Room was showing a lot of age...snorkeling by hotel is nice but it is across the street. All inclusive should also be more inclusive. Have some paddle boards or SUPs available and don't charge to rent snorkel gear. And get better bartenders who can make a proper drink!

Clean Room, but there was a bad smell , that would come and go The staff was excellent, very friendly DJ Angel was great , and bar server Miguel was on point too. Food was pretty good and overall a great value for the cost. We would recommend. Great snorkeling from our beach too

Staff, room, food was excellent . We found it too noisy in the afternoon around the pool and at night . We were also disappointed that the buffet was not available in the evening.

Staff was good and courteous. Food was average. On site restaurants had the same menu every night of the stay. Schedule of dining options was not posted and a bit confusing. Breakfast and lunch buffet was exposed to the elements and birds. Depending on weather it was not comfortable to dine outdoors. Rooms were comfortable and well set up.
