Food was ok pools were cold elevators were not air conditioned so on humid days it was hot. Elevators were small and guest and staff used same so most times had to wait a few times to get on the elevator. The drinks at the beach pool were mostly ice and the spas were cold. Most pools weren’t being used because they were so cold. Speakeasy was fun and so was the shows.

Excellent facility and amenities. July was crowded so limited options on reszaurants and food. Rates lower thru Hyatt- Expedia would allow us to switch. Beach was horrible with seaweed - tractors on beach everyday. Small beach and unusable but the 6-7 pools were amazing and rocking everyday or you could enjoy relaxing quiet pools. Great concierge - Beatti was the best!!

The property, food, service, and pools were all top tier and I have nothing but good things to say. One thing I didn’t like was that there was construction going on every day besides sunday on the Impressions roof top, which sucked because we had to pay extra to be there on that roof top. We actually ended up staying on the preferred roof top more often because there was no construction. Another thing that isn’t great is the smell of sea weed (although this is not the fault of secrets). One final thing that is not great about the resort is the beach. If you are looking for a nice beach, go to a different resort. Nobody was on the beach, and we didn’t stay at all at the beach. The resort was very safe and the staff very welcoming. Our butlers and waiters were the best service I have had at a resort. However, there was one event that made my wife feel extremely uncomfortable. During dinner one night, one of the servers was staring and whistling at my wife. I had found out after the fact, and raised the concern to one of our butlers. They assured us that this incident would be investigated, but we never heard back. This really bummed us out. Overall, I give it a 4/5 for the resort. It really was a nice resort and we enjoyed our time (besides the incidents that I highlighted above).

This is by far the most amazing place to stay. Everyone is so amazingly kind and welcoming and it’s refreshing to be in such a beautiful place with amazing rooms, great pools, and some of the best beachfront views and sand I’ve ever walked on. Hands down would recommend to anyone because nothing compares to the amazing rooftop pool, amazing food and great drinks and even the amazing nightclub and theater! 10/10 very pleasant time!

Can not say enough good things about this resort!!!!! The preferred club is definitely worth it for the Observatory and rooftop pool alone, plus Hugo at the Observatory was the kindest and most attentive ever! The luxury at this resort was unmatched and I will definitely be coming back!

Amazing resort, great staff, great time! My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We upgraded to preferred club to have a tub on the balcony and it was 100% worth it. Love that the coffee shop is 24 hours. We also really liked the secrets box for room service!

The staff and amenities truly give the guests ultimate relaxation and convenience. Everything you need and want is already thought of and provided. My husband lost his driver's license the second day we were there and it was found and returned to us within 2 hours. We also really enjoyed the spa and had wonderful massages, definitely worth it.

I still give this resort a five star review despite the following: Upon checking in to the room, it clearly smelled of smoke. The curtains smelled, the room smelled. Cover up efforts had been made, but it still smelled. A call to the front desk resulted in a quick move to a different room. The room smelled like incense. But we were done moving. Unfortunately, our ocean view room did not face the pool and ocean; rather, it faced a junkie lot, with the ocean in the distance. One other stupid thing was that upon check in, they send you over to a nice little guy who begins by explaining the resort to you and offering some useless $20 and $40 coupons to spa treatments running $300-500. The coupons can't be combined, so they really are worthless. This guy pressures you to meet the next morning for a timeshare presentation where you'll be given a gift of a couple's massage just for attending a 90 min tour. No thanks. Waste of 20 minutes. That was the only negative. Grounds were gorgeous. Pools were fantastic. Cenotes were a nice touch. Every restaurant was generally easy to get in to and without reservation (except Japanese) and the food everywhere was the best at any all inclusive I've ever had. (I've been to 20 plus over the years). The steak place was disappointing. The only steak on the free menu was a sirloin. For $100 you could get a ribeye or t bone. Elias, our pool guy was amazing. Pool Bar tenders were fun and engaging. Would return

En lo personal no recomiendo este lugar. Hice la reserva para 4 noches un viaje en pareja. Al llegar en el momento del Check in el personal muy rudo, hay un señor como chino o algo así que trata de promocionar las visitas a unas instalaciones y casi casi obliga . Al llegar al cuarto en el balcón, tienen como una cama para recostarse que desagradable experiencia , estaba toda sucia manchada como recogida de la calle . El rooftop que era según yo lo mas bonito para ver , uffffff muy feo bar de ahí todo manchado, sucio se nota la falta de higiene. Todas las colchonetas de las sillas que están en la piscina sucias. No pude quedarme ahí que salí del lugar ese el mismo día y fui a otro resort . Totalmente una mala administración . Hay muchas opciones buenas definitivamente esta no es.

We loved our stay but we did have dirty towels and bed sheets, they did replace them once we asked but other then that it was excellent the hotel wasn’t busy and it was claim especially from 7 pools to pick from. The ocean water was not that great very brown water and lots of seaweed by the beach it did seem to be clearer

the property is beautiful, but has issues that need to be addressed. 1) the main and lagoon pool are badly designed to a point of being dangerous. We heard over and over and eye witnessed tons of people getting hurt on the stairs at the main pool and the drop offs in the lagoon pool. You cannot see where there are stairs as the material is same. Plus the last step is 23 inches drop - yes I actually measured it. 2) the room cleaning can be anywhere from 10-5pm - that is way to late for us as we are usually back in the room by 4pm after being in the pool all day and need clean towels. Turn down for the preferred is after 9pm, again for us we need that earlier as we were usually back in the room by that time. 3) the main "buffet" dining room has discriminatory rules. A woman can walk in half dressed thong swimsuit with a net covering, but a man cannot walk in if he has a tank top. Yes a man's shoulders is more offensive than a woman's behind. 4) pants at restaurants - for goodness sake's, this is a beach resort what person wants to wear pants??? 5) the staff is not accommodating and very unresponsive. 6) our room TV did not work for 3 days straight and the AC didn't work on two different days. 7) we requested some items and they never were delivered. 8) the gym is small with no barbells and only one set of weights and one person can use all Again the resort if beautiful and the restaurants are decent, but many items needed to be addressed. We complaint to no avail.

There was mold in the room, and the smell carried onto our clothes and in our suitcases home. We had to wash all our items multiple times to get the smell out. There arent enough layout chairs by the pools (its hard to get a spot for two unless youre up at 6AM) and people pay employees cash to reserve unused chairs all day.

I have been to so many resorts in Mexico and this facility, the staff and the ambience were the best we have experienced, no question. We will be back. I loved the food and that the options and times for food were so plentiful. Janeth, our concierge, was incredibly helpful and so kind. Eddie, our housekeeper, kept our room so beautiful and was so sweet. Benito, our server, was so funny and helpful- and super fast! Rosario and Carmen are both so sweet and made me feel welcome and like I was their friend getting coffee.

Beautiful resort that is very luxurious, staff was amazing and every little detail is looked after , the pools could use some more cleaning in the mornings but overall very well taken care of property . The beach was beautiful , the only thing I will make mention of is the chairs fill up fast and if you do not get there early enough you will be left looking for a spot. The food while amazing was a bit of a frustrating experience in the evenings as the resort doesn’t offer a buffet option for dinner and only restaurant dining with no reservations, most times the wait to get into three restaurants was an hour which makes it tough to see a show or plan your evening . My recommendation would be to open a buffet for dinners for people who do not want to wait with a buzzer for long periods of time , past that we loved it and will be going back.

Beautiful resort with many pools to choose from. The quality of the food is great. Overall very clean and the staff is beyond friendly and hospitable. The preferred club unlocks the rooftop area with the best pool and food IMO. Cons: the lighting the bathroom is horrible it’s impossible to get ready there. There are virtually no outlets in the rooms!!

This was our first time at a Secrets property and we absolutely loved it. Everything was amazing. This was a stunning resort with great food - the best food I’ve ever had at an all inclusive. We got the standard junior suite which is the lowest room option they had but somehow we’re still in awe of how beautiful the room, especially the bathroom was. The beach wasn’t nice but we knew this coming in, and honestly the resort is so nice I truly didn’t mind that. Our only complaint was that our A/C didn’t get cold and it was a bit uncomfortable at night sleeping in the heat & humidity. Also be cautious that the mosquitoes are very bad here. We came back with several bites but the resort is obviously aware of this and does provide repellent for you in your room. Other than that we absolutely loved it here and it will not be our last time at this property, or at the Secrets resort chain.

My wife and I just stayed here for a 4 night quick trip (1/24-1/28). This was our first time in a Secrets resort. We loved this place! Pros - The food was fantastic! The drinks were great - a little on the weak side, but we didn’t mind since day drinking is hard. :-) Grounds were well maintained. Never had a hard time getting a chair at the pool if you were out there before 10am. Staff was super friendly! Rooms are very nice - we had a swim out room and loved the pool. Cons - The only place to get bottled water is in the room, and I had to ask more than once to get it refilled. (Meaning, ask twice in the same day because no one showed) However - they have a really cool room service secret cabinet that they can drop it in, so they don’t have to disturb you when dropping things off. Marco the bartender at the Mexican restaurant, Jacob who worked in the pool area, and Gloria who appeared to manage the rooftop Preferred restaurant were wonderful! It’s a beautiful place - we would go again for sure.

Very nice property, many pools and places to hang out during the day, we got Preferred Club (gets you access to rooftop dining/pool) Oceanfront Junior suite and it was superb - roomy, clean, new, beautiful view, al the amenities you need and mini fridge stocked with beverages and wine. The restaurants were all great and staff extremely nice and anticipating your needs at all times. I was thinking twice about the price before booking but it was well worth it! Resort of this caliber would cost you much more in US, so treat yourself, you won't regret it!

Spent 5 days here and absolutely loved it. Food was 10/10. The property is absolutely stunning and so well kept and clean. My only complaint was I booked on the preferred club for an ocean view king and as the ocean view was exceptional, they had construction on our side and the grounds were very unattractive to look at. That did not ruin our time at all just was a little disappointing. I’ve stayed at a few nicer resorts and this one takes the cake for me. Xcaret arte last year and I actually preferred moxche. It’s the perfect size for easy walk ability to everything but plenty of pools and areas to go if you want privacy. Can’t wait to come back.

Excellent resort with extremely friendly staff and top notch service. The food was definitely above average for all inclusive resort. The beach was not in a good condition due to see weed. Multiple pools with different vibes. Amazing live music. Butlers (Cesar and Luis) were very good. Live entertainment team (Axel, Jasmine, Jose) were very engaging. Room was beautiful with an amazing view. However, the only reason I chose 4 rather than 5 is the TV malfunctioned several times and the room lights came on randomly in the middle of the night twice during our stay. Several other people had similar complaints regarding the lights. It seemed like something electrical was going on resort wide. Overall, we loved the resort and the staff, and would definitely consider coming back.

Secrets Moxche was by far the best all inclusive that I've ever experienced. The staff were so attentive, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The dining options were awesome! Nearly all the food was amazing, great flavor, great portions, great presentation! (The scallops at the hibachi were not fully cooked). The rooms were gorgeous, although a tad dark. But that was just fine for setting a romantic mood. The only negative is the beach was full of seaweed and the water pretty dark. It's just too bad that such an amazing property doesn't have the beautiful blue water to go along with it.

The room is amazing. Spacious clean, and updated. We love the modern architecture and decorative style! Builds maps can be a bit confusing but should be able to get familiar pretty soon. Not a lot of people, not crowded. Which we LOVED! gives much more sense of privacy and peacefulness. Restaurants are very good. Dinners were amazing! Would be possible wait time for popular restaurants. Only wish if there were more lunch options( we loved Seasoul especially). Room service menu is somewhat basic. But I love the secret box they have in the room. They have a lot of pools and some more private tubs. Many swim up bars. There beach/ocean might not be the best views. Not as clear and blue. But we loved their pool options so it wasn’t a big issue for us. Many entertainment activities WiFi could definitely be better, as you will often get weak signals/disconnected. Service overall is great, everyone was welcoming and helpful. There are always people by the pool area to help with any needs. Did notice towards end of the day the beach towels might not get restocked. Just had some an incident where one of the guy working at pool side was trying to take our chair for some other guests and stated we can either be in the pool or on the chair not both. And took our drinks and stuff away as we are telling him to find some other chair for the other guests. Other than this one incident we had a great time.

For the large sum of money we paid for our stay (and upgraded to preferred) we were pretty disappointed that our room was not ready on time. Over an hour after check in and a long day of travel our room wasn’t even clean. The toilet had markings on wall and around base. The tub on the balcony did not have hot water despite other couples in the resort stating they did get hot water. They did upgrade our room to an oceanfront on day 3 of 6 to make up for the room issue but the new room had an improperly installed toilet seat and also no hot water on balcony. After 2nd day in new room someone did come to fix the toilet seat and check the hot water. We then had hot water for the tub for the last day. You cannot get alcohol served to the room without an extra charge which was disappointing for the amount you spend for all-inclusive. The room service menu was very limited with many selections listed as UNAVAILABLE. We were told they serve premium liquor but struggled to get Tito’s vodka (gluten free) and Captain Morgan’s Rum. They would tell us we could get this specific liquor at the Preferred bar inside the resort which was the complete opposite end of the main pool. Then when we did get there they never had it and told us no. After asking at all the bars all week and being told no they then delivered a bottle to my room the evening before we left. So as kind as that gesture was it was not helpful 12 hrs before our flight. I was not able to enjoy it and I felt bad they wasted it.

Secrets Moxché was hands down one of the most incredible resort experience I’ve ever had! I had an amazing 5 day stay filled with amazing experiences. Upon arriving to the property I was greeted with smiles, warm welcomes of home from the staff, a great glass of champagne, a cool towel that smelled like pure bliss! I was started my check in process with Jael (who was amazing!) . My check-in was very smooth, Jael explained the various dining options, pool locations, keyless entry, ad had my room ready! When I entered by room I was extremely happy to see that the pictures did not disappoint. My room was clean, AC was nice and cold and my tropical view was nothing short of amazing. I decided to have a quick bit a Seasoul and enjoyed the first of many delicious meals. The restaurant was very clean, the staff was warm and welcoming and the food was fresh! After lunch I headed to the main pool and met Nicolas, who ended up being my go to pool bartender along with his two co-workers for my entire stay! The drinks were refreshing and I did not have a long wait. I had dinner at Bisou with Arnado as my server. He recommended so great options for me such as the mussels, salmon, and an amazing dessert made of chocolate and raspberries! I ended my night listening to smooth sounds of the live band located at Bamboo (while I can't remember their names, they definitely set the mood for a relaxing evening under the stars)! I also tried the Ember steakhouse ( Miguel was great)!

I normally stay with secrets hotel every year but different locations. We love secrets !!! For this location I was disappointed with the service. Compare to other locations Our whole group agree with the service need to be improve because most of the staff don’t following at the restaurant not paying attention at the Bar when we wanna order drinks. ignoring us which will have patients and We all tip!! But there are staff that are really nice Shout out to Cristina and Alberto at the preferred Bar they both are Amazing !! Daniel at Amber BBQ he was so attentive !! All the Bartenders at the Gypsy club was very nice The activities guider was all so very fun The hotel properties is really really nice clean and relax. I love the rooms and the pool around the properties

There was loud construction noise the first day we got to the resort. We called the front desk. They said they will handle it. We thought they will so we went out and enjoy the weather. By the time we went back to the hotel room. There were constant ringing on the phone. We pick it up and it is selling timeshare. We refused immediately. But we still found time share flying under our door later in the day. The 2nd day 8am in the morning, the time share thing called again. 8am!!!!!! We are here on vacation. We do not need a morning call like this. This is getting annoying and We refused again. And then at 9am, the construction next door started drilling with loud noise. Can’t they let us sleep? We called the front desk every fifteen minutes. And they said they will handle it in the phone every time. And nothing is solved. We couldn’t sleep at all. So we went out instead. And later in the day. Time share called again and again even after we refused it. We feel like we are being stalked and harassed by time share. This is not a vacation at all. We didn’t rest well. We didn’t sleep well.

It was everything I hoped it would be and more. The resort is absolutely stunning! There are so many pools and they were all incredible. Tons of restaurants and food options and everything we ate was amazing! The staff members are all so wonderful and helpful, they really try to know you and remember your orders and preferences. We never went without because everyone is so attentive and quick to be helpful. I literally can’t say enough good things - we will definitely be back!

We had spoken with Jorge about a 90 min presentation in exchange for two 80 min massages. We were promised it wouldn’t be more than 90 minutes and its was a No Pressure presentation. It took us 3 hrs total and they kept pressing us to buy and sign. Magically Jorge was gone the rest of the duration of our trip. The only good restaurants were Dos Almos and Ember. Suki had the worst sushi we have ever experienced. The Italian restaurants food was over cooked and bland. The resort is beautiful but the beach is Non Existent.

The hotel itself was very nice. The pools were wonderful and clean. The food was great and the staff were attentive. I did not like the fact that we paid for the preferred package through Expedia and we were not given the same amenities as if we had paid through the hotel directly. We were supposed to be checked in at the preferred lounge, but they checked us in at the main desk. No one explained to us how to access certain areas, I had to google it. When we asked an attendant they let us know that because it was booked through a third party the amenities were not the same even though we paid for preferred. I had a brand new very expensive cologne left at the property & they did not notify me that i left it behind nor did they call me back after i realized i had left it there I called about 5 times asking for it and they gave me the run around. One lady said she would ask and call me right back. The cologne isnt only expensive it was a gift for my birthday & was brand new. I really wish they would of owned up or tried to make it right. They did neither. Do not plan on staying at any secrets resorts

Loved all the pools, however seating was hard to come by. Seats were taken by early morning. Also beach area was disappointing. Not able to swim due to rocks. Food was okay. Would have liked a better variety of wines that were included without paying ALOT of extra money. Only wines from Chili were included. Overall an absolutely beautiful property!

Beautiful property, only a couple years old. Had a hard time getting reasonably priced transport from the hotel and booking excursions, so unless you pre book you will be paying premium prices. Hotel is not within walkable distance of anything so plan accordingly. All in all though, beautiful property, well maintained and well appointed.

This was a beautiful resort. The staff is wonderful and the food top notch. We loved our trip. The beach was nice, but not as nice as the Akumal location. However, this location was closer to the airport and a little more convenient to access.

My partner and I spent 3 nights at this resort. We stayed on the Secrets Moxche side and opted for the preferred package, ocean view room, which gave us access to a beautiful rooftop garden restaurant, and separate check-in lounge complete with its own bar and hors d\'oeuvres. We also had a concierge on our floor. The property is absolutely stunning! From the moment you arrive, you\'re met with breathtaking views and top-notch service. The food and drinks were delicious, but the drinks were not strong at all. The pools were plentiful, but very warm. I found myself wishing that at least one pool had cold water. There was a strong push to get us to agree to attend the resort\'s special tour ("vacation club presentation"), which was a bit aggravating. Despite mentioning to several staff members that we were celebrating my birthday, we didn\'t receive any special recognition (though we saw celebratory banners on many other hotel room doors). This was slightly disheartening. The resort seems to be geared towards couples; the vibe is very romantic. They do have a sports bar and a nightclub, but we only stopped in briefly to check these out. This was my 4th trip to Mexico and the first time I fell ill. Perhaps I was a bit too lax this time when it came to water consumption/ice cubes. I managed each day with the help of Pepto Bismol. Lastly, the beach was not swimmable. We knew this going in and it wasn\'t a deal breaker for us, but something to keep in mind if that is important to you.

Overall, this is by far the best place we've ever stayed. The resort has everything you need including a pharmacy, sports bar, and a small night club. There are 7 pools, some of which are small and have a private feel and lots of really tasty restaurants. We had an ocean front room which is a little misleading. You're not on the ocean with access to the beach. You have a room with a view of the pools and ocean. Don't get me wrong, it was beautiful and I absolutely would book this room again. It just isn't really oceanfront. It's also easy enough to grab a taxi if you want to explore the local area. We only left the resort once to go on an excursion to the Mayan ruins, snorkel with the turtles and stingrays, and swim in a real cenote. **Pros** - Numerous restaurants - Lot's of entertainment - Highly attentive staff - Safe area - There are also private vendors on the beach where you can rent jet skis, parasail, or get a massage. **Cons** - Snorkeling wasn't available despite it being advertised. - Anytime we went to the VIP area, staff would try to get you to attend a timeshare presentation for Secrets Impression. In 5 days we stayed at the resort, we were approached 4 times.

Excellent facility and amenities. July was crowded so limited options on reszaurants and food. Rates lower thru Hyatt- Expedia would allow us to switch. Beach was horrible with seaweed - tractors on beach everyday. Small beach and unusable but the 6-7 pools were amazing and rocking everyday or you could enjoy relaxing quiet pools. Great concierge - Beatti was the best!!

Secrets Moxche is outstanding. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The 5 star restaurants are truly 5 stars with variety, Japanese, Mexican, French, steak house, seafood, you name it, even a buffet and rooftop brunch with pool. Nearby you have La Quinta which is a long boardwalk, several miles long, of shopping, restaurants, and bars. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will definitely return.

The food was phenomenal!!! The facilities are very clean and well kept. We had an issue with a musty smell in our room that we mentioned, and they had resolved by the time we were back from dinner! The staff was outstanding, special shoutout to the entertainment team: Monica, Cristian, Miguel! We will 100% be back to Secrets Moxché.

The lagoon and pools are exceptional, and the rooms are beautifully appointed and comfortable. Our only complaints were that there weren’t any beach umbrellas around the center pool area which made it difficult to enjoy because you’re in full sun all day. The other issue was that the steak house charged an extra $130-$250 for the steaks. There was no steak on the menu that was part of the all-inclusive package. We will definitely be back for another trip, though. This resort is one of the nicest we’ve been to, and we’ve been coming to Mexico for 20 years.

Real review from someone who’s been to over 20 all-inclusives! This resort is truly a foodie’s paradise. If you’ve been to other all-inclusives, you know the food is usually just okay — but not here. Every meal was impressive. At night, you’ll find little food stands like a taco truck, a fruit-and-crepe cart, and even a fresh juice station. Everything tastes fresh and made with care. There are plenty of restaurants, and none require reservations, which I loved — though be prepared for a bit of a wait during busy times (we waited up to two hours once). It’s not a big deal though; you can grab a drink and hang out until your table is ready. The resort itself is stunning. There are so many pools and quiet corners that it never feels crowded. The steakhouse was a highlight — the bone marrow tartare and ceviche were incredible. We had an oceanfront room. The view was nice, but the beach itself isn’t the typical turquoise-blue water you’d expect from Cancun — so if you’re coming for the beach, keep that in mind. You definitely trade a “wow” beach for amazing food and resort quality here. We also upgraded to the Preferred Club. The main perks were a private check-in area with snacks, and access to the rooftop pool and restaurant, which were both worth it for the quieter vibe and great service. Overall, we loved our stay and will only book Secrets Resorts moving forward. Highly recommend for couples who value great food, great service, and a relaxing, upscale atmosphere.

Secrets Moxché was hands down the most incredible resort experience I’ve ever had. We traveled with a group of 7 couples, and from start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The property is absolutely stunning — easily the most beautiful all-inclusive we’ve ever stayed at. What truly set it apart was the exceptional staff, the top-shelf drinks, and most importantly, the unbelievable food. Every dining option was next-level — by far the best cuisine I’ve ever had at a resort. From casual bites to elegant dinners, every meal was a highlight. This trip was unforgettable, and we’re already talking about coming back. If you’re considering Secrets Moxché, book it — you won’t regret it!

Beautiful property, good food and entertainment. The best part of the whole experience was the staff there. It really felt like you are at home and not in another country. All the staff there were professional and courteous and we made even some friends with. Extra thanks to Jose and Miquel, Pedro, Edi, Miriam and Ivan for making our vacation extra special. CONS: Compared to other 5 star resorts, no restaurant or steak house offers any prime steaks unless you pay up or upgrade.

We loved the different pools available at the resort and the service was wonderful. The resort could improve in the consistency of vegan options, especially because they advertise a vegan menu at many restaurants. We would have loved to see a vegan protein option like tofu at the buffet and would appreciate the prepared foods at the buffet being clearly marked as vegan because it was hard to tell how things were prepared. We also found that items marked as vegan on the menu at restaurants were occasionally reported to us as containing dairy, so we lost some confidence in the vegan menu options. We ordered the vegan burger from room service twice and it came with different ingredients, which also made us wonder whether it was consistently being prepared vegan. We would also love to see a vegan dessert option at the CoCo cafe other than sorbet. Plant based milk was readily available and we had several delicious meals here, but making a few changes to those areas would have made it an exceptional stay for us!

Beautiful resort that is very luxurious, staff was amazing and every little detail is looked after , the pools could use some more cleaning in the mornings but overall very well taken care of property . The beach was beautiful , the only thing I will make mention of is the chairs fill up fast and if you do not get there early enough you will be left looking for a spot. The food while amazing was a bit of a frustrating experience in the evenings as the resort doesn’t offer a buffet option for dinner and only restaurant dining with no reservations, most times the wait to get into three restaurants was an hour which makes it tough to see a show or plan your evening . My recommendation would be to open a buffet for dinners for people who do not want to wait with a buzzer for long periods of time , past that we loved it and will be going back.

We got sick from the food on the first day. Recovery from bacterial infection took 3 weeks. Service is not good in restaurants. Wait time to eat dinner is ridiculous - should have the buffet available for dinner. Property is beautiful, and bed and room is very comfortable. Not thrilled about grounds staff moving our personal items from lounge chairs when we went to eat a meal.
