were offered free tickets to some excursions in exchange for “seeing how Fiesta Rewards” works. Again, not a knock against the property but the concierges did try to get us more than once. The property is in a decent location relative to the airport so it was a short 20 minute cab ride in and out. Dining options are ok. The buffet breakfast/lunch spot is right on the water and had plenty of seating but the food was similar every day. The three restaurants all require reservations but we never had a problem getting one and it’s simple to do from the web link they give you. Overall we had a great time.

Water was leaking from ceiling when it rained. Water flow from shower was so slow. There was a huge ant infestation that was present throughout our entire stay. The first day wee were given pastries as a gift upon our first arrival, and was surrounded entirely by ants everywhere in large quantities. We immediately called room service to put a stop to it, and we were given a can of bug spray that was almost empty. The days after we had ants all over the floors at random places in time. They were from the floor, to behind the bed frame, or sink. It was uncomfortable knowing that each time I set foot in the room, ants could be near or on you when you're sleeping. It ruined the enjoyment of the rooms. This is beyond disgusting and UNACCEPTABLE. It needs to be addressed immediately so other guests do not have this type of problem. The bartenders need more experience on how to make cocktails. All drinks were mainly fruit juice and colored syrup with less alcohol. Sometimes it felt they were improvising instead of following certain recipes on how to make drinks properly. Food is a mixed bag. There is not much to choose from when it comes to buffets compared to other resorts, but the food is generally flavorful and good. By the third day you can definitely see that the food is repetitive during the lunch buffet. A rotating menu can also be nice at each of the three restaurants. It can definitely benefit from more variety, food options, and more vegetarian options.

Overall our family of 4 with two teenagers had a good stay. As with any AI there were pros and cons. We were on the 6th floor and the view was amazing, but FYI trees would block many lower floor views. The pool is redone beautifully, and the over water terrace beds are amazing. Great snorkeling out front (bring your own gear). Great drinks with quality booze options, but no alcohol served until 11 AM. The restaurants were excellent, we loved the lunch cevicheria, however the buffet wasnt very good and there needs to be a net around the whole dining area to keep birds out of the food that’s not covered. Check schedule and make online reservations for dinner at the restaurants, no limit but not all are open every night. Wished there were more activities during the day, the evening entertainment was ok- I think the fire show is the highlight but we weren’t there for that. Air conditioning was great in one of our rooms but wouldn’t get below 23c/75f in the other. Overall an awesome hotel for adults but there are better options for families with kids.

Mixed experience. The resort was clean, the snorkeling was excellent, and many staff members were friendly. Unfortunately, service was inconsistent throughout our stay. The elevator was out of service twice while we were on the 7th floor, beach towels were frequently unavailable, room service often required multiple follow-ups, and beach service was minimal. The resort was generally clean, but the Bali beds were often left wet and dirty after rain or untidy after previous guests, and we occasionally had to clean them ourselves before using them. We were also asked twice whether we were celebrating a special occasion, shared that we were there for our birthdays, and nothing was ever acknowledged afterward. The vegetarian food was surprisingly poor, with one Mexican dinner consisting of roughly a quarter head of cauliflower with mole sauce (and nothing else). After returning home, I attempted to contact management regarding these concerns, but the hotel refused to provide an email address for management or customer service and instead directed me to call the property from abroad. We chose an all-inclusive resort expecting relaxation and convenience. While we don't expect perfection at all, we do expect the basics. These basic services required more effort than they should have. The refusal to provide any management or customer service email after our stay only reinforced that impression and reflected poorly on the resort's commitment to guest service.

My wife and I loved our stay here. The staff was super friendly and always accommodating. The dinning options were nice and diverse. They required you to make reservations each night, but when we went it wasn’t crowded and didn’t have any issues walking in at any time. We loved the fact that you didn’t need to pay for cabanas and everything was on a first come first serve basis.
