This was the worst experience I’ve had, and I will never return or recommend this resort. The staff lack empathy and attempt to extract extra money at every turn. Despite paying for an all-inclusive package, I was charged $150 just to access the restaurant after a long travel day while waiting for my room. The room issues were severe: * **Unusable Pullout Bed:** Travelling with my two children, the pullout mattress provided was under an inch thick with completely worn-out springs. * **Broken Amenities & Poor Service:** The room phone was broken, forcing me to repeatedly walk to the front desk. * **Lack of Assistance:** Maintenance arrived 45 minutes late and did nothing, followed by housekeeping 30 minutes later who left without helping. * **Management Delays:** After two hours of back-and-forth and a dismissive manager, I was shown other rooms—all with identical, terrible pullout beds. They only agreed to move us to an acceptable room after I posted a negative review online. While management apologized and promised a full refund for the extra charges within two weeks, three weeks have passed with no money returned. My calls are constantly transferred to an unanswered line. Extremely disappointed.

I would not recommend this hotel. The pools were dirty, the staff was not very friendly, and the overall service was terrible. You need to have cash or a credit card for absolutely everything—they seem to be stuck in the Stone Age. On top of that, we lost power three times during our stay, and the last outage lasted for more than six hours. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would definitely not stay here again.
