Presidente InterContinental Cancun Resort

Beautiful beach area. Great food in Le Cap and the breakfast was amazing. Too many birds on the tables though... We got a room with bad sea view and they changed it for us to a better room... but that one was a bit stinky and had a problem with the bathroom door and the shower. Staff is very slow and you sometimes have to ca reception twice for the same thing.

I stayed at this resort in Cancún and had a generally pleasant stay, but there were a few things to be aware of. The room itself was great — spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed. The property also has direct beach access, which was a highlight, and a small pool area that was nice for relaxing. However, I was disappointed to find that food was not included. It was described as more of a “European-style” resort, but this wasn’t very clear beforehand. When you think of a resort in Cancún, you often expect at least some form of all-inclusive or dining options included, so this felt a bit misleading. Compared to other resorts I’ve stayed in, this one felt quite basic in terms of amenities and overall experience. While the beach and room were good, it lacked the full resort feel, particularly on the food side. Overall, a decent stay if you’re mainly looking for a clean room and beach access, but don’t expect a typical all-inclusive resort experience. ⭐ 3/5

Love this Hotel

Beach is excellent - overall great value. Did have noise in hallway several nights woke us up at 2:30 and 4am and door is not sound proof. Overall I would recommend though. Airport shuttle that hotel arranged did not show so bellman was helpful to get us another after waiting 25 minutes.
